He walked me through the parts & painting warranty before I left instead of just giving me the piece of paper. The gal who was working the front desk both times was kind and very organized and helpful. My new bumper is perfect, and my car came back to me having been thoroughly cleaned on the inside which was I was not at all expecting. It doesn't even have an overwhelming "car just got cleaned" smell so whatever they used to wipe down the interior was great. I hope nobody messes up my car again but if they do, I know where I'm taking it.

I was rear ended as I sat waiting to enter I 35. I've never had an accident so I was kind of shook up. Thank God the man who hit me had insurance. I decided on Gerber Collision & Glass - Pflugerville to get my car repaired. Gerber Collision & Glass - Pflugerville did all the work in a timely manner keeping me informed of the progress at each stage. I am very pleased with the car, new bumper, new trunk panel. My car was completely cleaned on the outside and the shine was beautiful! I have to add the confidence and professionalism the personal was exceptional! I drove my car off their lot and home to my driveway. When I got out of my car I heard beep, beep, beep 5 times. I couldn't figure out what was going on. I got back in my car and it was completely dead. I was shook up and confused as to what was going on. Gerber Collision as for a review and I didn't give them a good review, because when I took my car to them it had no issues except someone rammed into me. The next morning Gerber Collision sent two men to figure out what happened. It was my battery! They jump started my car, took it to Auto Zone, got me a new battery and brought me back a running car. What exceptional customer service! This is the first time I have used Gerber Collision & Glass - Pflugerville and I will continue to recommend them for their first-rate work, excellent communication and ethics! Oh I almost forgot when replacing the trunk panel the Subaru plate cracked ( see picture, yellowed area) they ordered a new plate and had it delivered the next day. This business has WOWED ME!! I ended up at Gerber because it was a Geico Xpress Repair shop and my preferred shop was booked…read more I don't have many issues with the body work, paint or wheel reconditioning. That was fine, or has been fine so far. I'd say communication was "OK". Getting these guys on the phone later in the afternoon can be a challenge and they will give you a runaround. At one point I was working directly with Toyota Brand Engagement due to a parts delay, and even Toyota had issues getting Gerber on the phone. Main issue seems for me is that a lot of the reassembly work is rushed. I went to pick up my truck and noticed the automatic liftgate wasn't working. And like this wasn't hard to figure out. There was a big flashing warning on my dash. They took the car back and I waited an hour. Apparently one of the sensors hadn't been plugged in, but now it was and everything was working. I laughed it off - more happy than anything I got my truck back.But yeah it was weird. Couple days later I noticed that one of the LED bed lights hadn't been properly seated. It was actually sticking out one side. I was able to pop it back in with my hand. And one of the stem caps on my tires was missing (which I replaced myself). Nothing "major" but definitely a lack of attention to detail. Then the tail light they had replaced completely failed (no light, no blinker, and no brake light). They had mostly OEM parts, but this was labeled A/M, and that's exactly why it failed. I also found that the Rear panel was missing fasteners and the bumper had slight fitment issues that weren't super noticeable. And a wire harness that was barely secured. Toyota did the diagnostic and the tail light Gerber installed was defective. And recommended Gerber replace it instead of paying $800 out of pocket. Toyota was chill enough fix the missing fasteners for free though. Took it over to Gerber that day and J ran out all fidgety when I mentioned I had Toyota do the diagnostic, and said they'd order a new tail light, and it should be in the next day. Of course they'd call me.... ... I was the one that had to call. Of course no tail light because tomorrow was B.S. That's what I mean by communication. They'll tell you anything to get you out of their office and just go dark and insist they'll call you. Maybe. After a couple days, I ended up calling Toyota and ordering an OEM tail light with a real ETA of 1 to 3 days. Gerber finally called to complain because I gave them a bad CS survey. Not even to tell me that my tail light was in. And just whined about my insurance and all the hard work the did? This was a subpar experience that cost me an extra $800 and most importantly time better spent else where. I don't care if the repairs are free, I will not ever go back here. If you are a Geico customer and need collision repair, I would avoid this place and go to Caliber.

