My car wouldn't start and was stuck in a parking lot on a Saturday afternoon. I called Blue Angel Towing and they gave me an honest quote and showed up in less than 30 minutes. They got it hooked up quickly and towed it to a shop nearby. read more

I was told they were on there way after 1 hour waiting then said it will be 3 hours no call no show.

Booked a tow through my insurance, after the tow didn't arrive at scheduled time I called them and they said my insurance cancelled the tow. Then when I called insurance, my insurance stated they didn't cancel. So l called out whoever was behind the phone for Blue Angel and they admitted to cancelling after having FIRST said my insurance did and basically it's my insurance's fault for not updating. My issue is that Blue Angel LIED when they could've just been honest up front. Updated: Only after I left this review were they so concerned to call so many times. read more

My daughter had a blowout and didn't have a spare. I showed up to assist and get a tow out for her. We called a tow company out which wanted $285 because they had to use special equipment since they didn't have a flat bed. The other company came out but couldnt assist right then because they received a police call. So about 10 mins Later Joe with Blue Angel pulled up and assisted with the tow. He was very very nice and courteous and had the car on the truck in 5 mins. We are so gratefu. We also saved $100. So this definitely was a blessing. read more

Scammers and liars. They lied about my car being in storage, was actually put on my streets public parking. paid over $300 for them to continue to lie and state my car had been in a "storage unit", and was told "no fucking way am I giving you your key" from Apollo the owner. Then again "you heard me. You're not getting your fucking key" finally paid the extra $140 he wanted for just keeping it on a street. They state they will help you and work with you and have the car looked at by a mechanic. No. Complete scam. Don't trust them. They do not have ANY storage units for cars, they just leave them on the public street parking. read more

Our car suddenly would not start and we needed someone to jump start it. The first place we called told us they could come out in 45 mins. Forty five! It was 4 pm in an August afternoon, there was very little shade around so we really didn't want to wait that long. We called Blue Angel. They said they could come by in 25 mins, which they came pretty close to that. We understand the truck driver probably had to fight 4 pm traffic somewhere. The guy who jumped start our car was really helpful and friendly. We thought our car battery needed replacement but he said he checked and it looked okay. He also checked the alternator and they also looked okay. Very nice guy. I hope our car never needed to be towed again anytime soon. But if it did, we'd call Blue Angel again! read more

Great service! Had a last minute emergency, insurance sent a tow truck 3 hours out- from Dallas, called Blue Angel based on the great reviews. Best service ever, he came within 30 minutes and was super sweet! He was telling my partner and I about his dreams and aspirations and even a little advice. I tell all my friends to go here now if they need. They'll get you right! He's such a wholesome person, keep doing you! We love it :) read more

Our roadside assist thru USAA set us up for a tow with Blue Angel Towing. The time estimate was pretty close, only a few minutes off. I was sure it was my alternator but Sam checked the battery just in case. That was it, started right up. His name was Sam and he was just the nicest guy. He even gave us tips for getting a new battery cheaper. He could have just loaded us up and got paid for the tow. I really appreciate his honesty and offer to help out in any way if we needed him again. read more

Decent company, answered my call and had someone out to me quickly. I was quoted a price, which seemed fair enough for the distance it was being towed. I was not told how they expected payment until I was in the cab of the truck en route to my home, where my car was being towed. Who doesn't take credit cards in this day and age????? That seemed very sketchy. The Driver was ok, nice enough, helpful enough. It was the payment part which I found problematic. read more

This guy is a liar and unprofessional person who offers cheap tows and does bad jobs. He came to our property and damaged our property and then tries to lie about it even after 4 people saw and heard it happen. On top of that the car he towed out he did it in a way where he more than definitely damaged it. All the workers were shocked at his behavior and how unprofessional he was. Avoid this person at all time unless you want to deal with a liar who will damage your car. I have gave this guy business in the past, but not anymore. read more

I need to share with all, when no one else would help, Mr. Apollo and Blue Angel came through for me and my family. DFW resident broke down in Austin, no one would give or made themselves available for a long-distance tow. I called Blue Angel after waiting 6 hours for Triple A (AAA), spoke with Mr. Apollo, gave me a price and within 15 minutes Mr. Apollo showed up and towed my Vehicle to the DFW area.
