Superior Quality, Friendly plus professional excellent customer service. We purchased a basecamp 16X, and all I can say is Thanks so much to ( Enrique Montoya ) ( Marcelo, Brandon W, Elare, David Henry, ) I hope I spelled everyone's name correctly . They have an excellent Team of salespeople that work together on making your buying experience peaceful and full of joy. We started with Isaiah, and the person who took over afterwards was Enrique. They have a 10 star sales team. We recommend to our friends plus family members Camper Clinic 2 for all your RV's Recreational Vehicle purchases. We are so thankful and Grateful yo GOD for leading us to Camper Clinic 2 RV Super Center in Buda Texas, They are really a 10 Star Team. Oh and a special Thanks to ( Brandon W ) who so graciously done our walk through ( all you guys are the Best Ever )

Damaged mattress. Tags were ripped off. Other twin mattress is still with original tags.

Workmanship and warranty is extremely poor. Communication is latent. We took it in for minor issues and none were addressed! They caused new damages to our brand new '21 Globetrotter Airstream! Extremely disappointed. We are taking it to the factory to fix their damages. They switched our new mattress for NO REASON; found tags were taken off a twin mattress! Kitchen sink is still damaged and bath tub has dents that they tried to hide. They had to replace an overhead cabinet door that they damaged which didn't have any problems to begin with!! Sharing only a couple of things! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I recently purchased a 2022 Airstream Bambi and couldn't be more pleased with the product and the experience. Rachel guided me through the whole process and left me with a piece of mind knowing I was in good hands. I appreciate her due diligence in every facet of the sales process and look forward to working with the crew at CCII for all my Airstream needs!

I am new to RVing. I spent my first day shopping around in the area, as I was up from San Antonio on other business and seen several RV dealers in the area. I went to all of them. As we educated myself with online research and talking to various salespeople. I narrowed down what I really wanted, and decided to call Ryan back as he was my sales guy at Camper Clinic II and was very nice, patient and informative. He showed me a few models he thought I would like on my second visit saving the best for last with all my wants in one rv (I already had my eye on it). He went through the rv and then left me and my wife and daughters inside so we could discuss the models (the one we were sitting in). And more importantly gave us space without hovering or making us feel pressure to make a decision right there and then In front of him, which was awesome so it didn't feel awkward! We said yes to the rv and made an offer till we hammered out a fair deal! It was a week before we went back to pick up our new baby, during that time he communicated with us and responded to our questions in a timely manner. After we picked up our rv and took it home I installed an EMS system (hardwire surge protector). Power would not come back on and I was freaking over the new year holiday. I went ahead and reached out to Ryan on 1-2-22 hours before his scheduled work time ( I was planning on living in it starting on 1-3-22 working in another state). He called me back right away!!! Then called once he was in to work and talked to his manager. The plan was to bring it in the next morning on my way out of town so their service guys could look at ( those guys are swamped by the way). They took me right in at 8 am 1-3-22 and the shop foreman came out and stated he was going to look at it. I thought for sure I was going to have to leave it there and head out without it. Shop foreman assured me he would fix it that day even if he had to pull a part from another rv for sale and order the replacement part for that rv, I was blown away, I thought that but figured it was a crazy wish and here he said that. Luckily we did not need to do that as he troubleshoot and fixed the problem within 3 hours!!!! Just the thought of him even saying that blew me away. Turns out as I installed my EMS system I pulled a wire loose from the inside of the plug that goes to the outside. These guys jumped on it right away and I was able to continue on with my new rv. They didn't bother charging and gave me a few more pointers. The foreman literally stopped what he was working on to get me fixed and on the road again. I highly recommend this place and I won't always expect this vip treatment, but it was awesome that they took my situation as seriously as if it were their own with real priority. Ryan stayed in contact with me the whole time and saw me through me leaving with my rv for the second time. I highly recommend you ask for Ryan Hobbs when you come here. He will take care of you! If you read this Ryan thank you very much for the vip treatment on my first rv purchase. The only thing I didn't like was the rv complete warranty thing, I did not buy the extended warranty but you get a year free. I'm stilling waiting on the tech to call me to come help me thank goodness I wasn't on the side of the road! But that has nothing to do with the customer care you'll get from Ryan, his manager and the shop foreman and all the employees that made my first rv purchase awesome!