I had the beauty exactly two weeks, with paper plates still intact. Driving to work on our glorious I35, I was rear ended by a company truck, thank the stars above had insurance. I wanted to puke. I attempted to contact a few body shops suggested by Subaru and they wanted nothing to do with the insurance the company truck carried. I began yelping collision shops. Several 5 star reviews appeared at Certified Auto Body. I took the plunge. They were 5 minutes from my house on Dessau road. Matthew was beyond amazing. We discussed the damage and I made my decision. That was March 29th. Matthew took me to get my rental and the journey. There were so many kinks in the process. The car was a 2024 and Subaru changed the tail lights. None were available and no ETA. I called weekly and god bless Kelly for putting up with me. I gather for several months Subaru HQ led us down the rabbit hole. Long story short short, I contacted Paul, the former service manager at Georgetown Subaru, and lo and behold with his help, Matthew was able to secure the tail light system and the final repairs began. I picked up the car yesterday, September 28th. Matthew told me it would look brand new, I prayed his idea and my idea of brand new were the same. OMG, I forgot what the car looked like in 6 months, but this car looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. I wanted to jump for joy and cry at the same time. Trust, excellence and caring for your customer, is hard to come by. Matthew, Kelly, and Certified Auto Body possess all these qualities and let's add patience as well. From minor to major damage, you will never do better than here. Fair, honest, with amazing results, this is your place!

First of all, I do the oil changes on my two cars myself. An oil change may be a simple thing, but…read moreif you get it wrong, it can grenade your motor. I always use synthetic oil and WIX oil filters. One or more yelpers have already mentioned they use 3rd world oil filters, which I just don't trust. If I'm going to get an oil change, I'll use a dealership and pay a little extra to get it done right. That's especially true if you have an expensive import car like a Lexus or BMW. So why am I here? I came here to get my inspection (normally I use Koenig lane inspections, but I was in this area) and at the first and end of the month you can expect to sit in a line at one of their three bays. However, it's also likely that car in front of you is going to get an oil change, which means you'll be waiting for that as well. Apparently, there is not one line for inspections and another for oil changes. With one car in front of me getting an oil change, my total wait time was over 20 minutes. Inside the office, you'll see a list of other services they offer along with free popcorn for waiting. There's a tip jar on the counter if you think they did a good job. However, I think I'll stick with my original choice. Some informative photos included.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Had a wreck in Nov 2016... since then we have been hit again in the front of the car, however while it was the body shop it got backed into by another car. The body shop that my car was at Ellis & Salazar; they apologized and agreed to fix the bumper. While they are trying to get the bumper off to repair they couldn't because it was GLUED to the back of the car. And if E&S was to pull the part off the bumper it would break the whole piece. I called to speak to Tony at Image Auto Body (owner) and he was very dismissive and said they don't do that and said to have Les (Mgr from E&S) call him to discuss. Well I got upset with Tony and explained that his shop was the last place to touch car, he then hung up on me. My husband called back and spoke to Buddy because Tony was gone for the day (I call BS!). Les from E&S calls and speaks to Buddy. Les calls me back and explains that Buddy advised him that aftermarket parts don't always fit and you just have to glue them on to make them fit. Les stated he explained that you don't do that and if the part is wrong you order a different new part. Les told me that Buddy said they refused to help me and Les advised me that he would provide any documentation and visuals. Thankfully this claim has not been closed out so I have contacted them and will be providing them documentation. I also intend to share this review and supporting documentation with the Better Business Bureau and every other outlet I can to show this shop for what it is... A SCAM! They were supposed to use all OEM parts as that is what all the documentation from the insurance company shows however they confirmed they used aftermarket. This place is a JOKE! They got paid to use OEM parts but used aftermarket. DON'T Take your car here Tony is scam artist. UPDATE: 4/26 at 5:58 pm Took car back up there to show them what work was done and Buddy got loud and the proceeded to tell my husband as he looks at me (Hispanic) that "at least he is white and proud..." then continued to say how he wouldn't screw me with my husband privates. (I'm trying to keep it classy here lol) WOW so now not only does Tony employee scammers of insurance companies for work & parts they are also white and proud racist! Aye! read more

