I needed another 20 foot cargo trailer, and NO ONE in Texas had one. These guys had a 16', at a not-criminal price, and even negotiated an "out the door price" so I wasn't surprised by any fees whatsoever. I even got my pick of three or four once I got to the lot! One of the tires was low when I picked it up, so they inflated it, but it seems to still be going low. I need to call them and ask them about that. I guess their response will dictate whether they gain or lose a star. From what I can tell, all these trailers are made by the same no name company, then branded and shipped off to dealers. I wouldn't call them high quality, but they're not totally janky either. If you're expecting absolute perfection, you better build your own. But for hauling stuff around, and instant storage space, these are pretty decent for at least a few years. I do worry about the multi panel glued together roofs though. Those don't look like they're going to hold up in the long run. read more

They are liars. They advertise a trailer for $1195 and then say 1424 out the door. The tax rate in Texas is 6.25% (74.68) doc fee $20 temp tag fee $5 sticker fee $45 child safety tax $1 road and bridge tax $10 state inventory tax $1.50 fees equal $82.50. They are charging $229 for ttl "fees" which means they are making $71.82 in profit off a fee they say is for the state. Also they will give you a differ price if you show up on the lot the prices were even higher than that. He said he could waive a $30 transaction fee for me if paid cash Why is there a $30 transaction fee to begin with. I am glad I forgot my hitch today otherwise I. Ight have fallen for the rip off of fees. Telling people the truth will get you more business lying will keep people away. I am actually glad you lied to me today on the fees. I am happy with the trailer that I purchased from a honest hard working individual. I called 3 other trailer shops and the tax office and they all confirmed the fees were excessive. It is not even about the $72 It is the fact you lie and cover them up in ttl most people just pay because they think you are telling the truth. read more

We purchased a 14 foot trailer for our landscaping company. The price was outstanding, but we had to return back due to the gate catching the bottom of our ZeroTurn. On September 4th we picked up our trailer after being repaired. When we returned home we noticed that 2 of our new tires were replaced with 2 slick tires. We called Texas trailer supply and informed them and was told that it didn't happen. That is not how business should be handled. I own a landscape business, and it was clearly way past time for me to buy a trailer. I poked around online for a decent used one, and came across an ad for TTS. It is so refreshing to deal with a business that is pleasant, organized, efficient and has really, really good prices too. When I went to look at their stock, thinking to get an 8'x5' single axle, I discussed the different models with their main guy, and I wound up getting a 12'x5' double axle trailer for just over a grand. There was no pressure or hard sell, just clear info on the choices. I got it with the used tires and they are not pretty or matching, but they all have good tread, and are doing just fine several months later, they even remembered that I asked for the tallest set they could get me and found a matched size set bigger than what was on everything else on the lot. I only mentioned it once! This trailer is absolutely perfect for what I do, the hitch is simple and rugged, very tough construction throughout, and I got it at the five foot width, custom ordered and built for me, delivered to the lot, on time, less than a week later. I really like the narrower width for driving and parking, and especially backing into narrow driveways, its long enough to load however much I care to haul, and the double axle never strains on the weight, in fact Its my truck that sets the weight limit. Also you roll out of the lot with the registration and title taken care of, temp plates mounted, and the metal plates and title arrive promptly in the mail, as promised. In fact everything was exactly as promised, a pleasant rarity in any sales dealing. read more

I needed to buy a trailer to haul bikes for Texas Bike Tours. Never done this. Very apprehensive about what to buy, how to outfit it, how to drive it, how to park it..you name it. I first worked with Dalton and he gave me the information I needed, answered questions, showed me examples of what we were talking about, and helped me feel that I was working with honest, competent people. He also helped me feel that I could do this. I went back several times..always patience and helpful. People who answered the phone were helpful. Dalton recommended the right place to get the electronic brake controller and when I returned to test drive the trailer, Benny joined in to help and even rode with me during the test to set the brake controller. He did several things that he just didn't have to do but I needed and found very helpful. That trailer is in our driveway. It is beautiful. I drove it.
