However, our experience with Harper helped us get through it. They were very quick to the scene. They towed our car from a busy Austin roadway to our residential neighborhood and on to our driveway. (All this through very narrow streets without damaging any cars parked on street.) Our tower (Ballard) was very skilled in getting our car on and off the truck and very courteous throughout. We scheduled a 7 AM arrival for pick up of my vehicle. He was spot on on time. It took him about 40 minutes to maneuver my car the position it was in and get it loaded onto his flatbed. They were nice and patient with me each time I called and always answered promptly. We went out to get everything out of my car and they provided a cart to put things in and Jason was so nice and stayed a little late to make sure we were all set and had me sign the release form to my insurance. When I called to switch to the other driver's insurance, they did it with zero issue. When my car was finally towed to Caliber, I received a call letting me know! I also wanted to add that I am not sure if the tow truck driver who picked up my car after my accident works for Rocha's, but he was also so nice and patient while I waited for my boyfriend to get me. My car was dead, but he was able to get all four doors open so I could at least crawl in and get some stuff from the back.

Thankfully, help arrived before I had time to spiral into Googling "How to survive permanently stranded in your driveway." The roadside assistance technician showed up calm, professional, and completely unfazed by my dramatic retelling of events. Within minutes, they diagnosed the issue, got things sorted out, and brought my car back to life like some kind of automotive wizard. What could have turned into a full‑blown inconvenience (or emotional breakdown) ended up being quick and painless. No lectures, no eye‑rolling...just efficient help and a running vehicle again. The car was not tired, but the battery was a bit weak. While roadside service was free through our insurance plan, we had to pay for battery, which was reasonably priced.
