I traveled from Fort Worth to this store and somehow I followed a path behind their garage to where they showcase their motorhomes. I was checking out their motorhomes looking to buy. A salesperson came out asking whose truck was parked by their motorhomes and demanded it be moved.....instead of asking if I needed help. I came to buy not only one for me but one for my parents. I believe the salesman looked at me and immediately labeled me as not being able to afford one. For the incompetent and ignorant salesperson who was rude I have attached a picture of my current bank account. If there is a manager reading this you should look at your cameras on Jan 30 Blue Chevy Silverado and train your salesmen not to stereotype customers. You lost the sales of two units, a customer, and received this review. We bought an RV here and every aspect went very smoothly! Our salesman Jimmy Conklin spent a lot of time with us going over features of the various models that fit out criteria. The next Monday we decided and ran through financing with another courteous employee whose name I did not remember. The tech, Bobby, then went over every aspect of how everything worked and spent a good three hours with us answering questions and giving his expertise as an RVer himself. He never seemed in a hurry and instilled a sense of an employee that truly likes his job. As if that wasn't enough, you get to spend your first night in your new RV in their RV park adjacent to the sales area to make sure everything works and see if any other questions come up. I mean who does that?? After your purchase you get 10% off parts, accessories, and labor charges for any service. We had an issue with one of our roof vents that appeared to leak during a rain storm. They Clint Caraway, told me to bring it in as it was under warranty. I actually pulled it in on my lunch break and they fixed it and installed roof vent covers for me in less than an hour while I waited! I actually expected to drop it off and pick it up at a later date but their service really surprised me. We bought a brand new RV and had an issue with a fuse. I was able to reach Cole and he got me right in to get it fixed up. All issues that I had were addressed and addressed quickly. His supervisor Lenn was very helpful as well. I had heard horror stories about other dealerships keeping RV's for MONTHS while trying to fix any issues. Mine was fixed in less than a week and a half. Cole even went over some features that I needed more info on since I'm a newbie. He was patient and answered all my questions. I see other reviews complaining about the loan process/application; ours was a cash sale so maybe we had a better experience because of this? My kids love camping in the RV, so much so that I catch them sneaking into it in the yard. I won't hear them for a while, so I'll go looking for them and they're in the RV, watching movies and snuggling in the bunk bed. Probably the coolest/funnest investment I've made for family time. I would give Crestview RV 0 stars! I purchased my RV from Crestview as well the recommended 6-year warranty. Crestview never provided me with the warranty company information packet as they should have when I closed the deal. After sustaining water damage. I sent detailed photos of the damage to my sales agent at Crestview RV and asked if I should bring in my RV for warranty repair. I was told yes; my warranty will cover the repair & to bring in my RV to the service department. After arriving to my scheduled service appointment, I was told that the damage will not be covered under my warranty and that the repair will cost approximately $4,000-$5,000. I was then asked if I want to proceed & pay for the repair since it was not covered under my warranty. Unfortunately, upon picking up my RV, I found out I had 2 damaged tires that were not damaged when I brought in my RV for service. I believe they were damaged at Crestview RV. They also charged me $82 to put my spare tire back on without telling me in advance of the fee to do so. I spoke to the service manager & he said they were not responsible for the tire damage. I highly recommend you stay away from Crestview RV & avoid a huge nightmare! read more

Sales department was great; however, their service department is the worst. We paid over $10,000 for a new end cap that later dropped and was resting on the hitch. This caused the back end to buckle on both sides causing twisting damage to the cabinetry inside. Crestview would not stand behind their work. They tried to blame it on us hitting something or a rock flying up and hitting the rear well. We ended up with a $2800+ repair job somewhere else to have it lifted back into place. Their service crews damaged our flooring on two occasions - once with the refrigerator and second by sliding a couch across the floor when repairing the rear end cap. Wall trim was broken and cabinet veneer ripped. read more

1st went to them in 2021 to fix Multiple leaks on brand new Jayco. Was imptessed went back late 2022 for annual service. Then end of Jan 2023. Wanted fan installed in fridge chimney to exhaust heat. They Put the fan in the side vent but instead of facing outward blowing ,he put fan against & blowing on cooling pipes. Thus caused the fridge temperature to rise and stay at 66F. Yeah I'm really ticked off about this Also upset that I won't be able to use Crestview anymore. Trust issue. read more

