Reached out via Yelp. Heard back from them the next morning with a 9am appointment. When I arrived I spoke with Atnan, we walked out for him to see my vehicle and take photos. I let him know I was only looking to get it fixed and not replaced. My front bumper had detached from the vehicle. He gave me the price of $250 and I agreed. Instead of waiting in the lobby for the repairs to be done he asked his employee Eli to give me a ride home. From 9 am to pick up at 11:30 am by Eli that was very nice of them and service was fast. When I returned Atnan took me to my vehicle and explained everything that was completed by Alejandro. I had an issue with my 4runner bumper and fender not aligning well that resulted from having an aftermarket bumper installed by another shop that didn't do a great job. There was a huge gap in the middle and then on each side of the fender and it was driving me nuts every time I saw it. I tried reaching out to several highly rated shops online including American Autobody. I either got no reply to my email about it or even in one case, the shop owner said his toyota had the same issue and he wasn't sure how to fix it. American Autobody responded and told me to come by so they could take a look which I did a few days later. They seemed confident they could make it look quite a bit better so after a few months of waiting, I scheduled time to get it in the shop and also decided to have them remove a door ding from my driver's side. The door ding is completely gone and the bumper looks so much better. The people at the shop were friendly and the price wasn't bad either. When we had the hail storm came through Texas in `23, I had looked around several auto repair shops to repair my dented minivan. Elite kept in touch with me throughout the process and was able to repair my minivan to like new after repairing & replacing the dented parts. It's been a year since then and it's been holding up like new. All the parts that Elite has touched have been done at quality and reasonable price (disclaimer: insurance did pay for this repair). A couple of things that did detract (but did not deduct a star): * The wait times were long and it was difficult to get the car into their queue due to insurance and their workload. This was probably a difficult time since there were a lot of cars damaged from the hail storm. * There was a part wasn't fully attached, but they fixed it immediately once I raised the issue. Overall, great quality of workmanship and repair to make my car like new again. It was well worth the wait to get it fixed from this repair shop. read more

I really like American Elite Auto Body. The owner, Atnan is a VERY nice guy. Very courteous, friendly and professional. I was in a minor accident, where the front left of my truck got scraped in a sideswipe type of collision. The parts involved were the front left quarter panel, front bumper, lower air deflector, lower front end trim (the panel beneath the grill) and the wheel well skirt. The insurance company wanted to just buff out the scrape on the bumper, repair the damage to the other parts and let the rest go. About $500 total. Atnan was not satisfied with that and sent the insurance company an adjusted estimate of around $1500, that included replacing the lower air deflector, wheel well skirt, repainting the bumper, front end trim and more. The overall repair job was very good. For the most part, the affected areas are like new. I am very pleased with it. The small shop is VERY busy and I didn't think I would be getting my truck back any time soon. They actually got me in and out, doing a great job, in only one week. I was very impressed with the quick and professional service. However... I am not one to 'nit pick'. But, there are a couple of things that are slight irritants. First, when they put the bumper back on, they did not make sure that it was exactly aligned. It looks good to the casual observer. However, one end of the bumper is off by about 1/2". It is visually noticeable, if you know what you're looking for. Anyone that has an eye for uniformity will see it. And, I have some custom lettering on the fenders. The removed and reinstalled the lettering on the affected fender. They didn't even check the other fender for reference, when reinstalling the lettering. It's off it's mark by about 3" horizontally and slightly tilted. Overall, they really did a great job. As I said, for anyone just looking at the truck as it goes down the street or sitting in a parking lot, it looks awesome. And, their work is top notch, regarding the actual repairs and repainting. For me, I am an artist and a very technically inclined person with a sharp eye for detail. It those two things that I noted that will bug me until I get a chance to fix it myself. If it weren't for those two things, they would get a five star review from me. But, because of it, they get four stars. Just before that, I had taken my grand daughter to dinner. During dinner, my grand daughter lost a baby tooth, yep, pulled it right out.
