Cars repaired by Long: 1. 2006 Mercedes-Benz ML350, front end collision. All restored to factory two years ago. Also had a "no start" problem at one time, got the car towed to his shop after hours and dropped off the keys. He replaced the fuel pump and cam position sensor but never got the feeling that the repair was too expensive. 2. 2023 Lexus NX250, front end collision. All restored to factory. 3. 2013 BMW coupe (my younger sister per my recommendation), minor bumper scratches on pearl white paint. I went in for a quote. Between getting an estimate and scheduling had to follow up multiple times via phone/email due to no response. Then had to follow up as he was going to get an estimate on how long for the parts to get it but I never heard back. I only stuck with it as they seem to have good reviews...Finally we had a date for the repair but a couple of questions I emailed and a VM I left prior to it left unanswered, including asking him if we are still on as I have not heard back. Couple weeks ago made an appt, but ended up missing it due to work. After calling to cancel, he was very acceptable with me canceling. Called when I got off work couple hours before they closed to see if it was possible to squeeze me in. The owner shared I can come by, but would be a wait. After arriving, he took my car in and let me know it was my front brake. I wanted to replace both front & rear, but he was very honest with me and let me know I had 5000 miles left before replacing it the rear. The waiting area was cozy, had an area where I was able to continue working from, outlet for my laptop and clean space. My truck was ready within 45 minutes.
