A month later, she is leaving me almost daily voicemails, sometimes more than one a day. I asked her not to call yet she continues. I left a voicemail for the manager to tell her to leave me alone but there has been no change. At this point, I feel like it's borderline harassment. I consented to an oil change and asked the rep (nonmechanic) what the other terminology meant.... I left to get a second opinion. I AM SO HAPPY I WENT TO JUKES! They saved me probably $2,000, provided me education about the codes as how they related to my vehicle and provided future recommendations as how to keep my car in the best condition. It was so quick, no hard sells, and was a friendly environment. They will be my first opinion from now on!
