    Customer service is very important if you want my business as a customer. Ms. Cat exceeded my expectations by telling my husband the truth when he called to inquire about a particular truck and she told him that it had hail damage and they were fixing it. She did not try to sell him anything else. She also called him back, excited to share that the truck he was looking at was fixed and ready and even sent him pictures and video. Making that drive to Houston and purchasing with Honda Leander was definitely worth it. I appreciate her hard work and may Ms. Cat be blessed with many MANY sales.

    *HONDA LEANDER SERVICE REVIEW* So I had a 9:20 am appointment at Honda yesterday to check my car for a road trip I'm taking my Ma on, new noise I've been hearing and diagnose/fix/schedule me for whatever they found. They said 4-5 hours, but 2pm rolls around and... crickets. Turns out they didn't even look at it until 2pm! I get that they're busy, but why even bother with an appointment? If the appointment is just a drop off time, say that and I would have dropped it off way earlier and planned to be carless all day. After spending almost $50 in Uber, being all day without my car when I'm slammed busy; my airbag light is still on, no marks on the tires they supposedly took off and checked my brake and suspension, and I'm missing an air cap. I noticed all of these things just walking around my car and I'm not a mechanic. I don't think they put it on the lift or even looked at it besides maybe a test drive. And that's a huge MAYBE. When I said please check everything and tell me/fix whatever needs it, I meant "please CHECK EVERYTHING and tell me/fix whatever needs it" haha. Maybe 'we checked everything' means something different at Leander Honda? They were friendly and professional upon drop off, the dog was adorable and the coffee in the waiting room was good, so no issues there. However, I left feeling extremely unconfident and worried about my car especially with a dash light still on. I adore Honda and I'm sure they do have good Techs, needless to say after this poor experience though, I'm on the hunt for a new mechanic and definitely feel like I wasted an entire day there. 10/10 would not recommend!

    I'm glad I no longer have a Honda to take here. It was not a pleasurable experience taking my car here. Often times they missed something on the first diagnostic, and I had to come back for the same problem. Having an older car shouldn't be an excuse why people aren't familiar with certain vehicular issues. I appreciated the free loaners while my car was in for service, and even paying $30 for a loaner was still a good deal. Maybe the sales section is a better experience.

What really stood out was the genuine care and attention he provided. In a world full of choices where everybody can do the same thing, service can feel rushed or impersonal, Duncan's approach felt authentic. That my friends is something that is hard to teach. A smile can be shown but you can feel something else. He spoke to me about my vehicle as if it were his own, and that level of commitment reassured me. I left feeling confident in the quality of the work done. If you're in need of service, I highly recommend reaching out to Duncan and his team--they truly make a difference! I've been in the auto industry for over 20 years and truly appreciate when I feel I'm taking care of.     My recent experience with Toyota of Cedar Park was extremely disappointing and confirms many of the…read moreconcerns people have about dealership practices. I will not be doing business with this dealership again and strongly caution others to be very careful if they choose to do so. My wife and I came in to test drive a car and, after the test drive, submitted a credit application--explicitly authorizing a credit pull--with the clear intent to purchase the vehicle. We were told everything was in order and scheduled an appointment the following morning for my wife to move forward with financing and paperwork. At no point were we informed that the vehicle was still at risk of being sold. While my wife was on her way to completing the financing process, she received a call informing her that the vehicle had been shown to another couple and sold. This occurred despite our salesperson clearly communicating to management that this deal was essentially set. That information was dismissed, and management allowed another salesperson to show and sell the vehicle without extending us even the courtesy of a phone call to give us the opportunity to finalize the purchase--which we absolutely would have done. I work with dealerships regularly in my profession, and while you hear stories like this, you hope they are exaggerated or rare. Unfortunately, this experience proved otherwise. When I raised the issue with management, the response felt scripted, dismissive, and entirely policy-driven, with no ownership or genuine concern for how poorly this was handled. It became very clear that the priority was selling the vehicle as quickly as possible, regardless of fairness, professionalism, or existing commitments. The message sent was simple: once a faster or more convenient sale appears, an active and committed customer is expendable. That reflects a lack of integrity in both process and leadership. I previously had a positive experience purchasing from Toyota of Cedar Park, which makes this situation even more disappointing. This was not a failure of the salesperson I worked with--it was a management decision, and it speaks volumes about how business is conducted there. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. If you choose to do business here, proceed with caution and do not assume that verbal assurances, credit applications, or scheduled appointments mean anything unless a deal is fully executed. This dealership and its management team should be ashamed of themselves!