This is the worse customer service I ever experienced.....it's been more than 2 weeks since I put the money down to buy a travel trailer and even tho I was approved for a loan no one has bother to call me back. A few days ago I left 3 messages for the finance manager "penny" to call me after talking to the salesperson that couldn't give me any information other than to try another bank or to coming with cash to pay for it. I don't get it, My loan was approved 2weeks waiting for them tell me the conditions of the loan and no one can bother to call me back. ZERO STARS !!! I see why they have such bad reviews. These people have the worst customer service we've ever encountered in the few years we've been traveling. And I do mean THE WORST! We're staying in the Austin area for a while with temperatures from 105-110 degrees and our 50amp cord burned up at 4:51 pm on a Tuesday. They were the only ones open till 6 (everyone else closes at 5) but we were 45 minutes away with 5pm traffic starting. We asked if they could stay 5 minutes passed closing so we didn't have to suffer in the heat all night....they're response was NO, we leave at 6. So we loaded up the dogs and sped all the way there. We pulled in thier parking lot at 6:00 and they were already walking out the door. They could care less that we were without power in this heat. No compassion nor concern for their fellow human beings what so ever. If you want to give them your money, that's your choice, but they won't get ours! read more

Absolutely horrible. One star is generous. My salesperson was Sara. I went in telling her that I wanted to buy an RV to live in full time. After sealing the deal and signing all the paperwork, I received a text from Sara telling me that the bank might call me. She told me to make sure I did not tell them I was living in it full time. What?! You were telling me this now? After I've signed everything? You are actually telling me to lie to the bank after I have signed a legal document? There was no mention made of this before the transaction because I would not have signed any paperwork knowing that I should lie to the bank; nor would I have. At best this is unethical on her part. My concern is that it's downright illegal. I was so upset to be put in that kind of situation just so she could get a sale under her belt. It just made me feel gross and dirty about the entire purchase. To add insult to injury, my rig was riddled with problems, and the service department is so uncaring and unresponsive that I was paying the bank and insurance for 3 months on a rig that was not even delivered to me yet. Since I have received it, more problems have plagued the rv, and the service department is completely uncaring and unresponsive. Emails and phone calls go unanswered until you CC a manager. Then, all of a sudden, they spring into action. These guys are inept and shady. Do yourself a favor, and spend your money elsewhere. read more

Crestview had not gone through the camper end to end and I found multiple problems with it upon delivery to which they promised to correct these with a scheduled appointment in the future. SWINDLERS. I do not recommend! Had a leaking A/C that was dripping into the cabin. Took it in to get fixed. Drove it for the summer and had no problems. Stored the rig in a climate controlled garage over the winter. Fired up the A/C again in the spring and it leaked again. When i took it in for the issues below, the service manager said it was probably because of mud dobbers (wasps) or birds and that they'd gladly service it again at full price. Didn't even offer to take a look at the work that was done previously. Didn't ask where I stored it. That's just poor customer service from a shop that has a "we're the only game in town" mentality. More recently I took my coach in for body repairs and generator service. I received a call that I'd need my entire charging system replaced since my system was "not functioning at all". I'm no mechanic but know a thing or two so I asked them to hold off on the "entire system replacement" for the time being. I got the coach home, cleaned the coach battery terminals, checked the batteries at Orielley's (dead), replaced the fuses they blew while "checking the system", charged the batteries up and OMG, the entire charging system worked just fine. When i brought this up to Joey Lawrence he back pedaled vigorously and really tried to make me a happy customer but at that point the trust was just gone. There was also a significant disparity between the cost and time estimates and the actual completion timeline and final cost. I understand this happens as the techs dig into the problem. That said, if they were less worried about getting paid top dollar and more concerned about keeping me as a loyal customer they'd be a better organization. read more

I purchased a 2022 Grand Design RV late June 2021. Since that time I have been trying to get simple warranty work done. I have been told repeatedly that Crest View would do the repairs and scheduled them to do so. Every time they did not show and then lied about the reasons which I can prove. The salesman Greg was very good and he tried to take care of his customer but was told to let the service department do their job which they did not do. This Is the most incompetent and unethical company I have dealt with in a very long time. I thought warranty work was a legal obligation. Our salesperson was the BEST!!!! BUT beware of the service department! We had issues before it left the lot! Got it where we were temporarily living & realized it had more issues. We contacted the service department and they couldn't get us in for a while. Then our brand new fridge quick working 8 weeks later, a week before Thanksgiving. They couldn't get us a fridge for weeks. We never heard back and just figured it was on a ship stranded in the ocean LOL (Lenn told us they were not readily available) We finally found a house and close end of January and were trying to get the rv in to the service department to get the fridge FINALLY in (we were told it was there by Sandra) but couldn't get a date until March! We just wanted to get all of the warranty work done (all pretty minor except the fridge) so we can sell it. Here we are, middle of May and it's still not done! Travis told us they were having difficulties with approving the fridges, but the big fridge should already be done! (Because we were told it was there in February). This is causing a financial hardship on our family. This was suppose to be a temporary living situation and our budget doesn't allow a new mortgage and a big rv. This has been a nightmare and we're going in the hole now! Not to mention the "I'm frustrated too" from Travis. ‍ Frustration isn't even the word at this point. read more

