I hired Terrence Earls from "24 Hour Roadside Assistance" to repair and repaint my rims. He quoted…read more$150 per rim for a professional job--stripping the paint, fixing curb rash, and repainting with long-lasting gloss black paint. I paid $600 up front, I should have known when he wouldn't agree to half upfront half upon completion... What I got was my car taken for about 4 days and spray paint over damaged rims--no prep, no repairs, and not even the correct paint. The curb rash wasn't even touched. He gave me a fake shop location and dodged all accountability, telling me that he didn't want to mess up the wheels weight with metal filler... really... When I confronted him, he claimed he'd issue a partial refund and send someone later to gloss the rims properly--but I haven't heard from him since. No follow-up. No refund. Due to the deceptive practices and refusal to return my money, I'm currently exploring avenues to recover all of my money. I would not let him touch my car again with a 10 foot pole. Avoid this business at all costs. update to owners response: If it's not at all accurate what are those pictures... actually ridiculous. See you in court!

A few weeks ago, my husband accidentally sent him $690 through Zelle without realizing it. Once he noticed the mistake, he contacted him and politely asked for the money to be returned, but he refused. He constantly ignores phone calls or pretends he cannot hear him. On top of that, his service is poor and he is very rude. I would never recommend someone who keeps money that does not belong to them. By the way stop removing our reviews 0/10

I paid $100+ on April 24th to have an alignment done to my car. I was advised by BCS Tires that I…read moreneeded new tires before the alignment could be completed. I purchased the tires without hesitation. By May 21st I was stranded on the side of the road due to a flat tire. I paid $130 for a tow truck to the nearest Discount Tire. Under further inspection, my back tires were extremely worn down. Discount Tire explained to me that the wear on the wheels were because of the misalignment. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY BCS TIRES ALLOWED ME TO DRIVE OFF OF THEIR LOT WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW THAT NOT ONLY THE FRONT TIRES WERE BAD, BUT ALSO THE BACK TIRES. I quickly returned to BCS Tires so they could fulfill the 6 month warranty that was perviously promised. They wrote down several other things they saw were wrong with the car. I was then told that they were going to realign my vehicle free of charge since it had not even been a complete month since the initial alignment. I then drove to Brake Check to price check the things BCS Tires had previously quoted. They were surprised to see that it looked like no alignment had been done to my car. I then paid $100 for Brake Check to complete the alignment THE CORRECT WAY. After the alignment was completed, I drove to BCS Tires so they could explain to me why nothing seemed to be aligned. They proceeded to tell me that no work was done to the car since they saw new damage to the vehicle and that cancels the warranty. I spoke with several employees, and an older caucasian man who wore a blue button up (seemed to be the manager). I told them I wanted some sort of refund since they were UNABLE TO PULL UP ANY DOCUMENTATION THAT THE ALIGNMENT WAS EVER DONE CORRECTLY. I was then passed onto a gentleman named Chris WHICH DID NOT EVEN WORK AT THE SHOP AT ALL. HE WAS JUST A FRIEND THAT WAS JUST HANGING OUT IN THE BACK. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY BLAMED THE ENTIRE SITUATION ON A POOR GENTLEMAN NAMED JOSE AND DID NOT TRY TO PLEASE ME IN ANY WAY!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS
