I brought my 3-week-old, new-to-me Model Y, purchased from Tesla Pre-Owned, in to Tesla Ridgepoint to get a low-speed clunking in the rear checked out. Kevin and the team of techs there are amazing. I brought my car in for 1.5 problems, and it came home with 6 problems resolved! Everything was covered under warranty or by Tesla Pre-Owned, and the cost to me was $0. They couldn't get a quote together had my car for 51 days had to argue with the service advisor Eric to get him to talk to a manager over a loaner car completely unprofessional service center they came at me with six different quotes each time I had to refile paperwork for my warranty, it was approved every and 8,800 quote was the last one which was approved by my warranty company who was supposed to pay them directly, and then Tesla says they want payment up front before the work is done! When it says on the app that I have a right to see the work before I pay for it regardless they had paperwork saying it would be paid for they ended up refusing to work on it without being paid first after 51 days I get my car back dirty as hell with a flat on it fantastic I would highly recommend you go somewhere else unless you want to get scammed by these losers read more

Isabella assisted me with my car repair needs and within 45 minutes of arrival, without appointment, sent me on my way with maintenance issue resolved. Isabella was not only courteous and professional in explaining details of repair to my vehicle but also kindly in offering to help carry my bags as she walked me to my car after repairs were completed. I had been at the same service center the day before with the same issue and was sent to Tire Discount to get resolved. Returned to Ridgepoint with concern of possibly invalidating vehicle warranty by going to third party for repair service. Glad I returned, glad Isabella assisted me second time around. I don't understand why this service center gets such bad reviews. I just completed my third visit and the service is exceptional every time! Went in with a leak in one tire and needed 2 replaced. The work was done in a timely manner and there was even a thank you note in my vehicle on pickup. There are a few things to get used to. You have to drive right up to the service door and it opens right up. You drive in and wait for the service rep to come to you. This means you never have to wait in the hot sun during any part of your service. Since this location is in Central Texas you would think everyone would appreciate that. It's always clean and cool. The staff is always courteous and friendly but you came communicate and get updates in your app which is quick and convenient when I have to bring the kids with me. The experiences at Tesla service have been the best of any other brand of vehicle I have owned. I wish every repair shop was like this one. read more

Apparently this facility does Not want you to just 'Drive Up'. This was made Obvious to us ! My husband and I own a 2012 (yes a 2012!) Model S Tesla ! We are very Proud to be one of the first owners of a Tesla owning a 'Signature Series' !! When we lived In Livermore, Calif Everyone at their Service Centers were Always Wonderful ! Very Curteous and Eager to assist us with our every need. I still have their contact Phone Numbers in my Phone and their Business Cards ! As the years have gone by, we relocated to a home in Texas. We continue to be extremely Pleased with our Car and all of the Service Representatives EXCEPT At THIS Location !! I guess my husband and I are Older and when we enter a Facility we expect someone to 'greet' us, But NOT Here !! We wandered around the grounds and even looked at the new cars inside, but we found No One around there either!! We finally found a desk inside the Service Bay entrance where 2 Gentlemen (I use that term loosely!) were sitting. I asked the bald man (sorry but he Never said his name or gave me a Business card) who we should speak with regarding having one of our keys fixed. We had replaced the battery but it still was not working ! He wasn't friendly at all and I mentioned that everywhere else we have been people where cordial ! He just shrugged me off and told my husband to put both of our keys in the cup holders of our car and someone would come out. The cost would be anywhere between $100-$200. We did as instructed and waited patiently. After some time I went back inside and asked this 'Rude Man' what was going on? He failed to mention we were to leave our car!! He assumed we had left and a service man would come out eventually !! He Assumed we came in Two Cars! Why would we do that to get a key fixed ?? I was Blown away by his attitude and his remarks and finally with great dismay I made an appointment ! Thinking about his instructions I was totally shocked by his request to leave My Keys inside the Cup Holder ! That is Crazy ! Anyone could have entered MY car and Driven it Off ! A real Liability for this Facility. Mr Elon Musk Needs to Know about this !! I'm sure he would be Disappointed if he knew how HIS Customers are being treated ! We also asked this Unkind and Uncaring man about the Solar that Tesla offers and he just said "We don't do Solar Here !!" Not a way to sell your other product !! We have Tesla Solar already on our home and LOVE It !! We just had a few questions ! For some reason a Tesla Rep, named John, came to our home yesterday and Fixed our Key FOR FREE !! WOW thank you John ! He was extremely Polite and Curteous, as all the others have been ! I'm So glad we can Cancel our Appointment at this Service Center for this coming Thursday !! I'm going to venture and go ahead and give this service station 2 stars because at least someone got back to me. My experience with Tesla has been subpar since owning one for approximately a week. Upon delivery, I noticed some stains on the headliner which were the only ones I could see. They were cleaned and I was told to call back upon seeing anymore with 100 miles. I called back and continued my day not being told I needed to schedule and appointment with the service center and schedule the appointment within the 100 miles. (I work 45 miles away one way ) I scheduled and received and received a service agreement for for $1600 on a Tesla I've owned for 3-4 days. They're trying to tell me I it might not be covered because I was NEVER INFORMED I needed to make the appointment within those miles. They were also extremely slow getting back to me on the Tesla app over messaging; a simple phone call would have sufficed and probably been more customer service oriented. Broken communication, not upholding promises and clear lack of concern for the customer. Also, unfortunately these stains are everywhere but we're hard to see with too much sun and are easily spotted with sunglasses. read more

Called in last minuet and talked to Ali. He took my appointment last minuet and told me to come down. I drove into the garage and was greeted by him. He told me that he would have me done in a hour. I walked back and took a look at the showroom floor where I was greeted by Mario. I was asking Mario questions about the new vehicle, and he was very knowledgeable with answering all my questions. He even offered me to take a spin around the block in one of the test cars. I could not pass that up. I drove about 10 minuets and I got a call from Ali saying my vehicle was done. The quick and professional service was outstanding. I am glad to have this place near me to handle my Tesla services. Thanks! read more

The people are very friendly but they are completely overbooked. With the growing number of Teslas in Austin, there should be at least two more service stations. How about one closer to the gigafactory? It seems no problem, no matter how small, can be handled in one day. While they will give you Uber credits to get a ride back home, those credits are useless if you live remotely so Uber won't come to pick you up to take you back to Austin (I live in Bastrop). Please add more service centers at at least the rate you are delivering! read more