    Happy campers

Airstream of Austin has impeccable customer care and service. I would highly recommend asking for Luis Enrique Montoya. He is very knowledgeable, had an absorbent amount of patience with me, was able to answer all of my questions, and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

We flew from SoCal to Austin to buy an almost new B+ motorhome from Camper Clinic II. Craig was our salesman and was awesome! He picked us up at the airport in Austin and brought us to the dealership in Buda. Yep the deal was that good. The whole deal was great from start to finish. Although the unit was bought "as is, no warrantee" as we were driving it back to California we noticed the Grey Tank was leaking. We called Camper Clinic II, and although there was no warrantee they had me get a mobile repair person when we settled for a few days in Tucson, Az and paid the entire bill to fix the problem! Wonderful service from a topnotch dealer! Thank you Mike!!! I whole heartedly recommend this dealership! 5 Stars+

Scratch in rear quarter is through the clearcoat into the aluminum. This will cause corrosion and clearcoat peeling in the future.

tl;dr: Avoid, they are awful. I've been working with Camper Clinic II / Airstream of Austin for two years following the purchase of our Airstream trailer in 2018. We had a fine initial sales experience with our salesman, but their finance office was rude at best, insulting at worst. We didn't get the promised followup from our salesman, but we have talked with him by chance encounter multiple times since. During our purchase walkthrough, the service tech accidentally caused damage to the trailer, and when the repair proved to be an obvious patch to our brand new Airstream, I refused to accept it. What ensued after was an awful extended altercation with the general manager. We managed to finally come to an agreement to trade out of the trailer into another on their lot; we decided to move to a larger Airstream due to their limited inventory and paid the retail difference between the two. Upon receipt of the new Airstream, it too was damaged by their service department, putting a sizable dent in the frame near the tongue by a forklift. They claimed Airstream did it, Airstream claimed they did it -- Airstream won the argument. Camper Clinic II offered a body filler patch (read Bondo) on the frame...I'm sure this will rust out someday. However, when we received the trailer after that repair, we found black paint sprayed across the front of the Airstream, a dented rock guard (clearly not caused by a rock), and deep scratches down the side of the trailer. I am STILL fighting with them two years later to get at least the latter damage repaired, which according to Airstream means expensive replacement of a large aluminum exterior panel. In subsequent services Camper Clinic II has caused additional damages, including another deep scratch in the rear of the trailer, grease on interior fabrics, and tool marks on interior surfaces. After a two-year-long history of photos, emails, texts, in-person conversations, and attempted repairs, Camper Clinic II is now refusing to accept that they ever caused the damages and is telling me to file on my own insurance. In addition to the repeated damages to our Airstream, our brakes have failed twice following an axle replacement under warranty. After the first failure I performed a temporary repair on the side of a two-lane road at night with heavy truck traffic. When we returned I insisted that they fix their faulty install, since I had a chance to inspect their poor-quality wiring job first hand. Not only did they not fix their cheap wire splices, they said my temporary repair was fine and didn't touch that either. This was followed by a second dangerous failure in the mountains of Wyoming on our next trip when another of their faulty splices fell apart. This is currently scheduled for repair in November 2020, over four months after I reported the issue to them because their service department is permanently overwhelmed. These issues are currently under investigation by both Airsteam corporate and a complaint was filed at the Better Business Bureau. Camper Clinic II is still refusing to accept their responsibility for damages, despite the long, documented history, and only after this BBB complaint have they offered to move up the timeline on our faulty brake repair. Update: CC2 claims their work order absolves them of damages. See attached. This unethical, incompetent company has been a nightmare to deal with. It is not just an isolated incident. Each time it's something new, from possibly fraudulent claims of warranty repairs (claimed completed, obviously never done), to warranty issues repeatedly ignored, to half-assed, negligent work, to continual damages. I have been stuck in this viscous cycle with them because they are always fixing something they damaged or did incorrectly the time before, and that can't be covered at another dealer unless I want to pay out of pocket for it. If you mention Camper Clinic II / Airstream of Austin in popular online forums, you'll find they have a reputation of awfulness. Do your research and save the stress. Go someplace else.

