Most dealers wouldn't bid sight unseen, they insisted on seeing it. About 4 dealers were willing to give me a price. Subaru of Georgetown's was the best (and slightly above Edmunds FMV). When I took my car in, the salesperson (Darren) took less than 20 minutes to check it out to make sure it matched the pics and description, and then paid the agreed-upon price, without trying to offer less. He also paid for an Uber to take me back home. If there's a way this could have gone better, I can't think of it.

My car has been in their care twice…read moreand today I didn't even have it a hour and it completely shut off in traffic and rolled backwards almost striking another vehicle and could have caused a wreck with my children in the car. This was the initial reason I brought my car in to begin with. Over $3k in repairs only to have the same issue and to call for help and they act like they could care less. I will never use this location again!! Save your money and your time. My initial reason for bringing my car to this dealership was because it turned off in the middle of traffic. Today they're saying I brought it due to brake noise. These people are incompetent and don't even take correct notes or documentation. I have never experienced this level of absolute poor customer service. For a special technician to be called in to send me a video stating the terminal cable and sensor connected to my battery are the source of the issue and no one caught that but found apparently over $3k work that needed to be done is absurd. If a vehicle loses power sporadically why would that not be the first thing checked...battery, cables, terminal posts, sensors, electrical...NOPE they gave me a clean bill of health minus a transmission gasket and filter plus a tuneup. Complete JOKE!!

Reagan in finance was very professional and took the time to explain all the different warranties with a great attitude. The one sales manager we met with was a stern but amiable man. He was honest and fair. We did meet the GM who we enjoyed speaking with. The only snag we had was a few minor issues with one of our cars but Shamir had everything corrected within a few days. I'd definitely buy here again. We traveled from San Antonio. Please give these guys a chance to sell you a car. The dealership in San Antonio is just as if you were at a low budget used car lot.

Nearly every time I attempt to charge, the stations are either down or unreliable. Now, two years into my lease, I'm suddenly met with a list of 45 features and services expiring--without warning. It's a lease. Shouldn't these items be included, or at the very least disclosed up front? My salesperson never mentioned any of this, and I didn't see a single disclaimer. I was coached into this lease, which is now clearly less favorable than the options currently available. And the rattling? I actually can't live with it. For a vehicle in this price point, it's unacceptable. Combine that with the discontinuation of services mid-lease, and it's far from the seamless luxury experience Mercedes promises. I've voiced my concerns three times and have been ignored. Buyer beware!

The pricing was on point and a detailing made it look new. Jason, the manager stepped in to negotiated and closed the deal, done in 10 minutes even trading in my vehicle. I'm usually a tough customer. This couldn't have been a smoother transaction for a well priced vehicle... At the time of purchase, I also bought a $4,000 extended warranty through Mac Haik and was told it would cover "anything that touched oil." However, after the oil leak was diagnosed, the warranty company inspected the vehicle and denied the claim, stating the issue existed prior to my ownership. This raises serious concerns--either the vehicle was not properly inspected before being sold, or significant issues were overlooked. I returned to Mac Haik hoping they would stand behind the vehicle and help resolve the problem, but they declined to take any responsibility.

Once they get the sale on you, that's a done deal and they don't care about you at all after that. Very frustrating experience with Round Rock Toyota after purchase. We canceled a maintenance package on our 2026 Tundra and were told the refund would be processed to our lender within 60 days. That deadline has passed with no refund and no update. We have reached out multiple times to Ashton in finance, Elmer in sales, and even Mark the general manager--none have responded. Our lender confirmed they have received nothing from the dealership. Yet, the general manager, Mark seems to have plenty of a time replying to reviews here on Google if he thinks they can get the dealership a sale. At this point, it appears the issue is being ignored rather than resolved. We are now escalating through formal channels. Buyers should be cautious do not sign any of their contracts unless additional packages have been removed accordingly. ***AVOID ROUND ROCK TOYOTA***

I came in for an oil change only to be told my valve cover was leaking oil. I replaced all the…read moreparts as my service salesman Dorian suggested along with a new set of spark plugs. I decided to wait at the dealership. Five hours later, I left w/my car now sputtering/hiccuping at each stop light. I called Dorian & he advised me to come back. Dorian was quick to get my car in and I was out of there roughly 30 minutes later. I drove home only to find out AGAIN it was STILL performing incorrectly - maybe not as bad but still sputtering. This was not an issue when I drove in. I called Dorian again and he asked once again if I had time to go in. It is now almost 4pm. I was not about to go in for a 3rd time. The issue happened to be an ignition coil. This back-and-forth caused a significant inconvenience including work time lost, the cost of fuel and toll charges for the multiple back and forth trips and added stress driving a vehicle that was not performing reliably. I contacted manager Wayne and Luis for an inconvenience credit but since they fixed these parts w/no added charges to me, no credit was given but a free oil change on my next visit. What a great way to treat a customer going on 15 years of Nissan service!
