Ally doesn't seem like an honest person. She gave a rough estimate after seeing a photo and stated that it would most likely be higher upon further inspection. Even when the in-person inspection was completed, she still said the cost might be higher later on. Having been to eight different auto body shops in Austin, she is the only person who didn't provide a solid quote or copy of the estimate. She said there would be a charge to have it printed out because she used "knowledge" and "labor" to come up with an estimate. Her behavior is suspicious. read more

I would give 6 stars if I could. We took our new car on a road trip during the Thanksgiving break and encountered both a snowstorm and a hit-and-run driver. Our car needed bumper repairs and some serious TLC. I took the car around to three shops for estimates before meeting Cynthia at Master Repairs Body Shop. When I walked in the door, she greeted me with a smile and we went outside to look at the car. We swapped pictures from our similar Colorado road trip vacations and she gave me a quote in line with the other shops. When I explained the snowstorm and subsequent muddy conditions the car had encountered, along with my inability to get the undercarriage clean, she said the car could be put up on the rack and powerwashed. I also needed a good detail on the interior. When I took the car in for repair, I went to take a picture of the damage and realized that the car had been hit in the same area a second time, causing further damage. Miguel took the car and quoted me a 3-day repair time. Cynthia called during the repair to ask for a price adjustment, based on the additional damage, which was totally fair. She was very straight-forward and honest. We went in to pick up the car, which was ready a few hours early, it looked perfect. The body repairs were flawless and the detail work was outstanding. The car had been detailed before we left town and there was no comparison to the work Miguel put in. The car looks just like it rolled out of the dealership and they took pictures of the undercarriage so we could see the quality work put in removing road salt and mud and debris. It was clear that Miguel put a lot of pride into his work. If you are looking for repair work, go to their shop and you will not be disappointed. They are a family-owned and operated business and they go above and beyond to provide high quality work and excellent customer service. read more

Poor workmanship was showed towards my truck when it was being repaired for front damage, I paid more than 2 grand to get it fixed, and that excluded the parts, its been a while an now the truck is starting to show big gaps between the hood and fenders, even my headlights broke because of how bad it was pulled just so they could put the parts together. Also my radiador just for the same reason as the headlights, I highly recommend you to go somewhere else where they don't leave your frame crooked and claimed they did "fixed" pictures will be posted later on as proof. read more