Thank you to the Camper Clinic team of Rachel, Mel and Brian for your EXCEPTIONAL service that started from purchase in February of our 2019 Globetrotter thru the occasional service checkup. I looked at all the authorized Airstream dealers in Texas and I'm so glad that I settled on CC2. The above three (3) individuals truly understand the meaning of "Customer for Life" and why CC2 Is a 5-RIVET dealer. I'm an extremely happy customer and would recommend anyone considering the purchase of an Airstream look no further then Camper Clinic 2 and ask for Rachel. TX - 16242

Mr. Ferrando, I wanted to correspond with you quickly on why you need to look at a different GM for the Kyle location. \ #1 - he responded to the email with a text stating that he'd like to have the opportunity for his dealership to service us .... Shows he has no idea what his customers are dealing with because HIS DEALERSHIP IS THE PROBLEM!!!!!! Then he said he would try to find a mobile dealer to help us .. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE 3 WEEKS AGO - I WANT IT FIXED BY THURSDAY EVENING!!!!! Otherwise - I'd like you guys to reimburse us for $1500 in lost deposits. #2 - Here's a picture of the only work they did last time it was in with replacing a panel ... it's pretty obvious that it is bubbled and not put in correctly. Good afternoon all - particulary, Mr. Ferrrando, This time I have included Vanleigh customer support so that they can see the manner in which you guys support customers of their brand since we have a Vilano. I am extremely beyond disappointed and angry in the absolute disrespect for your customers that continues and we have an RV that we have been unable to use and now for this weekend we will lose yet another $300 deposit because we can't travel. I'm also disappointed in the lack of concern shown by Joseph at getting our issues resolved. Not only do we have none of our original requests addressed with the RV from day one (water heater, replaced wall panels, etc) we still have a non-operative black water tank with the Kyle location claims to have fixed. The master toilet will not work because the blackwater tank is full and DOES NOT DRAIN .... We have tested today by filling it up and being able to visibly see it doesn't work thus means the toilet doesn't work. We also asked they fix a panel that had fallen off. I'm absolute shocked at the half A$$ manner in which is what put back up and happy to send pictures. By copy of this email - I am asking the leadership of the company who actually owns ExploreUSA to direct us to a dealership that can actually help get these things corrected - preferably by Friday so we can take an actual trip. Date: Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 8:42 AM I understand that you are all leaders of Explore USA, so as business owners and sales executives ourselves- we are reaching out to you about the dissatisfaction with your dealership in Kyle, TX and I'm hoping you will help us find a resolution to this problem. The only good thing about our experience was the salesman we had - who I understand left the dealership today. Below you will see what I am posting on every review I can find about your dealership and would expect that you get involved to remedy our situation - especially given the ratings that I have found about your business post-purchase. STAY AWAY FROM EXPLORE USA!!! #1 - We purchased a $140K RV from this dealership and when we stopped by to see it and measure some things for additional purchases - the unit they showed us WAS NOT what we had agreed on. They tried to make us seem stupid by telling us were confused but it was not even the same interior color. Because of the salesman (whom we really liked) we agreed to move forward (of course - they already had our cash) but they made concessions - most of which they had not followed up on. #2 - We were asked to come at a certain time for delivery of the unit (a 2 hour drive) and when we arrived - we waited over an hour only to find out that the RV was barely even started and would not be ready. In fact - some of their agreement could not be done for days or weeks and they would arrange for a local dealer to do it for us .... It's been weeks and that's not even been scheduled. One panel was completely bubbled and needed to be replaced but we haven't heard a word about that. #3 - On our first trip - walls fell out, plugs didn't work, black and gray water didn't drain, etc. We had quite a list of broken things on a brand new RV. We tried to avoid working with them and went directly to Vanleigh (who has been AWESOME) but ended up having to go back to the dealer. They were supposed to fix onsite because of our distance but had it over a week and when told to pick up - most things are stil not corrected but all we get is complete and total BS and attitude from the service manager and dealer manager.

