My car was hit by a Jeep last week and APD got my car towed immediately and it ended up at Rocha's. I probably called them a dozen times while I anxiously waited for my insurance and then the other driver's insurance to finally get it towed to Caliber Collision. They were nice and patient with me each time I called and always answered promptly. We went out to get everything out of my car and they provided a cart to put things in and Jason was so nice and stayed a little late to make sure we were all set and had me sign the release form to my insurance. When I called to switch to the other driver's insurance, they did it with zero issue. When my car was finally towed to Caliber, I received a call letting me know! I also wanted to add that I am not sure if the tow truck driver who picked up my car after my accident works for Rocha's, but he was also so nice and patient while I waited for my boyfriend to get me. My car was dead, but he was able to get all four doors open so I could at least crawl in and get some stuff from the back. read more

Do NOT trust Rocha's towing with your vehicle if you want it dropped off in the same condition. First they refused to bring out my vehicle from behind the gate into the lot so triple a could come pick up. This was even after I paid them nearly 600 dollars just to get it out. Why did I have to call triple a you ask? Because they wanted to charge me another 200 dollars to tow it from there yard to a Austin collision body shop on the same street less then 3 miles down the street. Absolute crooks. I asked how much it would costs just to get out the lot so triple a could come grab it? They said it would be another $110, that's insane just to drop it around the corner. But I needed to save all the money I could so I agreed and expected my car to be dropped off in the same condition it was picked up in. Yes it was In A car accident and was decently damaged but they seemed to get it back on the tow truck just fine. So please explain to me how you damaged my vehicle further and I watched your tow driver just slide my vehicle off the bed and onto the ground. Ripping my bumper off nearly completely and detaching what's left of my wheel. When I asked him to stop and to tell him he's damaging it he shrugs his shoulders because he can't understand me. Eventually he tried pouring water down the flatbed so it would slide easier which just made it worse. Because of the extra damage incurred on my vehicle triple a refused to tow it to the Austin collision causing unnecessary pain and frustration. It's a very good thing I took before and after pics of my vehicle for proof as I'm sure this towing company will continue to deny any wrongdoing. But please tell me how after I finally called a different tow company with the same flatbed configuration and he was able to load and drop off my vehicle with no additional damage??? I would love an explanation as I paid your over 700 dollars just for you and your service to further damage my vehicle. Also I have videos as well. read more

Honesty, integrity, and respectfulness are not traits you'd typically associate with a towing company, but Rocha's Towing Service was all of those. The City of Austin failed to notify me of construction on a neighboring street. While I don't live on the street they were working on, apparently my car was in the way so they called it in to be moved. The City also failed to notify me that my car had been moved or where it was moved to, this resulted in me filling an auto theft report. Reddit solved the mystery, and the car was located. The folks at Rocha's reached out and explained what had happened, sent someone over to look at my vehicle and offered to make right any wrongs. They were super polite and understanding and even apologized on behalf of the City (even though that's 100% on the City and not them). So while I never initiated their services that led to my interaction with them, I have nothing but good things to say and will not hesitate to use their services in the future or recommend them to anybody who needs a tow. read more

I called at 3:42 to confirm my vehicle location and to let them know I was going to the Daisy location, I spoke to someone at 4:30 and they said it would most likely be another 40 minutes because they were just sending someone out. Who knows when they will get here, I was going to wait til they got here to post this review but I have tons of time and regardless of when they get here they have already exceeded the hour. First off, it's never a pleasant experience when you have to get your car towed. However, if I'm ever in need of this type of service again, I'm definitely calling Rocha's Towing Service. I was recently involved in a collision. These guys were in the police rotation to tow vehicles that were safe to drive. The tow truck driver came out and then drove me and my car a few blocks away so that I could get my stuff out of the car before he took it to the salvage yard. He waited over 15 minutes while I removed all of my items from the car and didn't mind at all. A few days later I went to pick up my car an hour after they were closed. They let me inside and allowed me to work on my car to get it out of their yard. They even gave me a jump start. These guys were awesome from start to finish. read more

Surprisingly when I opened my car, I realize they steal some cash left inside a secret compartment in my car, also I did have some tools in the trunk and they toke them as well. A car crashed through the brick wall in front of our house yesterday, and stayed there, halfway through the wall! I waited with the uninjured driver for the tow truck, wondering how they were going to access the car. To the back of the car there was a busy road, a brick double mailbox, a ditch and a huge oak tree. The front of the car had smashed through the fence and stopped there. The driver, Bobby arrived soon after being called and walked around surveying the situation to figure out the best way to extract the car without further damaging it or the remaining wall. It was amazing to watch as he gently maneuvered the car up and onto the tow ramp and truck without disturbing anything. Very impressive! This towing service is just like any other towing service. They know precisely what they're worth and they know they can gouge you on prices especially when you're in a predicament. My vehicle was in an accident and they charged me almost $500 for tow and storage and would've charged me $50 per day had I not had the funds to get my car out of their piece of shit little side yard. The staff was rude as could be and wouldn't even let me borrow a screw driver for 5 minutes to remove a body part so that I could drive my car out of their lot. On top of that they told me that if my vehicle wasn't removed from their front parking lot that they would put it right back in their yard by midnight and restart all of the charges. I hate companies that know they can do whatever they want and step on whomever they want just to make a buck. read more

Jaime Rocha failed to keep a proper lookout when he was in my vehicle and backed into me as I was walking behind causing me to incur thousands of dollars in medical expenses that their insurance company has denied because they are only covered when they are driving their tow trucks, not other peoples cars.
