I didn't think the job I got done at Austin Window Tint could have been done better, but have to admit that JC's did do it better. Almost flawless job done at JC's. Whereas even on the second try at AWT, there was still noticeable dust/air in some areas -- I asked AWT to reapply after being unhappy with first job, and they gladly did. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was stunning at JC's. Great craftsmanship, competitive prices, nice people at JC's. I'll be using them and recommending them to others in the future.

I was on the hunt for parts to complete a fuel line fabrication on my project car. After several stops and time wasted, an employee at a competing store mentioned that North Lamar NAPA is the place to go. So off I went. Admittedly, every time I walked into the other auto parts stores, the employee's looked lost, even prior to my parts inquiry. One employee at a competing store, walked me over to the fuel filter section after I specifically asked for brass fuel line fittings, he had no clue what I was requesting. I guess all he understood was "fuel". Upon walking into this NAPA store, I immediately thought to myself finally, I have found home. This place was spot on. Several parts on display, large stock in the back and upstairs, and the employees looked like they were on their game. After a brief explanation of what I was attempting to fabricate, the employee searched for the fittings and we were able to piece together parts for my fuel line with success. This location has become my go to auto parts store, without fail.

Weird brake light problem I was unaware of til my ESC light came on that very morning. I was helped by some seriously nice guys, and then Anthony offered to come look at the problem. I hardly had to explain how my 4 month old wasn't old enough to be trusted to JUST step on the break when I told her to. After suggesting replacing both bulbs (noting a bad filament in at least one of them) we realized that didn't fix the main issue. Anthony then suggested replacing the break pedal switch. That fixed it! I was on my way back to the Sticker Shop in no time. Anthony didn't have to explain to me that it wasn't really their "M.O." to go to such extents, and I'm in no way saying he did all the work (WINK WINK), but if it hadn't been for him, I'd have been looking at driving around illegally (still) with my baby on board.
