This is the knuckle and hub. Had to beat the rotors off with a hammer from all of the oxidation.

Doing the front brakes on this truck for the first time. Another picture of the damage incurred when it was under water. The damage Daisy never even wanted to look at with me. They only care about $ and don't mind screwing people over. What a shame.

I found Daisy Motor Group through Autotrader. I was specifically looking for a regular cab dually. The only one I found was at Daisy Motor Group. A 2011 Ford F350 6.2L with less than 27000 miles and a clean Carfax. I wanted it badly. I texted with Chris the day prior because I was suspicious of the miles. I was certain there were issues. He pointed out the clear Carfax. I was sold. The next morning I took my 2013 Toyota Tacoma as trade. There was some negative equity on the Tacoma but Chris work with me and we were able to come to an agreement. He was very transparent with everything. And Rob saw to it that my monthly payments were within dollars of what I was already paying for the Tacoma. I recommend the dealership and its staff.

Tundras are a rare find in SoCal and I was surprised to find such a good price out in the boonies in Round Rock while looking around Texas. I spoke to Josh (I think?) on the phone prior to flying out who helped me settle on one of the many he had on the lot. Truck was in great condition at a good price. The guys were super nice and helpful. They ended up putting some new tires on it and threw in some weather tech mats. Only nag is the place is a little hard to find. Right after I left the lot, I drove it strait back to California with no problems.

What an amazing experience! I needed to purchase a commercial van for my business and my credit union and bank both offered outrageous interest rates. I walked into Daisy Motor Group and the sales manager Josh Godwin assured me that he had a lender that works well with new businesses. Before I knew it I was walking out of the dealership with a 2.5% interest rate on my 2014 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van. I'm happy to say that they've earned a customer for life! Thanks Josh & your team! Daisy Motor Group Exemplifies World Class Customer Service!

One Star - If I Could Give Zero, I would!…read more I told Jarrett EXACTLY what was wrong with my car and gave him the codes straight from AutoZone. He insisted on charging me $75 to "diagnose" it himself, only come back with the same information I had already told him. Total waste of money. Then he claimed two parts needed replacing - one of which had already been replaced recently. He brushed it off as "defective" and said he'd change it out so the check engine light would turn off. It didn't. Not even close. Next, he said I needed yet another part that I'd have to hunt down myself at a junkyard or eBay. When I asked him - the mechanic - to get the part, he reluctantly agreed, as if doing his actual job was a burden. I told him I would pick up my car at noon on Saturday. Instead, he shut the shop down early because "business was slow," even though their posted hours are 9-4. Then he told me to come on Sunday. On Sunday, he wouldn't even bother showing up and told me to just send him money through Cash App and take my car. Funny how that option magically wasn't available the day before. Days passed. No update. I contacted him - he fed me some story about waiting on a call from "the Ford guy." More days passed. I called again. The call disconnected right when I said who I was. He never responded to my follow-up message. Completely ghosted. So here I am: check engine light still on, problem still unresolved, and $250 gone for absolutely nothing. Great job, Jarrett. I'll never see you again - and that's a promise. And for anyone reading: take a hard look at the "five-star reviews." A bunch are from first-time reviewers and/or people who only had easy jobs done - like replacing headlights. Nothing major. Save your car, your wallet, and your sanity. Go somewhere else.