Horrible experience. Bought a used RV. The salesman did not bother to tell us that there was mold and wood rot in 2 of the slide outs. He made sure I paid for it in July, so he would get the sales credit that month. My grandson found the mold in a second inspection. But we heard from the repair people that they knew about it before that. The worst part was that they could never honestly tell us when it would be repaired. They finally delivered the RV 3 weeks later. That day the Service Manager assured me the keys were in the RV. But when it was delivered, no keys and no spare tire, which had been in it when we first looked at it. They did bring us the keys and the spare tire the next day. read more

I'm not sure why so many negative reviews. From the time we met with our salesmen, Jimmy, to now we have been treated great! We have had our camper almost 2 years. Anytime we have needed work done on it (we are a full time family) they work us in and get stuff fixed. We did have one guy work on it once and only once! He messed stuff up and even stood on my couch with his shoes. Crazy that someone complained about not having everyone running up to him to help him. Most people don't like to be bothered. If you need a salesmen, ask for one. This place has been amazing! This is the second dealership to buy a camper from. Other place was horrible! We love this dealership and couldn't recommend it more. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They are super nice when they're selling to you. Of course they would be because they are potentially getting money from you. But when it comes to servicing a rig you bought there, not even a year ago, their responsiveness is lacking to say the least. They have had my rig for two months already and I have yet to get it back. They ordered parts that were not the correct parts to fix my rig and since they wait until ALL the parts are in before they start the work, they don't find out it's the wrong part until weeks later. And guess who is left to keep waiting for an undetermined time? YOU. I would encourage anyone thinking about this place for sales or service to go elsewhere!! read more

The service manager, Gunny, is a joke. I've owned my RV for 2 months and they've had it for most of that time. Almost 0 communication. They returned the unit with wires hanging out everywhere. All of my storage bins were left open and taped back up when they took it in locked. Didn't have any notes on the work order of work performed. I've never seen such gross negligence from a company. I purchased this to use to say goodbye to my dog that was diagnosed with cancer. Luckily I got the important trip out of the way and was able to say goodbye properly. I still could have had another weekend trip with him if the Crestview people were competent in anyway. I would take it to another service center but when I called for my warranty, Crestview hasn't submitted the paperwork yet...Why don't I check yelp before doing business with people? read more

Want to go to an RV dealership where you're greeted when you come in the door, where a sales person asks if he/she can help you as you look at RV accessories, where sales staff stop looking at their cell phones long enough to find out why you're there? Well, this is not the place! We stopped in to see some RV's as we prepare to buy our fifth RV. Two were bought from this place a very long while back, one was bought at their Georgetown location two years ago. This is, simply, the WORST sales place I've ever been in. Went in at 3 PM, today, and had to think if my cloak of invisibility was on: Nobody said one word to me during the fifteen minutes I was inside. Oh, and they've removed the inside RV show room. It's now an exhibition hall for the wealthy owner to show off his collection of old cars. Too bad for them. I'm a cash buyer, but I'll take my business elsewhere. I strongly recommend you do the same. The new management at this place obviously doesn't care about getting your business in this hot RV market. read more

I called sales and spoke to salesman Paul Mac Lean. He was very responsive. He researched the unit I was interested in quickly and even sent a personalized walk-through video of the travel trailer while I worked with finance. I don't know if all of their salespeople are this way, but other places I called, I was lucky to get a callback after speaking with a salesperson who assured me he would get right on it. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Crestview in Buda. My roof was replaced less than 1 year ago on a Dallas trip with hard rain, my roof started leaking again. When my roof was replaced, I informed them of the exact location of leak. Long story short, I took the rv in for service a few weeks ago. Only for them to tell me I have a leak, coming from my antenna. This was information I provided for the second time less than a year ago. I was told to get that patched up it will cost me around 600.00 dollar due to the labor @ 189.00 per hour. I'm thinking this is an existing issue, that my insurance paid you to fix. Now you tell me you couldn't narrow down where the actual leak was coming from. I told you all from the beginning where it was leaking from. if you replaced the roof, why didn't you check the seal on the metal part of the antenna. If you look at the seal, it's worn, how did you miss that after getting paid between 6,000-7,000 for a new roof. Now you want to charge me for 3 hours of service @ 600.00 for some Dicor. My question is why you would even want to charge me for anything at this point. You failed to seal that area now I'm having the same issue. I was told I could buy it myself and seal it, no worries. At this point I was just outdone with the level of service. Then got home and my lid for my propane cover wasn't placed back on. However, they did order me a new one and I picked it up. It's frustrating dealing with a repair that could've been fixed. I'm also in the market for to purchase a newer RV but not from Crestview buda read more

