We scheduled a 7 AM arrival for pick up of my vehicle. He was spot on on time. It took him about 40 minutes to maneuver my car the position it was in and get it loaded onto his flatbed. Dropped it to the dealership location within an hour and a half of leaving my house. Sent me pictures of my vehicle, fully delivered. this was my first time having to ever call a tow company. The experience was fantastic. I would absolutely use his service again and again, and I would refer him to anybody that I know. I trusted his service. I trust his timing. Seems like…read moreit's just an umbrella company w/ outsourced call takers that dispatch other companies; they claimed someone from US Tow Texas as to call me to give me a quote that I never received a phone call from anyone so I wasted all that time. I did clarify w/ the call taker that I'd called "Keep Towing Weird". I finally got a different service and when I called back to cancel someone else answered, also did not ID the company - I had to ask again - and then said they did not think they had a request for me.