I hate this so much that I've bought my last two cars from Carvana simply because I wouldn't have to speak to anyone. I find the stereotypical car-buying experience (new and, especially, used) to be unnecessarily stressful and taxing. Today, this has changed. When I found a slightly better deal locally than I did on Carvana, I took the plunge. From the beginning, Angela was super helpful and responsive. She didn't insist on talking on the phone and was happy to text details, which is infinitely more manageable during the workweek. When it came time to make the trek to Austin e Autos, Angela let me know that she would be off that day and handed off the deal to Isaac. Isaac is the best. Isaac put us through the paces of letting us test drive, then talking numbers. At no point did the numbers they advertised ever change. I came in with pre-approval through USAA, and they did not push me toward in-house financing. This has never happened to me before. They usually push that really hard. Once the numbers were agreed upon, we were handed over to Stephanie for the paper signing. This was equally painless, and there was no push to buy extended warranties, wheel insurance, GAP, etc, etc, etc. The numbers we discussed with Isaac were the exact numbers we signed off on with Stephanie. Incredibly painless, transparent, and honest process. My wife loves her car, and I am very impressed by the buying experience. If you're in the market for a used EV, look here first. All the stars. Thank you, Isaac, Angela, and Stephanie!

We were already pre approved with our credit union and told the dealer we would be over after we got off work to get a purchase order and sign docs. This is where is all went down hill. A bit of info for those who don't know: some dealers work directly with certain banks or finance companies and the dealership gets compensated on those deals. Some dealers will shotgun your credit to multiple lenders at once just to find one that will approve you for financing. Most of them do not explain this to you. Anyway turns out my credit union deals directly with this dealership, great news, should be a breeze, right? WRONG!!! Since we did not submit an app with the dealer to our credit union they were not getting compensated on our deal, the guys at the dealership were not happy and boy did their finance manager Evan let it show. Oh, yeah I remember you and the attitude you had, I'm calling you out. We told the dealership we just needed the purchase order, we arrived there around 6:00 PM and they took well over an hour to get us one piece of paper. Wild right? During us waiting all this time they tried to sell us on their GAP which was inferior to my credit unions GAP so we turned it down. We live approximately 10 minutes from the dealership and didn't get home with the truck until close to 9:00 even though we got there around 6:00 expecting to sign documents then. Seriously what an epic of time wasted, and the attitude we got because we didn't want the dealer to pull our credit again you would think that we were going out of our way to disrespect these guys. Imagine that, we're doing business with you and we're met with attitude. Come to find out later on this truck had issues that were undisclosed on the carfax that we ended up having to pay out of pocket for, obviously we didn't have Round Rock Honda look at it, you boys have permanently lost our business. It's been over six months since we did this but I still vividly remember this terrible experience. Y'all made a simple process of signing docs agonizing and overly drawn out. Every bit of disrespect in this review is 100% earned.

Made the trip to Georgetown and was instantly greeted by Mark Bruce. I've done years of sales and customer service, so I know what to look for and what I want from a sales person. Mark was exactly it, not robotic, listening to my needs, not being salesy or reading a script. He showed me the cars that fit all my needs and I was in and out of there in 2.5 hours tops, with the perfect car for me. No games played, got me at the price point I wanted. Before I even came in, I had already called the service department multiple times trying to schedule an appointment for the white paint repair. I was told I could not make an appointment for that and had to come in person. I also did not receive a clear callback option or a clear explanation over the phone. The whole process felt very inefficient and customer-unfriendly from the beginning. My in-person experience with Cornelius made it even worse. After I told him I did not want to do the maintenance service, his attitude became very dismissive and condescending. When I tried to ask follow-up questions about the white paint repair process, he spoke to me in a way that made me feel like I was being laughed at for not understanding the process. My impression was that everything had to go through him, and I felt discouraged from getting clarification from Will, who seemed to understand the process better. Cornelius also mentioned that he was military and that things had to be direct and "in order," but the way it came across to me did not feel like professional customer service. It felt controlling and disrespectful. Later, thankfully, a manager and Will stepped in and explained things clearly and patiently. They helped me understand that the body shop may not be ready for about 3 months, and that once the repair is actually scheduled, the rental car would be handled through that side of the process. I also ended up taking a ride home myself, and no Uber or ride option was offered to me. I'm giving 2 stars only because the manager and Will eventually took the time to help and explain the process. Otherwise, based on the confusing process and Cornelius's attitude, this would have been a 1-star review.
