I had my oil changed here last week. It cost me $127.00. They didnt wash my car because it is white they claim that if it is washed the paint will come off. They didnt even reset my maintenance indicator i had to do it. I will say it only took about 20-30 minutes. So 5hat was nice. Oh and they use to keep the snacks out for customers now you have to ask for them. They only keep the coffee out you even have to ask for bottled water. read more

I went to the Leander location to look at a car. I told the salesperson (Anna Sue) I didn't intend to purchase a vehicle for at least a month & that I wanted to look into other brands as well. I asked her not to follow up call me because I was still looking & if I decided to go with a Hyundai, I will call her. A month later, she is leaving me almost daily voicemails, sometimes more than one a day. I asked her not to call yet she continues. I left a voicemail for the manager to tell her to leave me alone but there has been no change. At this point, I feel like it's borderline harassment. I've purchased many new cars in the past & never had a salesperson like this. read more

This new Hyundai dealer has bad hillbilly garbage service department just like the round rock location be warned, they will not be helpful if you are still under warranty. Avoid here like the plague, going to call hyundai corporate consumer affairs about this. Only way they will learn to be better. I don't see advisor Martin Barrett and Ash working here for long most likely will quit. read more

I stopped by Hyundai of Leander to use ChargePoint to charge my EV. The ones out front didn't work, so I go to the front desk to ask for help. She was very sweet/professional and got someone to help me. Ayden comes out and shows me to one in the back and his coworker unplugged their EV for me to charge. I was already thankful at that point! But then, my ChargePoint App stops working, and here comes Ayden to the rescue. He tries to help me with the app, and then asks his manager for assistance. They ended up getting the charger working for me on their dime. Truly the most professional and selfless humans I've ever encountered at a dealership and they weren't even trying to sell me a car, just doing it out of the kindness of their hearts! The service department said he needed to order the horn. I was called to bring it in early Saturday morning. They told me to leave the car and it would get fixed. I left thinking it would be done. Well they didn't have the correct parts and said they had to order parts BUT within 30-40 minutes I was called to come back. The parts ordered were the wrong ones. I guess the 3rd time is the charm. They said from the beginning that this horn issue had been going on for some time!!! So WHY don't they carry the parts and keep in stock!!! read more

I don't think I have ever experienced this level of personable professionalism when buying a car ever in my life. Kyle was very helpful in the selection process and getting the deal done with his manager - always positive and smiling. Breezy was very knowledgeable about the finance process, and able to explain everything in a way I could understand - I really appreciated her expertise. We are thrilled with the new purchase of our Santa Cruz truck. Our salesman, Norman, was as professional as he was friendly. His patience and knowledge of the inventory was evident and was crucial in our decision making. He took the time to give us quick tutorials on many of the truck's features. Bought my Sonata in 2021 and tried to get service in Round Rock. I was told it would be 30 days for an oil change. Then a seat control switch needed to be replaced could not get in for 45 days. Mike the GM WILL not return calls. I had to drive to South Austin for service. Then I received a recall on my car so I thought I would try Hyundai of Leander. I spoke with Martin Barrett, Service advisor for the dealer. Wow can't get over the difference in dealerships. Martin and his coworkers were great and kept me updated on everything. The service department Hyundai of Leander and Houston is amazing they went far and beyond to figure out what was going on with my car the last couple of months my engine light was coming on and off thought I got everything fixed two months ago then a couple of days ago came back on and they did everything to get it right, mind you I was a walk-in both times I did not think I would get my car back for about a week but got it back within 2 or 3 working days, Houston would explain and teach me how my car works due to I'm a single women and have no idea about cars, thanks so much Houston I really appreciate you and what your tech did to help figure out what was going on. I have been to dealers all over and this is a amazong place. They have been moivated to be kind, helpfull and explain what is going to happen.
