Eagle was aware that it should have arrived, and the shop owner took the initiative to call me to check on the status before closing shop. Thankfully Eagle has a key drop, so the tow arriving after hours was fine. They must have looked my car over immediately the next day, because diagnostics were done quickly and I got a call early that morning. They kept me in the loop about the repair, explained what they were doing and why, answered the phone consistently to answer follow up questions I had, and went even more into detail about the repair when I arrived and asked additional questions about the mechanics of it.
