I was not notified about my car being tow. I had to call 911 in order to find out what happened to my car. I was unable to find the location due to the company being under a different name. When I finally found it, it looked more like a junk yard than a tow company. I had called to get information about them and that i was on my way to get the car. This place is in kyle and i live in austin, but they told me that they had to send a driver... who was coming from austin. We have waited for more than an hour and they did not arrive and they stopped answering calls for a while when we tried to get an update. Also they denied sending us the pictures they took of my so we could have a record for my apartment complex. Not a very pleasant experience at all. read more

stole my car off the street did not give 48 hour notice blame the owner of a business that resides next to side Street of! Navasota off Caesar Chavez st. This is a public street with no signage stating towing enforced. I have lived on Cesar Chavez Street for 22 years and parked on Navasota Street for most of those 22 years. I'm 56 years old and I've had a stroke paralyzed on my left side! And these people take my car which moves every day because my helper is taking me to the doctor. I had to hobble out of bed at 12 o'clock at night and be extorted out of $400 that I can not afford to lose. So no, I do not have anything nice to say about these people. read more

when we had first arrived, we gave a call. Whoever we spoke to had said he would have a driver meet us out there never told us when he was going to meet us out there,30 minutes had passed. We were a bit concerned, went ahead and gave him another call. He said he would be there in a few minutes we said OK another 30 minutes had passed and I had looked up the reviews. Apparently it is pretty standard for them to take about an hour to get here, however, had we had known prior that it takes an hour we would have waited elsewhere, and not at the towing yard for over an hour just to be let in I also don't understand why they have a little office next to the gate if no one is going to be in it and it's all up to the driver to let people in I feel as if someone should be closer by to be better of assistance, by the time the tow truck driver came he extremely rude to us and getting mad that we still had the key which no one had asked us when they came to get the car and I understand that the vehicle was already banged up but whoever was putting the car on the truck didn't care about the car and wasn't being careful at all. worst part is their website is expired so I can't even pull it up on my smart phone device. Also, when you give the number a call, it's somebody's phone number directly they don't say what towing service this is they just say Hello or hey, which is a little odd so not sure if I would ever trust this company in the future pretty disappointed that the officers recommended this towing company and it's literally not to be trusted and just very poor communication and poor Service, especially since most of the reviews have claimed , the driver has been rude, so I'm not sure why they don't care to do anything about that. The tow truck driver provided a 17 min eta but took an hr to arrive. The car was towed 3.4 miles and was charged 150.00. Too much for the service provided. And on top of not so great service driver was rude when I asked about the price. Offered to put my car back and give me my money back. read more

I requested a quote through yelp and they were quick to get back to me. I scheduled my van to get picked up at 10am but they were almost an hour late. The guy towing was quick and cautious not to damage anything while loading my vehicle onto his truck. I would recommend this company if you're not in a hurry. They got the job done well. read more
