I forgot the guy's name but he was very professional and competent and friendly, and my vehicle was best taken care of from that spot to the dealership. I know because I hitched a ride and had lovely conversation en route to the dealership. I shopped for top quality not price but I felt it was fair enough.

Dropped it to the dealership location within an hour and a half of leaving my house. Sent me pictures of my vehicle, fully delivered. this was my first time having to ever call a tow company. The experience was fantastic. I would absolutely use his service again and again, and I would refer him to anybody that I know. I trusted his service. I trust his timing. I even asked if I should call back later, but he said, "No." I explained clearly that I needed a tow for my car and specifically did NOT want a flatbed, as I've towed this car before and know it requires a dolly to be towed safely. He told me the driver wouldn't be in until around 6:30 or so, but assured me they've hauled Ferraris and other exotic cars before and knew what to do. So, I trusted him and waited. At about 7:15 AM, I received a text saying they were 15 minutes away, and true to their word, they showed up on time -- with a flatbed. The driver himself was very professional and polite. I explained my concerns again and told him I've had this exact issue before where flatbeds couldn't tow the car without damage. The driver worked to line up the car, but after checking, he came over and said the spoiler would definitely hit. At that point, I asked him not to tow it. He was understanding, apologized, and even suggested a few other companies that might be able to help. The frustrating part is that the driver wasn't told that I needed a dolly. When he called the office, the same gentleman -- now fully awake -- admitted they don't even have trucks with dollies. This was a complete waste of time and easily avoidable. If the person who answered my call had actually listened when I explained my needs, we wouldn't have gone through this whole mess. The driver gets five stars for professionalism, but the communication and dispatch side of QUICK TOW LLC really dropped the ball here.

Even more frustrating was that the officer who stopped to "help" him and the tow truck driver acted like they were doing my son a favor by calling and providing a tow truck for him instead of allowing him to call one himself. He wasn't in a wreck, truck just wouldn't start. He asked what it cost and was told "if you have insurance then you don't have to worry about it". Then, after presenting it as "help," they hit him with contracted rotation pricing, charging over $300 just to hook up his pickup and move it into the parking lot next door. I understand rotation pricing in an emergency or urgent situation, but this was completely taking advantage of a young kid. The entire experience with them was unprofessional and disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
