After getting estimates from a few different body shops, I ended up going with Nova Body Shop and…read moreI'm really glad I did. From the very beginning, they treated me like a person instead of just another insurance claim or dumb girl walking into a car shop. One thing that immediately stood out was that they actually asked me, "How perfect do you want this to look?" That might sound like a small question, but it wasn't. They took the time to explain my options instead of automatically pushing the most expensive repair possible, which I really appreciated. I have a 2015 and so it doesn't need to look fresh off the lot. Their estimate also came in **significantly** lower than another shop I visited, but at no point did it feel like they were cutting corners. The repair quality was excellent, and my Mazda looks fantastic again. What really earned this review, though, was the top notch customer service. When they noticed my Mazda emblem had cracked, they replaced it for me. During the conversation I jokingly mentioned making it pink... and they actually custom did it. It's such a fun little personal touch that makes me smile every time I walk up to my car. Most body shops fix your vehicle and send you on your way. Nova managed to fix my car and make the experience pain free and memorable. Nobody wants to spend $$$ on body work, but if you have to, it's nice knowing you're working with people who are honest, communicate well, and genuinely care about their customers. Hopefully I won't need another body shop anytime soon... but if I do, Nova will absolutely be my first call.

I'm so glad I went! When I pulled in, he told me to pull in front of the garage and his older man comes out and just starts working on my car! I didn't even send them any photos or anything! They fixed it for free! Zero dollars! Who does that! I tried to give them a good tip and they wouldn't even accept it. These are the people that deserve it most! They just genuinely wanted to help. They will have all of my business and all my family's business moving forward! Plus, besides losing all that money I don't have to worry about sending in my car for over a week! Took them about seven minutes! I'm wildly grateful! They made my week!

Stan was immediately welcoming and patient as I was obviously stressed and asked a million questions. The most amazing thing is that he helped me figure out next steps with my insurance, etc. that I had 0 clue about!! I had NO idea to do any of those things and he walked me through everything that needed to get done. I made those phone calls outside the shop and he even asked for an update to make sure I was okay. He was so kind and could have absolutely given me a crazy high estimate like other places I visited, but instead just wanted to help me. He told me that we are overcomers and overcome this I shall :') He went out of his way to help a stranger, and in his words, do the right thing, rather than make a profit and that speaks strongly to his character. So even though I didn't even use the place, I highly recommend!! And if I ever god forbid am in another accident, this is where I will go :)

I brought it in for a repair estimate, but the tech instead spent a few minutes (in the blazing sun) and was able to get it all reconnected. I tried to pay, he told me not to worry about it. He did say that the clips are now weak and if it keeps detaching and I need a replacement, I'd be looking at about $1800. I thought that was a little high, but looking it up, it seems like there's extra labor for things like recalibrating the parking/collision sensors.

Touch up Masters is the only place I recommend going for all your dents scratches and ding repairs…read more The owner is genuinely a master at making all those sorts of things disappear and looking like new. I've never been this impressed with this sort of stuff before but that's because I've never come across some as downright thorough as this gentleman. To top it off he's reasonably priced and does the work in a very timely fashion according to the level of damage he's having to fix. I had people tell me it would be impossible to fix the hole in my bumper without painting the entire front end of my vehicle claiming that the paint wouldn't blend or look good if they didn't do all that work which would have cost a couple thousand , low and behold Touch Up Masters did it no problem-- you can't even tell where the work was done and the paint was blended. Im so glad I had patience and found this shop because I was losing hope I'd ever fix this issue for a reasonable price. I knew someone out there could do it and not try and rip me off so I kept searching and researching reviews. I'm grateful in more than one way for the outstanding job and integrity of the owner at Touch Up Masters. He kept his word was done when he said he would be charged me a fair price, I couldn't have asked for a better all around experience. If it's your first time visiting keep in mind the shop is in the back of the building and not easily visible at first glance from Metric Blvd. but not necessarily hard to find if you know that simple detail of where to go. Just drive between the two buildings when you pull up go to the back and you will see a clear sign for Touch Up Masters. I highly recommend always getting quotes but I would bet money Touch Up Masters will not only beat the price but do a way better Job than most of those other self impressed dime a dozen "big name" companies. Those places are all about money and quantity over quality of work and will pressure you into making a hasty decision. Don't take my word for it show up and find out for yourself so that you can appreciate the level of detail I received at Touch Up Masters off Metric Blvd.

I chose Luxury Auto Body Works expecting professional communication and transparency…read more Unfortunately, the experience was the opposite. I repeatedly had to chase basic status updates. Pickup dates were communicated and missed without proactive notice, and I was often told updates were "sent" when nothing was received. My email address was misspelled, which I had to catch and correct myself after not receiving updates or photos. Front desk staff did not proactively notify me when the vehicle was ready for pickup. When asked why no call was made, I was told they were "too busy" and that it "depends on the day." This response showed a lack of customer priority and accountability. The most concerning issue was conflicting information about diagnosis and BMW involvement. At one point, I was told there was no confirmed BMW appointment, and later received a message stating the vehicle was fully programmed and calibrated without dealership involvement. These inconsistencies made it difficult to trust the information provided and left me without a clear timeline. Additionally, the repair was not properly closed in the Carwise system after pickup, which prevented me from leaving a Carwise review and they don't want me leave a review on Carwise with my experience so here I am writing my review Based on this experience, I question how consistently customer experiences are reflected in Carwise reviews. If you use this shop, document everything and expect to follow up repeatedly. I cannot recommend this facility if you value proactive communication, accountability, or transparency.
