After Roadside dispatched two other towing companies with inadequate equipment, despite my persistent description of my needs, my service advisor gave me the number for Quick Tow saying they had never had a situation that Quick Tow couldn't handle. I was lucky enough to get Ricky, who showed up an hour later, knowing exactly what to do to get my car out of the garage! He was so polite & kind & worked quickly! So thankful for Ricky & Quick Tow! read more

I called QUICK TOW LLC early in the morning, around 6:17 AM, using their 24-hour number. The person who answered sounded like he was half asleep. I even asked if I should call back later, but he said, "No." I explained clearly that I needed a tow for my car and specifically did NOT want a flatbed, as I've towed this car before and know it requires a dolly to be towed safely. He told me the driver wouldn't be in until around 6:30 or so, but assured me they've hauled Ferraris and other exotic cars before and knew what to do. So, I trusted him and waited. At about 7:15 AM, I received a text saying they were 15 minutes away, and true to their word, they showed up on time -- with a flatbed. The driver himself was very professional and polite. I explained my concerns again and told him I've had this exact issue before where flatbeds couldn't tow the car without damage. The driver worked to line up the car, but after checking, he came over and said the spoiler would definitely hit. At that point, I asked him not to tow it. He was understanding, apologized, and even suggested a few other companies that might be able to help. The frustrating part is that the driver wasn't told that I needed a dolly. When he called the office, the same gentleman -- now fully awake -- admitted they don't even have trucks with dollies. This was a complete waste of time and easily avoidable. If the person who answered my call had actually listened when I explained my needs, we wouldn't have gone through this whole mess. The driver gets five stars for professionalism, but the communication and dispatch side of QUICK TOW LLC really dropped the ball here. read more

We called Quick Tow to request a tow to a repair shop for our son's inoperable car. They quoted us a VERY reasonable price and had a tow truck out to us in 20 minutes. Although we had already confirmed with the shop that they could service the car, once it arrived they informed us that it needed to go to the dealership. Our tow truck driver waited patiently at the shop while we called dispatched to request an extension on the tow job. Dispatch was incredibly helpful and ultimately ended up offering to extend the tow several miles at no extra cost. There are many companies out there who would have recognized that we were in a bind and taken advantage by charging us an extra arm and leg - but not Quick Tow. They were courteous, professional, and offered us an incredibly fair price. Highly recommend! read more

I needed a tow from a curbside to the dealer because of a coolant issue. They were able to get to my car within an hour in the middle of rush hour at 6pm. They had my car up on the flatbed in s few minutes and delivered to the dealer before they closed. Great experience overall! read more

Excellent service and professionalism. Joseph responded quickly with a flat bed to pick up my 17' cargo trailer that had a broken axle. He carefully loaded it and transported it to the destination, unloaded it without causing any damage. Despite the missing wheel and suspension dragging. Jimmy Matyas with Quick Tow picked my new Escalade out of my garage as it was dead. He was extremely careful with the vehicle as well as the garage and house. The professionalism and grade A+++ service was hands down the best I have ever dealt with in a time when the world has forgotten what service and professionalism is all about. Now I get to deal with the unprofessional Cadillac unService department. Thank You Quick Tow! I will definitely recommend and use you again. read more

This was the second time I needed to use Quick Tow in a few weeks. As before, the service was incredible: fast, courtesy, and, most importantly, professional. The second time I used them, Mando skillfully got our Camero out of the garage despite the car not being drivable. He was patient and thoughtful in getting the vehicle on the tow bed. I was very impressed and highly recommend them. read more

I had a vehicle that somebody tried to steal, and in the process, caused damage that made the vehicle unable to be driven, or placed into neutral. I started calling around for a tow service to have the vehicle taken to the shop and the responses I received were not "welcoming". I guess my situation wasn't "easy enough" for most of the tow services I contacted. That was until I called Quick Tow. They were fast, easy to deal with, friendly, and willing. They showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would do. And, given the circumstances, I thought their prices were fair. I would definitely use them again! read more

My pick-up broke down near downtown Austin, heater hose broke so I figured I could do the repair. Called Quick Tow to schedule a tow back to my house based on good Yelp reviews. Quick Tow was the only company that was able to tow a motorcycle at a reasonable cost and was incredibly quick to respond. Billy was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist us in one of the most pleasant towing experiences we have ever had. read more

Use them, use them, use them! I cannot say this enough. I was in a near fatal car accident in Spicewood and from the moment they arrived on scene, the customer service was top notch! Very friendly and professional and they even gave me a lift home in the tow truck because my wife was home for the night with our sleeping baby. They handled my BMW with extreme care and were so nice that they actually helped the other 2 tow companies with the other two cars (that were totaled). So, good first impression, but it didn't stop there. Alex was always available anytime I called and was upfront and honest about the process. When it got close to 30 days in the impound, he indicated that as long as we were in communication, he would delay sale at auction. He stayed true to his word and even protected my vehicle for me when the repo company came knocking. I was able to come down immediately to sign the release and my car was towed to my house in less than 2 hours! Billy delivered my car and he was just as nice as Alex. He took care handling my car and made sure it was where I wanted before he left. Bottom line, Quick Tow is like dealing with (the good kind of) family and I would recommend them to anyone and will use them in a heartbeat the next time I have towing needs. Do yourself a favor and deal with an honest, customer driven company. You're welcome! read more
