absolutely terrible dealership to go to. Bought a 2020 Ram 1500, when I test drove it everything seemed to be alright. went through with the purchase. Then found out the fuel pump was bad when it wouldn't allow gas to enter the gas tank. Dropped a grand into tha, when the mechanic changed my oil during the repair, turns out the lifter is broken too, so it was making a heavy ticking sound when the mechanic got it back to me. We are at 6 months of owning the vehicle and it had completely died on us. So what this dealership does is take majority junkers and cover the problems and hand them off. i Side this 6 months we have dropped a little over 5k out of pocket on this vehicle. we paid 25k for it. By the time the truck is paid off at this rate, this vehicle will have been purchased for as much as a brand new truck. Please don't go here. Way to big of a gamble. read more

I wrote another Payment check to this outfit and the taste in my mouth has not improved. While I am embarrassed by allowing this business to take advantage of me It is important to let other consumers know that this kind of business still exist. The major car dealerships will not take the chance of doing dishonest business but apparently the independent dealerships do not hold themselves to the same standards. They have no sanctioning body like the NADA so their lack of scruples do not have any oversight. The one thing Daisy did well was CYA. They mistake that for integrity. read more

We bought a truck from this dealer, right out of the gate of purchasing the truck. We had to replace the entire transmission, following suit was a oil leak, not only did I have to replace parts for the oil leak, right after I got notified by the mechanic that I have a radiator leak. In total repairs, after buying the truck I was all in $10,000. They stated they do 21 point inspections and ensure trucks are in good condition, that is quite the contrary. I will not be buying a truck from this dealer again. I run my own local home service business in Austin and have bought from other dealers, who are running their business in the best interest of the customer. Timeline in which i bought this truck and repairs was within 60 day-90 days after purchase. read more

We ended up buying a 2019 Ford F250 from Rob after nearly giving up on finding anything at a decent price that wasn't complete junk. The trucks they have here are all in great shape and look like they have been thoroughly gone through. We ended up with a great work truck at a really fair price. I will call them again when we're in the market for another truck! John & Allison R. read more

Doing the front brakes on this truck for the first time. Another picture of the damage incurred when it was under water. The damage Daisy never even wanted to look at with me. They only care about $ and don't mind screwing people over. What a shame. read more

Daisy Motor Group - This is the knuckle and hub. Had to beat the rotors off with a hammer from all of the oxidation. - Car Dealers Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

I found Daisy Motor Group through Autotrader. I was specifically looking for a regular cab dually. The only one I found was at Daisy Motor Group. A 2011 Ford F350 6.2L with less than 27000 miles and a clean Carfax. I wanted it badly. I texted with Chris the day prior because I was suspicious of the miles. I was certain there were issues. He pointed out the clear Carfax. I was sold. The next morning I took my 2013 Toyota Tacoma as trade. There was some negative equity on the Tacoma but Chris work with me and we were able to come to an agreement. He was very transparent with everything. And Rob saw to it that my monthly payments were within dollars of what I was already paying for the Tacoma. I recommend the dealership and its staff. read more

Tundras are a rare find in SoCal and I was surprised to find such a good price out in the boonies in Round Rock while looking around Texas. I spoke to Josh (I think?) on the phone prior to flying out who helped me settle on one of the many he had on the lot. Truck was in great condition at a good price. The guys were super nice and helpful. They ended up putting some new tires on it and threw in some weather tech mats. Only nag is the place is a little hard to find. Right after I left the lot, I drove it strait back to California with no problems. read more

What an amazing experience! I needed to purchase a commercial van for my business and my credit union and bank both offered outrageous interest rates. I walked into Daisy Motor Group and the sales manager Josh Godwin assured me that he had a lender that works well with new businesses. Before I knew it I was walking out of the dealership with a 2.5% interest rate on my 2014 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van. I'm happy to say that they've earned a customer for life! Went to look at a reasonably priced truck... All trucks on the lot were impeccably cleaned... The one I went to look at was incredibly rusted out underneath. Never seen a truck down south with that much rust. All the suspension parts were rusted, the frame, everything..... Holy crap, OK, there's another nice truck let's look at that one instead..... Nope, rust.... Next, rust..... Next, you guessed it, rust. I stopped looking after the sixth truck I crawled under was rusted beyond belief. You guys could at least be honest and up front about the condition of your vehicles, as it is I wasted an entire morning driving up there. Won't be back even if the inventory were improved. read more

I stopped in to get a sales quote on a 2007 H2 Hummer. The staff was professional and very prompt. Ultimately, I did not sell there -- BUT the staff went above a beyond to answer my questions and discuss their offer. So this just happened..got a pre-approved line of credit letter in the mail from Capital One which also recommended Daisy Motor Group as a vendor. I called, gave the sales rep my info and within a few hours I was on my way to pick up my new Kia Soul!!! I can't believe how easy and quick it was. They even got my title (from Michigan) for the car that I wanted to trade in. Customer for life!! read more