Buyer beware this company is a scam. My husband and I booked an RV rental over Memorial Day…read moreweekend. All communication was great prior to our rental and the only red flag was we had not seen many online reviews. But the couple seemed nice and had prompt email responses.. that is until it was time for us to receive our $400 refund. Mind you - our three night rental was about $600 so that extra $400 added to their profit margin significantly. We picked up the RV on May 22nd and returned it the evening of May 26th (we paid an extra night fee for the evening return). Upon picking it up we noticed a couple of things that were not 100% but since they had been pleasant we didn't make a big deal about it. Some food scraps had been overlooked and an ant village had moved in as well as the black water had not been pumped and was at over half full. My husband verified that the black water was half full with the owner but we didn't think it was that big of a deal. Apparently it was because we had to use the camp port-o-potties after the first morning. Also, two fuses were incorrect on the RV and had to make a special trip to replace them. But overall not a huge deal. We returned the RV completely cleaned and vacuumed the evening of the 26th and Sandy Life let me know the refund would take a few days to process. On May 29th, I emailed Sandy Life for initial follow up on deposit refund. Their contract notes the refund must be returned within 14 days of rental. No response. So I texted on June 2nd for follow up and received a text stating the full deposit would be completed June 3rd and allow 5-7 days for processing. On June 16th, I emailed Sandy Life that I had not received the full deposit refund guaranteed on June 2nd. I received an email later that day that their inspector found floor damage and that a door lock was broke and we would only be getting a "partial refund." Please note that their inspector did not come to inspect the RV for over two weeks after we returned it. When my husband and I dropped off the RV we asked Sandy Life to do a walk through at that time and they refused. We returned the RV clean and in full working order with working locks. I emailed Sandy Life explaining this and asking why am I just now finding out about this at 23 days post-rental. I also asked how did I know they did not rent the RV out within that time and are charging me for damages (they had told me prior to rental that the RV was rented the day after our return) or that the RV wasn't broken into at their outside storage area. I also requested photos of the damages and a receipt for the locksmith. I never received a follow up email after this. I emailed again on June 20th stating I would like to resolve this issue and cited they are breaking their own contract time line and also did not rent out the RV as agreed upon (black water half full, blown fuses, ant infestation). I again requested photos and receipts and again, NO RESPONSE. On June 26th, I emailed Sandy Life stating that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB the following Monday and was astonished at their lack of business ethic. Still NO RESPONSE. On June 27th I used my husband's cell phone to call Sandy Life as they had not picked up for my cell number the last 4 times I had called them. And what do you know.. they pick up. I explained who I was and Sandy Life told me they were only giving me half of my deposit ($200) and again refused to provide proof of damages or receipts. I told her I felt totally taken advantage of, that they were scamming my family and that I did not understand WHY they would not provide proof of damages. She got upset at this, said they were not scammers and hung up on me. I'm sorry but given this situation and total lack of communication what would you think? And if they did intend on refunding $200 then why had they not done so yet? At this point it had been 33 days since we returned the RV, not to mention THEIR contract stated the refund would be processed within 14 days! When I tried to call her back about 30 minutes later she had blocked both my husband's and my cell phone numbers. Seriously, that is the customer service they give? Not responding to texts, calls and emails then BLOCKING my number? I have not attempted to call them again as it is obvious I am getting nowhere. Sandy Life emailed me that night stating they would refund the deposit but currently I have only received $100. I replied asking for an ETA of the full refund but what do you know... still haven't heard anything back. What a SURPRISE! So buyer beware- this company doubles their profits by refusing to refund deposits and breaking their own contract. They are SCAMMERS that present like a family business. Very disappointing. I have since filed reports with the BBB, Austin KVUE Defenders investigators, and KXAN Report It. Please message me if you have had similar experiences with Sandy Life as I am tracking this with my attorney.
