    This was by far the best car buying experience. It was so easy that they could have set up a kiosk to purchase the vehicle. It felt like the sales rep didn't care if we purchased a car or not. It was actually good for us because we knew what we wanted and didn't have a sales rep keeping us hostage. We were pre-approved before we arrived, which sped up the process. They let us test drive the car without supervision. After we came back from the test drive it took us 50 min to complete the sale. They even put a ribbon on the front of the SUV, which was cute. The only thing that I would recommend is for the sales rep to stick around when we spoke with the bank because we needed her and had to go and get her.

    This was the easiest and quickest car buying experience I've ever had! Between Denise and the finance team, I was in great hands. I found several Model Y Teslas of interest on cars.com and sent an inquiry to Austin E Autos. Denise got back to me quickly with valuable information and without being pushy. So a couple of days later, I visited their location and viewed the vehicles of interest, which were so well organized and in a warehouse instead of a large lot. They let you test drive alone so I could crank up my jams and get the full feel of the car. Upon my return, and the valuation of my trade in, I met with the finance gal. I let her know I didn't want a shotgun blast to banks for financing and she successfully found a low interest rate for me with only two inquiries. I had somewhere to be and a hard deadline to get out the door with my new car. They busted their butts to make it happen and I was out on time. The entire experience took about an hour and a half, which included a rather long test drive. So swift while still thorough! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating without an ounce of being pushy. The high quality of vehicles in stock in a comfortable climate warehouse was such a plus. I really felt like they were doing their absolute best for me and I won't forget it! Another plus, the staff is almost entirely women. I think this is why the process was so smooth, friendly, and zero pressure.

    Under an hour! If I could give Austin eAutos more than 5 stars I would. As others have said in their reviews, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I asked them to email me the final out the door price sheet and with other dealerships they resist doing that but Danny did so immediately and there were no weird dealer fees. When I got there there was no "what can we do to make this deal happen" pressure to buy the car or an extended warranty or add-on. I had a trade-in and they immediately got to work valuing that car and the value was ready after we got back from the test drive. They gave me more than I was expecting for my car and I was in and out in just under an hour once we started the buying process. The last time I bought a car it took 5 hours because they were "backed up" in the trade-in department or the finance department or the make-ready department and by the time I left I was frustrated and had a headache. Danny S. was terrific to work with. He linked my phone to the car and showed me the basics before I left. Hats off to these folks.

    This is my second review and my third car from Austin e autos ! Went from a Lexus ct200h on to. A BMW i3 and now our family car a Tesla model y long range I come back everytime we want a new car ! Gary and the crew are amazing ! He is a straightforward dealer, and will not highball you or lowball you- causing you to pay for something you are not getting, or conversely to not pay for something that you will be paying for later. That is how a used car should be sold. I absolutely suggest releasing all the fears that your research for a vehicle cannot subdue, and trust that if you choose to work with CARS4UTX, you are dealing with someone of integrity who will work with you calmly and honestly the whole way through. I purchased a car from this dealership for my son, who was heading off to college. The Cars4uTX sticker is still on the back of what is now a broken car. At the time, it seemed like a great deal--low mileage (61,000), no accidents, everything looked clean. But after just 6,000 easy highway miles, the transmission completely failed. In my opinion, the chances that the dealer didn't know the car was on the verge of a major failure are XZERO. Just Google "Nissan transmission problems" or ask any AI platform for an overview. AI Summary on Nissan CVT Transmission: Nissan's CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) has a well-documented history of issues: premature failure, overheating, whining or shuddering noises, and more. These problems often result in delayed acceleration, power loss, or total failure--sometimes even leading to accidents. Selling the car as-is is an option, but I'd be lucky to get a few thousand dollars for it. Fixing it and then selling it is another possibility--but honestly, unlike a dealer like Cars4UTX, I'd feel guilty passing a car with known transmission issues on to another person or family just looking for reliable transportation. All I can say is this: buyer beware with this dealership. Ask every question. Do your research. Don't expect the dealer to be upfront--they just want to move inventory. This has been a very expensive lesson for us. There are plenty of other dealerships out there. Choose wisely.

The selling process is pretty simple if you do the bulk of the work online ahead of time. It starts with a self-appraisal of your vehicle, which generates an offer that may be adjusted when the car is brought in. If you like your offer, you must bring the car in within 7 days. I was reasonably pleased with my offer, which suggested they thought the car should sell easily for more than they paid for it. If you decide to sell your car within that 7-day timeframe, gather your title and registration documents and submit these along with proof that you're the owner(s). Each owner must submit copies of both sides of their driver's licenses and take a selfie. If everything required is submitted online, an approval is given and you can set up an appointment to come in. We did this on a Saturday, and while the place was busy our transaction was completed in about an hour. Still, I'd suggest you choose a weekday (if possible) to visit. I can't evaluate the buying side of things, but the selection of vehicles at this location is phenomenal, with many flavors of each model. I'm guessing that you will pay more for this convenience, but it might be well worth it.

