They knew I didn't want to spend top dollar, so they found a one year old that was used for curtesy trips. The service department is so well organized that you don't mind waiting. This is my second visit for service and I am always running into issues with your service team/Mazda Dealership. I believe this is a top down service department issue where everyone needs training. Or maybe the main issue is lack of communication from each department to another and lack of service professionalism. My first visit to this Mazda Dealership was a nightmare and quite frustrating. I brought my 2019 Mazda CX-5 in to replace/fix my break pedal switch. My car was at the shop for about a week. Once the service was done I was informed the car is ready for pick up. After picking up my car, I noticed the technician trashed the car with a sloppy job of reassembling the console/parts back onto the car. I noticed my USB wires were stuck/caught under the center panel & its side panels. It took me a few minutes to pull out the wire out & from under the side panels. I then noticed the top piece of the center control panel was not popped in or placed back on correctly. When I was driving home I noticed the Media Screen was not working & or not play music. I cannot even control or browse the media center what so ever. I also even noticed the center control panel is completely different & not the same/original center control panel of my car. Your technician absolutely did an awful job of taking the parts apart & putting everything back on. They in fact gave me a completely different center control pannel! I'm absolutely not happy with how Mazda Dealership has provided service to me. Shaun Sanders was very nice to help me after this whole debacle. I also have photo proof of this if interested in seeing the terrible service! My 2nd and most recent service, again I had a terrible experience. Because of my first experience with you guys I called multiple times to confirm my 2nd appointment to get the same break pedal switch to be replaced (this time it triggering a check engine light!). I called to book an appointment with the importance of needing a loaner car. After confirming drop off appointment of 7/31. I called several times leading up to my appointment day to ensure there will be a loaner car. Each time I called I got a different person and they each told me something different, as in yes a note for loaner is requested on your appointment and or no there is no for a loaner car on this appointment. I was then informed that I will be contacted the day before our appointment for confirmation of a loaner car. No one called the day before. I called an hour before you guys closed to confirm if my appointment is still good to with a request for loaner car. The day of the appointment I show up to drop my car off. The service person was confused why I was there and "looked up my information to confirm my appointment". She told me that there is no appointment for me today and even said are you sure your appointment was yesterday as in (7/30) and I said in a stern tone of "no, it's today and I called many times to confirm today's appointment". That was very unnerving when she said that. She looked into the system again and apologized and said okay I see it. She then said she has to look around to get a loaner car ready. Thankfully dropping my car off for service and to get a loaner car was the smoothest thing of this entire thing. Now after a week or so I get confirmation of my car is ready for pick up after having the car break switch replaced. I told them in advance I will come Saturday (8/9) to pick up my car. When I arrived the service person looked up my information had me pay for the "service charge" and said I will be back with your car. I waited about 30 mins and they finally came back to me and said sorry we cannot find your car keys. Internally in my mind I was livid and pretty much said I am not surprised and this is typical of Mazda. I laughed it off. The service guy apologized and said please continue to use our loaner car for the next few days and when we do find your keys we will call you to pick up my car. What a joke! A day wasted for me. Thankfully I was finally Abel to get my car back the next week. Like I said everytime I go to this dealership it is always something. Everyone there seem to not know what is going on or there is a lack of training or lack of professional service. I come from a service industry and I whole heartedly believe this is a top down management and department lack of training and professionalism. The pure lack of communication from department to department. For my second visit I asked for a completely car wash for "my time" and that Mazda lack of professionalism in service. They said no. What a joke. I heard Car Dealerships are scummy and shady. I am starting to believe it. I hope you guys can prove me wrong. read more

I've been here twice for oil changes, and the service has been super impressive so far. Booking online is easy, with decent availability within about two weeks. The dealership itself is clean, has plenty of seating, and offers strong Wi-Fi. One standout feature is the video walkthroughs! They're a first for me and a great way to see exactly what's happening with your car. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and not at all pushy, which I really appreciate. Considering that oil changes at reputable non-dealerships are now the same price or even more expensive than dealerships, I'd definitely recommend them for this service. But most other services (tire replacement, battery replacement etc) are probably most cost effective elsewhere. read more

I've been with Mazda for years and this is the first time I've had an unfortunate experience. I took my car in for service at 9am, that I had scheduled PRIOR. Only for work to be started when it was time for pickup. I do not have the most flexible schedule, and it puts a damper on my schedule when I don't have my car or things done when I have the time available. I wasted time and energy and had no work done on my car when I left it there for 5 hours. And was told it had to stay overnight. If I schedule something for the morning, it should be done in a timely manner. read more
