"GOOD PEROPLE" do exist…read more The morning I needed a Tow Service, I called another company. That company damaged the front of my vehicle and had to be sent away. My second call was to Precision Towing! Where the Owner, John Crouse, answered the phone . He took time to ask questions to find out what happened. He calmed me down and said I'll have a driver there in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, I had a very courteous driver at my residence. His employee was professional 100% of the time. He explained the whole process for "being in control" of my vehicle. He followed all safety precautions (making sure I was in my yard and not next to my vehicle) and took pictures of all 4 sides of my vehicle. Then, safely winched my vehicle onto his truck. Once loaded, I handed him my credit card. I was told "this is a no charge tow". Again, I called the Owner and said that I was glad to pay for the tow. John explained that I had been thru enough for the day. I HIGHLY Recommend PRECISION TOWING! Their professionalism has made them MY FIRST CALL! Things I learned Take a picture of a Tow Company's Insurance card before they touch your vehicle Video EVERYTHING (thank goodness my surveillance system recorded the original incident) Take pictures yourself - especially if you think the tow truck has backed up too close to your vehicle If a Tow driver ask you to help in anyway - SEND THEM ON THEIR WAY!! The warranty manager at the dealership told me if I couldn't afford their repairs to take the car somewhere else. I'm so glad he said that because it lead us to Franks.