I got to the dealership roughly at 4:30. I was told that I would be out numerous times within thirty minutes.All I would have to do is sign and go. Well, that was the first misleading statement from carmax. I did not leave the dealership until 9:30. 3. The salesperson that was assigned to me.His name was ramsey. I never felt comfortable with this guy.He never made me feel as if my best interest was being met. The process felt just like a process.Give me in, get me out.Let him move on to the next person. He spoke to me in a very condescending wait, in fact, I had to correct him a couple of times about the way he was speaking to me. He spoke to me as f I was a individual who lacked the intelligence to understand the process. 4. Ramsay also didn't give me the full carmax experience of when you buy a new car. while waiting 44 and a half hours, I did see other salespeople.When they finished up their sale, walk with their clients to their new car and give them the yellow bow treatment with the pitcher. As I said previously, everything seemed like a rush process, he made me totally feel like I was an inconvenience to him.And wasting his time. 5. Let's talk about the appraisal process. Now, this isn't something that i'm really upset about, because you can't really have a vehicle appraised online and have an actual good appraisal without an actual appraiser.Looking at the car. Online, they told me, initially I was gonna get $8000 for my car, well, turns out, I only got $6400. 6. Let's talk about the car. I purchased a 2024 BMW 330I with the M2 Sports package with 7,100 miles on it. After spending 425 hours in the dealership, it was finally time for me to get my car. WELL THE FIRST THING I NOTICED WHEN I GOT INSIDE THE CAR WAS THAT THE FLOOR MATS WERE GENERIC FLOOR MATS THAT DID NOT FIT THE CAR AT ALL. AND WHEN I SAY THEY DID NOT FIT THE CAR AT ALL, MEANING THE FLOOR MATS ACTUALLY COVERED THE GAS PEDAL. i brought this to the attention of the floor sales manager. Instead of coming up with helpful solutions from the beginning I was told that the pitchers online did not come with floor mats.So they just threw some floor mats in there. Again, I told this guy that this is a safety issue.The floor mats literally covered the gas.Pedal, and they let me drive off that way. They told me to find some floor mats under a hundred and fifty dollars, and they were reimburse me. Now I'm not the sharpest knife in it. Kitchen drawer? But I would always think that a dealership's top priority is to make sure they're letting you leave in a nice safe vehicle At the very least, they could have said.Hey, let us take these car mats out this vehicle.And when you buy some new ones, just bring us the receipt and reimburse you.No that did not happen. 7. Let's continue to talk about the car. Before carmax sells your car.They are supposed to do a quality inspection on the vehicle. I'm under the impression that this vehicle did not get a dural quality.Inspection. My reasoning for saying that is because the following day When I took the car to where I work at which is ABM W dealership It was pointed out to me that the windshield had a very large crack in it. Now to give carmax credit, they did get that problem.Taken care of they replaced the entire windshield. The car was also missing all four valve stem caps. Does summit all up my first and last car buying experience with carmax was an utter failure. The only reason I left with this car is because of myself. Pride, because I was telling everyone I was buying this car, and I had to deal wrapped up.That's the sole reason that I bought this car. I'm pretty sure that ramsey and his entire sales team mayfield, as if they got one over me by selling me this car at the non negotiated price that I wanted online and then me still buying a car after the whole entire bad experience. Well I may have left with this car But carmax will never see me again as a customer, and I hope that these words read to someone before they make a decision to buy a vehicle from you all..

At that point, all jokes aside, most of us spend timing googling an individual or a dealership with a good reputation to buy the car we need. I don't know David(the owner) personally, but from the moment I met him, he was a gentlemen. I was randomly recommended to his dealership and introduced myself. He treated me with kindness from the get-go. He's knowledgeable about cars in general, but especially knowledgeable about Volvo's. I think he told me he's bought and sold more than 2,000 of them in his career. His dealership has developed relationships with routine maintenance companies, glass repair companies, and auto detailing companies nearby that all know him by name. Some of them specialize in Volvo's which I think is important. I felt grateful to be recommended to him, and that why I wrote this heartfelt review of his business. His business has been word of mouth, and I'm just impressed. If you're looking for a high quality used car, you'll be treated like family and may find something worthwhile here.
