My car had some kind of unique "bolt protector" that called for a specific tool - he didn't have that but improvised with something he did have and overcame that obstacle. He was SO NICE, took a credit card, had a very fair price, and if you ever have car catastrophes around Hearne or Franklin or Bryan, DO call Mars - I found them on Google Maps (Mars, if you paid for that advertising, it's money well spent.).