Before Daisy auto group I had purchased my last 4 Volkswagen vehicles at the same dealership in Seattle, where my good buddies were salespeople, so I was a bit spoiled in my car buying experience. After a year in Austin, it was time to look into a newer 2nd vehicle. My wife and I decided on a Jetta SportWagen TDI, no older than 2010, less than 80k and at or under $15k. We searched for over 2 months and couldn't find what we wanted- we were discouraged by the price points, the condition of the vehicles and sales approach when we test drove. Luckily we came across Daisy Auto Group, managed by Josh, where by far - we found the best deal: 2012 Jetta Sportwagen TDI, Silver w/leather, only 50k miles. $15,999. Don't be confused! As you follow the signs onto the beautiful family ranch where the lot sits- you are in the right place. All the vehicles in stock appear handpicked for quality and condition, Josh and other staff are straightforward and courteous. Negotiation was minimal - which I didn't mind because of the excellent condition of the vehicle and the professional approach. Y tambien se habla espanol, if you're helping relatives shop who have limited English skill. Thank you Josh and Mario for helping us find the car we wanted in a way we felt good about. read more

Good staff to work with, and salesman followed up with me the next week. Inside the building stank though.

Bought a pick up in spring of 2020. The process was quick and painless. Have owned the truck since then and have had no issues.

14 minutes ago We found a truck we really liked on Auto Trader so we went down to the dealership to look at the truck, cash in hand if necessary. We took the truck for a test driver and we ready to purchase. We told the salesman that we wanted to take it to our mechanic and have it inspected. The salesman (extremely polite gentleman) came out and told us that the owner was denying our request to have it inspected. The owner requested financing paper work be filled out and submitted prior to an inspection. Excuse me? You want me to finance a 50K truck with out an inspection? I am a business owner myself and encourage potential customers to seek outside advise prior to making a decision with us. I do this because I am extremely confident in our products and services. Pretty disgusted with how this situation was handled. Apparently they have something to hide, which just means he did us a favor. Buyer Beware For Sure! read more

I found a used Jeep Wrangler online and made the drive up from S. Austin to check it out at this dealership. The vehicle was very clean and exactly as listed on their website. I would recommend this small dealership for their great customer service and expertise. read more

very nice down to earth people. Jeff and josh were very helpful, but never pushy. It's the opposite of what I've come to expect from a used car dealer. I highly recommend this place!! I love my F150 that I purchased. read more

Great place to buy a truck! Sales staff is super friendly and helpful. They have great prices on good trucks. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Sometimes it pays to go see "the little guy". I promise you won't regret it! I was able to trade my car in, get a fair market value on it, and drive away with a truck. I am incredibly satisfied with my purchase and overall experience. After weeks of searching online and at multiple dealerships, Daisy Motor Group had the best deals by far. Roy was transparent and made the process easy for us. A broken passenger window switch was the only think wrong with the truck, they allowed me to bring the truck in the next day (once they got the part) and they got it fixed. Love my truck, had a great overall experience buying from this dealership. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid this place at all cost. Very shady people that work here. Stopped by with a friend yesterday and the sales guy was insulting from the get go. Friend wanted to look at 2 different trucks. The sales guy came out and said "wow those are 2 different trucks" One was on the ramp. Sales guy said "I'm not gonna take it off the ramp" unless I know your gonna buy it. How the hell does he expect someone to buy a vehicle without test driving it. Save yourself a headache and spend your money somewhere else. read more

Worst experience I've ever had with a vehicle dealership big or small. Day 1: bought truck & Daisy had to put spare tire kit in truck & spare mounted on truck wouldn't work if I had a flat anyways (wrong size) Day 2: had tailgate lock re-keyed to match truck keys and light bulbs installed in truck so that it would be legal on the road. Was informed by locksmith that truck was not in fact a flex fuel as advertised and that the tailgate had been swapped from another vehicle (they take parts from other trucks to make the truck you're probably looking at from them) Day 3: drove truck to airport and parked it in covered parking Day 6: got home and drove truck in the rain and discovered water was pouring in Day 7: contacted Daisy to make it right - refused and said bought as is - also asked them to fix squeaking / clicking steering column = no reply - asked them to fix **check engine light turned on this evening after 60 miles and threw a catalytic converter code which had been cleared from the trucks ECM before I purchased it. I was told it takes 60 miles for the truck to remember that it had a problem and the check engine light to turn back on Day 8: paid over $400.00 to have rear glass replaced where leak was coming from. Mid Day 8: truck broke down on highway. Called Daisy owner and was told I bought as is and F U which seems a bit unprofessional Was told by mechanic that truck had been in flood and showed me tons of mold under rubber floor. Plugged in scanner and showed me 6 engine codes which has been cleared before I bought truck. Later Day 8: traded truck for certified used truck and cut my losses (over $10,000.00) ...to be continued read more