I'm still a customer u don't have to close the register if there is still a customer needing help. Unfortunately that's what they so now I'm not ever coming here again customer service sucks here. I have experienced nothing but friendly, courteous, and responsive treatment from Crestview (Buda) and the Service Department. The Buda location has a store area, but it's not a huge superstore. I have always found what I needed there, or they have ordered the item for me. I hate to see the negative reviews here, because I have received nothing but the best treatment ever since I bought my Motorhome from them in 2008. There are several "not recommended " reviews on Yelp on this company and I'd read them if you are looking to purchase an RV - they appear legit. After a total pain trying to park in their miserably small parking lot with our F-450 truck pulling a small 19ft camper (one we borrowed, mind you, because we are buying a new one next week and NOT from here), we walked in the front door and asked to quickly see a particular RV. I mentioned we on our way somewhere, just needed a quick look, just need it open. We already KNOW what we want, just wanted to make sure that Mercedes by the fence was spacious enough. We've had quite a few RV's - got the routine down. The guy at the front counter at 11:30am on Friday October 13, 2017 called a sales guy up on the intercom. We waited a short period, looked around at four sales guys at the tables beside the front. One was playing with his phone another was rudely and loudly asking a customer on the phone how he was making his down payment. Didn't spot another customer. Finance people buzzing around. No one moved towards us. I looked around. I looked to my husband and said I guess they don't have time for us. When I turned around to leave the guy at the counter LAUGHED at us. Not - "I'm sorry, let me get someone". They must be doing REALLY good in sales to blow off business. God forbid the RV need warranty work or repairs later because we all know how reliable RVs are! I'm SURE they'll bend over backwards to accommodate you! This place didn't pass the sniff test and I'd runaway. read more

Buyers beware, crestview in buda sold us this beauty about nine or ten months ago. 2015 slightly used RV passport elite. And apparently the for sale sign they had on it ruined the paint. So they did a patch job before we brought it home. The sales guy was super nice. But when my husband went to pick it up was dirty inside. Dead little bugs in the heater grills in floor. And the blinds were broken on kitchen window. Never worked right. We called crestview to tell them this paint and clearcoat coming off is unacceptable, they suggested calling manufacturer, we did, they didnt care either. Not there issue they were no help. And our insurance wont touch it either. So guess what folks we get to now spend 2000..00 to get this baby fixed and pretty.. so fyi be real careful what you buy, check it over with a fine tooth comb. This is mainly directed at the Service Department. Purchase Travel Trailer. On Delivery found more issue than you would expect from a Grand Design Trailer. Missing spare tire and mount, front electrical jack didn't work and several other issues. So when I took it in after my first trip for them to review the issues list. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told would take 2 1/2 hours. 4 1/2 hours later I was told they mounted the spare tire, and clicked a reset button on my furnace, and would have to file a warranty claim on our Solar controller to Grand Design. Which sounds reasonable. After two weeks and not hearing back I called and was told Grand Design needed additional information to finish the claim file. Two weeks after that I called (yesterday) and was told they would review and call me back later in the day. They never called me back, to fallowed up this afternoon and I was told the same thing I as told two weeks ago. Past two weeks Crestview has done nothing to move my warranty claim forward to get my part replaced. I was just told they will walk it through and update me by end of business today...time will tell. I had no issue on the sale side, was shown around and they found us what we were looking for. If this is how Crestview service is going to be...this may be a short relationship. read more

We purchased our RV here. Purchase experience was ok.... Service is another story. We have used the service department twice and will not be going back. I felt a little uncomfortable with our first service encounter, but thought I should give them a second chance as maybe I had an outlier experience. Here is a synopsis of our second visit. Went in for some warranty work. After the check in the service writer had to inspect the unit and roof. As he was on the roof he said, "what is your insurance, the roof is bad".. I found this hard to believe on a unit that is stored totally indoors and was less than two years old, so I climbed up on the roof.... low and behold... once I was up there and asked to see the problem he couldn't find it... "maybe the light was wrong".... was what he told me... hmmm if I hadn't gone up on that roof, I bet our insurance would be paying for something that was not necessary.... I asked how long for the work and was told 3-4 weeks. I called after the 4th week and it took 3 calls throughout the following week to reach the service advisor. He never returned my 3 calls so I finally had to demand the receptionist find him and put him on the phone. I asked if my rig was done and it took him a while to respond with, "I guess it has been done". Got down there and a couple of the non warranty items I had requested were NOT done.. but I have learned my lesson and was not going to deal with these guys anymore.
