We were going to trade our 2025 Blazer in and decided to get a second opinion as the offfer at…read moretrade in seemed very low. We received almost $7000 more selling our vehicle through Carvana. the process in whole took less than an hour. This is the easiest way to sell a vehicle, hands down!

The delivery guy was courteous and professional. All done in a matter of minutes. Carvana, company-wise, seems well run. Website design, online navigation, purchase process, loan processing, and home delivery went off without a hitch. I was skeptical of making a vehicle purchase solely online. That is a big financial commitment. Plus, being a used vehicle, I typically want to see first-hand that everything is as expected. Lastly, I enjoy grinding down car salesmen for every dollar and add-on :) That said, Carvana has the best quality (and quantity) photos I've seen, and an abundance of vehicle information. Their 3D interior/exterior photos put you in the driver's seat. So, I was not lacking for vehicle details. They called out some flaws (using that word lightly), such as driver's seat decolorization, that I do not see at all. That gives me the impression that they are very conservative with their assessments, which is good. As for price, although I was not happy about a nearly $2000 shipping charge, overall, the final bill was comparable to dealerships countrywide, and better than Kelley Blue Book (or similar). Anyhow, the shipping fee was typical for out-of-state dealerships too (assuming they were willing to ship, many do not because they can sell locally and/or do not want to deal with liability). Overall, I recommend and would buy from them again.

Never met Rito before this week when we bought our new Grand Hybrid Highlander at $8500+ below MSRP. Ordered pretty much what I wanted and more. Rito was VERY personable and spent a perfect amount of time orienting me to the new car. Other than the long drive getting here, there was very little downside. To the reader saying there must be something. It is through Costco Auto Program. Only two within 400 miles of Houston. One I never contacted in N Texas. The one in Roundrock was an awful experience..., to where even if they matched the price, the people that work there would be either very nice or rude as f. Had one or two employees made me feel like they were in a hostage situation ("get me outta here"). Selling cars does not give a dealership carte' blanche' to be rude. Nobody in Houston came within $5K on price, with many stating over and over again that I'm going to get taken. Nah, lazy people who aren't willing to do their research and drive 6 hours are getting taken. My wife has a RAV4 Hybrid and when we need a new Toyota we'll go see our friend, "Rito" at Autonation South Austin. Thank you!

Horrendous customer service!! My daughter and I were there today to trade her car in and one of…read moretheir employees on the lot was super rude. He parked in the middle of the lot so drivers couldn't get by. I asked him politely if he could move over so we could get by. He stood there "mean mugging" us for a minute...Then started to slowly walk towards our car. His response after trying to be intimidating (my daughter is 18 by the way...who was driving) was simply, "I'm doing my job" followed by walking away without moving. I did walk inside to mention this to the front desk...and the employee quickly walked in to try and defend himself to his "boss". If this is how they treat you in the parking lot...I can only imagine how they treat you during and after the sale. Glad I came here to read the reviews as well....SO MANY bad reviews.... Definitely won't be trading in at this location. We left and went to a different Toyota not too far away and had the best customer service experience - Toyota of Cedar Park.