Daisy Motor Group - This is a picture of my truck covered with a tarp because of the water leak that Daisy wouldn't repair and didn't tell me about. - Car Dealers Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

Our salesman was unprofessional, dismissive, and upset once he found out my brother wasn't going to buy a truck. He brought me along to look at a truck he wanted. I wasn't there to nitpick by any means, i just wanted to make sure my brother chose something reliable. With a mechanic background I know enough to look over a vehicle and point things out that may cause problems in the future. I kept the list to myself but the salesman wanted to know what my brother didn't like about the truck. So we only pointed out two things. My brother said "it just isn't the truck for me." Once the guy realized he wasn't going to buy anything that night he shook my brothers hand, didn't even look at me, and stormed off back to his office leaving us foot steps behind him. Talk about awkward. From one professional to another that was just about the worst behavior he could've exhibited. We were both offended and made to feel like our business didn't matter. It's simple, if the truck wasn't for us it just wasn't the right one. There's no need to turn your back and storm off. We will take our money somewhere else. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOT. The sales people will literally tell you anything to make a sale and 90% of their vehicles are pieces of junk. They need tons of work and are way overpriced. My girlfriend recently bought an 07 Silverado from them and one of the repairs they had done on the truck were the tie rod ends that are apart of the trucks steering. The mechanic that installed them put the cheapest ones they could find and NOT EVEN THE RIGHT ONES!! The bolts holding them on were completely hand tight causing the steering to have a dangerous amount of play and also cost her hundreds of dollars to fix. When we reached out to the salesmen he basically said that he couldn't help us and the owner could. However he is apparently busy and hasn't returned our calls. This is the worse customer service I have ever seen. Please be aware of this lot and do not buy a truck from here unless you don't care about your safety. read more

I went to Daisy Motor group just a couple days ago as I have been looking for the perfect truck for me. Every time I looked on cars.com, craigslist, autotrader and even usaa they kept popping up with multiple models in my price range most of which had pretty great mileage. Their pricing seems to be better than most. When you drive on to the road off 79/palm Valley you may think you're going the wrong way but don't worry you're headed in the right direction. The lot sits on what I believe is a family ranch which is quite beautiful. I looked around at the trucks for a few minutes when a female (wish I could remember her name) walked up and pointed me at a couple different models that fit my checklist. She was not pushy and was quite honest about the condition which I appreciated (she even said i could bring my mechanic to check them out). I saw another review saying there was rust underneath every truck so I took a look at the couple I was interested in and I didn't see anything that stood out. I have yet to buy from them but only because I'm needing to wait a couple months. When the time comes around this is the place I'll be buying from thanks to their no pressure salesmanship and great inventory! read more

Called up and talked to Jeff about a Toyota Tacoma in their inventory, went and looked at it, made a deal on it and it all only took about 30 minutes. Josh handled the paperwork, it was a streamlined process and I was happy with the deal I made. We were looking for a truck for my son. Our online research continued to bring up Daisy Motors in Round Rock. The location is hidden from 79 but well worth the effort to find. The truck that we were looking for was there and one of cleanest used vehicles I had ever seen. They greeted us and allowed us to wander through the lot without harassment. We drove the truck, and similar trucks to confirm our decision. There was never a feeling of hurry up or just pick one. They showed us gracious hospitality and gave us one of the best buying experiences we have ever had. I have told everyone that I know about Daisy Motors and without a doubt, use them again. read more

Very impressed with the professional staff. The Finance Director went beyond to make sure I had the best APR and the most protection. I've never been to a dealership that is so laid back without pressure at all. I went 3 times before I made a decision and not one time did they ever try to put pressure on me to buy now. In fact I was surprised they encouraged me to go check the competition before making a buying decision. That says a lot in itself read more

I thoroughly endorse Daisy Motor Group when looking for a new car. I had searched the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Corpus Christi, Austin and Round Rock before finding exactly what I wanted at Daisy Motor Group. Meeting and working with Josh was like working with a good friend. He was honest, forthcoming, full of information, but never pushy. I have asked him a couple of dumb questions, and he even answered those in a helpful manner. As a single woman, my car is very important to me. I absolutely love my red Solara convertible and say that I'm the only blonde grandma in Round Rock running around in a red convertible with a handicapped tag! When it comes time to replace my car, I will go to Daisy Motor Group first and I know that I will get a great deal and personal service from Josh and the rest of the group. The drive up to the dealership alone is well worth the visit! Best hidden value in Round Rock! read more
