Dealing with Ash was the worst experience I've ever had with any company or person in my life. I found this company online when my RV A/C broke. We set up an appt for him to come repair or replace it and also to give me quotes on a long list of other repairs I needed done. Ash was very late so I called to find out what happened. He said he ran into a problem and would be heading my way soon and gave me a new time. He showed up an hour later than he said. He was rude, constantly cut me off when I was trying to tell him what other work I needed quotes on, was dismissive, arrogant and acted like he didn't have time to listen or give me the time of day After the third thing I brought up, he interrupted and said he was leaving. Went to his truck and did the quotes on the 3 things I did manage to tell him about before being rudely cut off, told me he'd send them to me and I could approve which ones I wanted done online and he left. Since I live in Texas and the humidity was bad, I had no choice but to get the A/C repaired and the two other things he'd let me tell him about. After this experience I never wanted to call another company again! However I still had other necessary repairs that had to be done so took a chance and called another company. They were wonderful! The difference was like night and day. The man from the other company did a lot more work and charged way less than Ashley. He was polite, patient and kind. I regret letting Central Texas Mobile RV Service do any repairs at all. One of the so called repairs didn't last a week yet cost me over $350! I do not recommend this company or its owner unless you're a glutton for punishment.

    I recently purchased a Bumper from Spillar. They completely put the wrong product on my car. After…read moretelling them they said I was wrong. I showed them the photo I brought in, the photo from the Ranch Hand website which was on the flyer in their show room. The older lady in the office proceeded to tell me that despite the fact the brochure which was right in front of her show differently that I was wrong. It has little to do with the bumper, quality or even how it was installed. It is 100% to do with the attitude of the staff, the lack of attention to detail Or willingness to admit they ordered the wrong part. To top it off they couldn't even figure out what the balance correctly. In the end it was a five dollar difference, but I was willing to pay it to leave and not have to deal with the worst customer service I've had in a while. You really have to want the bumper and have no other options to use Spillar. Make sure you get everything in writing, keep your paperwork, and dot the I's and cross the T's. No matter what, don't expect them to apologize if they screw up. Prologue: After reviewing the paperwork I realized they had even written it down, the way we had discussed it. I confronted them with this and told them they needed to make it right. It's hard to be a small business and turn a profit, I of all people understand that. An apology would've gone along way, a few hundred dollars discounted drastically changes my attitude. I have much higher hopes going into this

All kinds of problems on our RV and our friends and family's trailers during the winter freeze. Most RV repair technicians closed up shop for two weeks. Not John, he was open and eager to help. He was able to help ALL of us out during the freeze, and he did everything he said he was going to do. Excellent work done, quality parts used. The price was incredibly fair considering the weather conditions and the amount of repairs that needed to be done. John knows more about RV's and trailers than any other tech I've ever met. Definitely referring John to all family and friends going forward. Great value, great workmanship, very professional and friendly. If you are reading this, call John. I definitely recommend it.

A salesperson came out asking whose truck was parked by their motorhomes and demanded it be moved.....instead of asking if I needed help. I came to buy not only one for me but one for my parents. I believe the salesman looked at me and immediately labeled me as not being able to afford one. For the incompetent and ignorant salesperson who was rude I have attached a picture of my current bank account. If there is a manager reading this you should look at your cameras on Jan 30 Blue Chevy Silverado and train your salesmen not to stereotype customers. You lost the sales of two units, a customer, and received this review. Show them respect and ask them to ask if they are being helped instead of demanding in a rude manner to move my vehicle.

The next Monday we decided and ran through financing with another courteous employee whose name I did not remember. The tech, Bobby, then went over every aspect of how everything worked and spent a good three hours with us answering questions and giving his expertise as an RVer himself. He never seemed in a hurry and instilled a sense of an employee that truly likes his job. As if that wasn't enough, you get to spend your first night in your new RV in their RV park adjacent to the sales area to make sure everything works and see if any other questions come up. I mean who does that?? After your purchase you get 10% off parts, accessories, and labor charges for any service. We had an issue with one of our roof vents that appeared to leak during a rain storm. They Clint Caraway, told me to bring it in as it was under warranty. I actually pulled it in on my lunch break and they fixed it and installed roof vent covers for me in less than an hour while I waited! I actually expected to drop it off and pick it up at a later date but their service really surprised me. We are very happy with our experience at Crestview RV and will be a repeat customer in the future.
