I bring up that brake issue because it eventually became a pattern of dropping the ball, and repeated issues 1. My car had to be towed because basic logic well known issue for GMC/Chevy 6.2 liter V8 engines have a lifter issue which requires engine replacement. The car wasn't in bad shape as you say. Cadillac dealership said I should have it towed due to the knocking sound. My car has always been kept immaculate. Yes you quoted a fair price, it was Lambs in Lakeway that was ridiculous and most people know they are. The engine took long because they sent the wrong engine and in regards to my finances it wasn't I couldn't pay . I was at the mercy of you and I was nothing but polite every single interaction with you. Your dropped the ball so many times and you actually asked me for advance payment at one point because you needed to pay your taxes . I didn't want to pay you UPFRONT Frank. You fix then pay, that's most every way it's done . You didn't have the money to cover costs which is a concern regarding running a business. I had also just spent money on another car repair and boat repairs . The car sat as I decided what I wanted to do. As far as stating you could have charged me storage you never once mentioned that and I have every phone call that proves that. Pretty shady of you to pull that out on your reply here. Again not on single time did you ever mention storage fees. So please don't act as if it was some favor you did. The car went in for an engine replacement. As you confirmed the day you put the engine in to test drive you call me telling me I need steering column replacement. Yes I have you on recording Frank stating that indeed the lift and big tires were the culprit. The steering was completely fine and it had not been driven once per you as we waited for the engine issue and replacement to be resolved. You now understand why I recorded you. You can't remember what you told me. I didn't struggle to pay you. I had a boat in repair and another car a Range Rover in repair. I communicated to you very professionally. By the way let's remember you had me pay up front on everything. It was the engine that was ordered that was delayed. 2. Regarding the transmission line. Let the public see this post. I pick up my car from Frank and I make it about a quarter to half a mile or so down road and what becomes the problem is the transmission line. Frank I have that call to you recorded as well and your claim that I accelerated or false and blew the line is total BS. It had nothing to do with big tires. I'm saving all my facts, statements from GM certified techs , and video of your guy coming over to "fix" it. Within a day or 2 it went out again and I made you tow it for free. It was your guy that you sent and had him do what he did and sent me on my way and that all was fine only to have it sent back to you. By the way on our recorded call you tried to lead me to believe with certainty it was one thing when in fact you were wrong and called me with another reason. Again grateful I recorded both those conversations. The reputable mechanics I discussed were my brothers out of Houston. My brother owns a professional garage and luxury and collector car biz for 22 years. The other reputable people was a connection I had out of A Cadillac dealer in Dallas. I mentioned this to you and so logically my car stayed locally with you. 3. The whole issue about you spending 200 for the detail I will just say to anyone reading this look at the pics of my Escalade left in his care. Never should have happened Frank. By the way I took a time stamp video of my car before it went back to you. I didn't spill the oil. That's a regular engine oil. Why would I need engine oil to leave in my backseat after you just repaired and did an engine replacement. Again shady of you to blame that on me. And by the way I had to waste 3 hours of my work day sitting there waiting on a detail. Completely unprofessional. 4. I asked you you fix my windshield wiper motor while you had it. You never did. I kept asking you very time you had the car and I have your texts alone that show you forgot several times. same thing Frank regarding the transmission thermostat. I asked you several times, you came out to fix my running board and forgot to get the transmission thermostat and windshield motor. Again pretty crazy you fixed my transmission yet our texts show you dropping the ball on the thermostat. I have lost count on the amount of texts I have that show you never show up on time. Showed up…read moreabout an hour later, I was able to easily figure out where I needed to go for what I was looking for. I was in for just a replacement rear view mirror. It was pretty hot outside but to my delight they sold cold beverages inside. Found the exact one I was looking for and it was affordable at 12$. Only downside (on my part) was when I was there looking through different cars to find my part, I lost my necklace and have been pretty torn about it.

Family vacation to float on river, the Vehicle engine…read moretotally blown per the mechanic shop it was towed to. Being from out if town & hundreds of miles away from home , had to get rental car. Instead of having vehicle towed back we decided to Salvage it. Called Mathew Cox who was in the general area where vehicle was. We agreed on a price over the Phone. He sent us half of what we agreed on and the rest when he received the Title we FedEx. Cox Salvage held their end of the deal and really helped us put that issue behind us so we could move on to finding another vehicle.

An elderly woman, and friend drove here from North Carolina, and was warned about leaving for…read more California via Texas with her brakes being that bad. When she got here, she had almost no brakes, rotors were history, and of course pad were bad completely worn. We ordered the parts for our mechanic but he could not get to it. I contacted Fidel, who I was told to do the work. I dropped the car off and explained the situation. He and his guys looked at the tires and stated that they would not make it to California and I agreed. She was on limited income but he worked out a deal where he got her used but searched the yard for tires on newly wrecked vehicles so he knew she would be safe. He put the brakes, rotors, etc put on and the tires for less that she would hav paid for the brakes alone at my other mechanic. The mechanic, knowing what the situation was, did a full safety check on the car, added a full gallon of oil (she was nearly empty of oil), checked her power steering fluid found it low and refilled it and fixed the leak in that line, also went through the entire cars engine and transmission to make sure it was safe and dependable for such a long drive by an elderly woman. ,The mechanic was incredibly able, left nothing to chance and easy to communicate with and was as caring about his lady as he would a good friend. And the cost was less than changing the brakes would have been with my other mechanic. Thanks, she said her car loved her and had never been in such good shape. Thanks to you all there. Your care was very much noticed and appreciated. And she made it to her destination and back,,,,and all was very well.
