Repairs were made properly. Vehicle had been here before and repairs made properly. BUT they must have a technician doing side work because our front safety sensor has been replaced with a unit off a vehicle wrecked in the front on our most recent visit. Your unit has never had front damage and everything worked correctly before this last damage to the rear. We took it in for 100k service and spent 8k on it and technician at Cadillac said this was not the original unit for our vehicle. He asked if it had ever been wrecked or towed from front? If I could, I would give me -10 stars. These people are scums and horrible people. They will try to total your car. I was involved in a very minor rear bumper accident. They cut my whole rear off without asking me anything. They will use their wavier as a reason to do whatever they want. Don't sign anything. These people have zero communication and will total your car. I ended up having to tow my car to another shop to fix the bullshit they did, again, they cut the whole back off my driveable car. They will do anything to total your car, they work for the insurance company. They had such a terrible attitude once I decided to pull my car from there. These people are horrible. They did not even reinstall all the things they took off my car - taillights, my spoiler, many trim. They are a bunch of scammers. read more

My truck was broken into with the door lock and ignition damaged. They said it would be 2 days to fix. 3 weeks later it was fixed but they broke the clips on the drivers door panel and it won't stay in place. They also rewired my radio and it doesn't work like it did when I brought it in. It has an aftermarket amp and they bypassed it somehow. They are trying to find a replacement door panel but said they can't find one. read more

I cannot recommend this shop. My insurance company told us they were USAA approved. I took in our SUV for a buzzard hit on our hood. After we got the car back our front headlight started to leak condensation. I took it back and they said it was not their fault BUT they did admit to taking the headlight out during their repair of the Armada. ‍ Those headlights are around 450.00 to replace!! I also had someone bump my bumper and I had them give me an estimate to fix that.....their estimate was 698.00! I took it down the street to a "dent " repair shop in Bryan, they charged me 100.00, and had it for less than an hour! These people only care about making lots of money from insurance companies and fleecing the customer! read more

There aren't enough words to describe how poor of a business this place is. I am ashamed of my insurance company for letting this body shop be in their "most preferred" list. Since day 1 of having to deal with this company, I've had nothing but obstacles. One of the main ones being the fact that they never seem to know anything!!! It's crazy! And I can't even begin to comprehend how it's been almost a month since I've had my vehicle back (after they supposedly "repaired" it) AND TO THIS DAY I am having issues I never had prior to my wreck!!!! I mean they lie on your face, they something else today and change tomorrow. They have this collaboration with Travelers insurance and they never try to get things done on time. I mean it's been freaking 20 days and there is no way they are going to fix things in time, they waste millions on TV ad which is customers money and we watch these ads while watching TV and that is just waste of money on TV ads without any service. I mean they can waste your time and money both in Air but never try to get you the service on time and frustration free. I hope someday Warren Buffet buy these companies and kick out their CEOs by telling them what nonsense they have been doing. Is it fun to waste customers time on TV ads, calling them day and night to buy policies and then when it comes to get claim settled then they start running away. What kind of fraud business and waste of money these companies are doing. They are just abusing environment by airing those TV ads or printing pamphlets which has no outcome other than wasting customers working hours by delaying services or not providing timely claims and fix their cars. read more

Do not take your vehicle to this location. My truck was broken into and the door lock and ignition was broken. What was supposed to take a few days turned into three weeks. After thee weeks I go to pick up my vehicle and the door panel had a screw sticking through it about an inch and the panel itself is only halfway connected to the door. They broke the clips on the back of the door and the panel can separate about 2 inches from the door. On top of that they did not connect the door controls so i could not roll my windows down and lock my truck with the fob. They also messed with the wires on my stereo and when I got my truck back my radio did not work. They said they would find a replacement for the door panel, and apparently they could not fix my radio because they could not find someone who would put a warranty on it. Two and a half weeks later they were unable to find a door panel and they want me to droop my truck off again so they can send the door panel to houston to have it fixed. No answers regarding the radio. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! First off someone one ran into me and caused minor damage to my brand new 2018 Camry that I had for 2 weeks so insurance recommended that we take it their and they enticed us with the fact that enterprise drops off the rental car and picks it up from their location and if they have to keep your car longer they call and extend the rental which is nice. But after that is where the real problems started they took my car and took the rear bumper apart and found more damage which we expected and they gave some lie that it would take 5ish days to get parts. Then they slowly worked on it and as they where putting it together to go to paint over a week later they found more damage and had to order more parts. finally after almost 3 weeks of having my car they say it will be done that Friday so I call that Friday and they said it will be done by closing time so I come in and they tell us it's not put back together and still needs touch up paint so it will be ready Monday. Finally got my car back after they had it for over 3 weeks any local place would have had it done in a week- week and a half and would not keep extending the time because they did not look carefully at all the damage the first time around. Moral of the story is if you want it done right and fast go to a local place if you want it done right and as slow as humanly possible go to caliber Collision in college station can't speak for other locations! read more