For those of us in the Texas Hill Country, the old saying holds true........"There are two types of drivers here, those who have hit a deer and those who are going to." Near Stonewall Tx, on 290, I became one of those who "have hit a deer" and it was very damaging to my F150 pick up truck, the deer ran out in front of me and centered directly between my headlights, demolishing my front end and crushing my radiator. The truck could run only long enough to get to a turn off at a gas station at ~ 11PM. I had to abandon the truck and have my wife come pick us up. The next morning I contacted several body shops that would hopefully come and pick up the truck and take it to their shop, no local shops were willing to do so until I found Image Autobody. Everyone who deals with this situation knows that "good" service is hard to find. Finding "GREAT" service is nearly impossible, as you tend to get the runaround one way or the other. Luckily for me I contacted Craig @ Image Autobody who drove all the way out past Stonewall with his tow truck to get my truck, took it to the shop, had it repaired in less than two weeks (VERY EXTENSIVE DAMAGE), and even delivered the truck to the house as I was out of town on business when it was completed. The repairs were amazing and really did look good as new! Great Job! They worked seemlessly with my Insurance Company and managed the entire experience for me so that I had very little to worry about and dealing with the truck took up very little of my time in a very time-crunching time in my business. I once again became a believer in GREAT service and that I can/should expect that level of customer care from all vendors that I deal with. I would like to say "Thank You" to Craig and the Image Autobody crew for taking care of me and my family through what could have been a very hectic and uncomfortable ordeal! Thaks Guys! I've actually had two different vehicles repaired at Image (my Tacoma suffered enough storm/hail damage to warrant body panel replacement and a repaint, and my wife's Accord was involved in a decent fender bender). Each time we had a vehicle in the shop, the work was done in a timely manner and customer service was great. It's been a few months since the last repair was completed and I'm just now getting around to writing this review, but the up side to my delay is that I can confidently say both repair jobs are still completely problem-free to this day. It's great to deal with a small family-owned and operated body shop (that actually seems to care about your satisfaction) in this day and age where everything else seems to be a faceless nationwide chain. We were rear ended and it did a ton of damage to our Honda Accord. Image Auto Body was able to repair all of the damage and get it back to as good as new. Needed my after-market, non-oem headlights on my 3/4-ton truck adjusted so I took it to them. It's been two weeks since the repairs were finished, and after a power wash the paint and trim still look amazing. No mismatched panels, no weird texture differences--just clean, factory‑fresh work. The attention to detail really shows. I uploaded my before‑and‑after photos so you can see for yourself. The difference is huge. My truck looks brand new again, and I'd absolutely come back here or recommend them to anyone who wants quality work that lasts.

From the very beginning, they treated me like a person instead of just another insurance claim or dumb girl walking into a car shop. One thing that immediately stood out was that they actually asked me, "How perfect do you want this to look?" That might sound like a small question, but it wasn't. They took the time to explain my options instead of automatically pushing the most expensive repair possible, which I really appreciated. I have a 2015 and so it doesn't need to look fresh off the lot. Their estimate also came in **significantly** lower than another shop I visited, but at no point did it feel like they were cutting corners. The repair quality was excellent, and my Mazda looks fantastic again. What really earned this review, though, was the top notch customer service. When they noticed my Mazda emblem had cracked, they replaced it for me. During the conversation I jokingly mentioned making it pink... and they actually custom did it. It's such a fun little personal touch that makes me smile every time I walk up to my car. Most body shops fix your vehicle and send you on your way. Nova managed to fix my car and make the experience pain free and memorable. Nobody wants to spend $$$ on body work, but if you have to, it's nice knowing you're working with people who are honest, communicate well, and genuinely care about their customers. Hopefully I won't need another body shop anytime soon... but if I do, Nova will absolutely be my first call.

I'm so glad I went! When I pulled in, he told me to pull in front of the garage and his older man comes out and just starts working on my car! I didn't even send them any photos or anything! They fixed it for free! Zero dollars! Who does that! I tried to give them a good tip and they wouldn't even accept it. These are the people that deserve it most! They just genuinely wanted to help. They will have all of my business and all my family's business moving forward! Plus, besides losing all that money I don't have to worry about sending in my car for over a week! Took them about seven minutes! I'm wildly grateful! They made my week!

Pickup dates were communicated and missed without proactive notice, and I was often told updates were "sent" when nothing was received. My email address was misspelled, which I had to catch and correct myself after not receiving updates or photos. Front desk staff did not proactively notify me when the vehicle was ready for pickup. When asked why no call was made, I was told they were "too busy" and that it "depends on the day." This response showed a lack of customer priority and accountability. The most concerning issue was conflicting information about diagnosis and BMW involvement. At one point, I was told there was no confirmed BMW appointment, and later received a message stating the vehicle was fully programmed and calibrated without dealership involvement. These inconsistencies made it difficult to trust the information provided and left me without a clear timeline. Additionally, the repair was not properly closed in the Carwise system after pickup, which prevented me from leaving a Carwise review and they don't want me leave a review on Carwise with my experience so here I am writing my review Based on this experience, I question how consistently customer experiences are reflected in Carwise reviews. If you use this shop, document everything and expect to follow up repeatedly. I cannot recommend this facility if you value proactive communication, accountability, or transparency.

Joe explained to me the process of what he would do and even went back to his shop to get a tool that he needed to get the job done. He could have taken a short cut and use what he had in truck but he went above and beyond. Hopefully I won't need anymore dent repair in the future! If I do I will be using Joe and recommending him to friends and family. The best of all he comes to you. If I could I would give him 10 stars. He did an amazing job and I can't believe he fixed the huge dent. I thought it was a lost cause. Thanks Joe!
