All I asked was if we could file a claim through his insurance because they cover these incidents, and he refused to help or provide insurance info. Very rude owner! I questioned it and was told "these are the rates can't do anything about them, you have to pay if you want your vehicle". Amazing, that the City of Kyle contracts with company that conducts business so unscrupulously. Their actions fall under predatory business practices, unfair or deceptive business practices and profiteering. If this happens to you, please know you have recourses. It will cost money and time, but worth the investment if stops this behavior.
