My second call was to Precision Towing! Where the Owner, John Crouse, answered the phone . He took time to ask questions to find out what happened. He calmed me down and said I'll have a driver there in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, I had a very courteous driver at my residence. His employee was professional 100% of the time. He explained the whole process for "being in control" of my vehicle. He followed all safety precautions (making sure I was in my yard and not next to my vehicle) and took pictures of all 4 sides of my vehicle. Then, safely winched my vehicle onto his truck. Once loaded, I handed him my credit card. I was told "this is a no charge tow". Again, I called the Owner and said that I was glad to pay for the tow. John explained that I had been thru enough for the day. I HIGHLY Recommend PRECISION TOWING! Their professionalism has made them MY FIRST CALL! Things I learned Take a picture of a Tow Company's Insurance card before they touch your vehicle Video EVERYTHING (thank goodness my surveillance system recorded the original incident) Take pictures yourself - especially if you think the tow truck has backed up too close to your vehicle If a Tow driver ask you to help in anyway - SEND THEM ON THEIR WAY!!
