I ended up at Eddie's after receiving some outrageous quotes from Caliber Collision, and I'm so glad I did. Jonathan is incredibly personable and proactive, always keeping you updated on the status of your car. This team doesn't just check all the boxes for great customer service; they're also extremely efficient. While Caliber estimated 3-4 weeks for the repairs, Eddie and his team had my truck finished in just a week and a half. If you're tired of dealing with corporate chain collision centers (like I was), I highly recommend supporting a locally small owned business. They will not disappoint you!

When you get a surprise by an Auto Mechanic or Body Shop it is usually not a Good one. In this case…read moreit was a Great surprise. My wife was rear ended on Christmas Eve. The damage was not extensive, but we needed to get it repaired. I did not have any shop that I knew of to take to get my estimates. I Googled it and went to a few. By far the best feeling I got was when I stopped here. David the owner and his son quickly went out and gave me an estimate and told me about how long it would take to make the repairs. I love doing business with Family-owned businesses, so this was going to be my spot for the repairs. I went back on 1/3/23 and gave him a deposit. He ordered the parts while I was still in his shop and said he would get my new bumper painted and would call me when it was ready to be installed. I got a call today and he said it was ready to be installed if I could come by the shop. I have heard so many horror stories about shop taking your car and keeping it for months for repairs. I am shocked at how fast and efficient PAB has been. No one wants to get in an accident but if it happens to you and you go to PAB it will be the best thing that has happened after that event.

I came here because of the good reviews and because I wanted to support a small-town family-owned…read morebusiness. Don't let that fool you. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself. This has been the worst body shop experience I have ever had. I have never dealt with this many repeated mistakes, damaged parts, poor workmanship, arguments, excuses, and lack of quality control. The owners repeatedly refused to take responsibility, while employees told me things were not broken, not missing, or not their fault until I proved otherwise. If you have had repairs done here, I strongly suggest checking their work carefully. My experience involved: - Incorrectly installed windshield trim - Trim flying off while driving - Missing hardware - Broken/cracked trim pieces - Bent brackets - Missing trunk plugs - Damaged electrical connection - Glass repeatedly left inside the tailgate - Poor paint matching - Driver-assistance/sensor issues - Loose wheel-well trim - Non-OEM glass - Repeated arguments over obvious problems - Poor communication and constant denial - A car left in significantly worse condition I had to return numerous times to point out problems, explain what was installed incorrectly, provide part numbers and diagrams, and inspect their work myself. Every visit uncovered something else. Passenger door paint was visibly poor. Their excuse was "hot weather." Rear windshield trim was installed incorrectly even after I asked about it twice. Plastic trim pieces were cracked/broken. Insurance was billed for replacement parts while some of my existing trim was reused. Interior trunk brackets were bent or damaged. Two rear trunk plugs were removed, but only one was reinstalled. A rear electrical/LED connection was damaged. Large amounts of broken glass were left inside the tailgate. They claimed it was "hard to access." It is not. There are openings where it can be vacuumed. I was also told manually closing the trunk would damage the hydraulics. I returned specifically for the remaining glass and there was still glass afterward, more than once. There is still glass today. There is still a trim gap, broken retaining hardware, damaged trim, and a missing lower trunk plug. The soft-close door on the repaired panel no longer works. They sprayed a sticky product throughout the vehicle and argued that it was not sticky. The front windshield trim actually flew off while I was driving. They told me their system showed no additional retaining part was needed. I had to find the part number, photos, and diagram myself to prove the missing hardware existed. I should not have to provide a body shop with part numbers, diagrams, installation instructions, and quality control. They later removed the front bumper while addressing the paint/panel issue even though the bumper was not part of my claim. Afterward, they claimed existing damage, then discovered the sensor had been bent. Now the passenger front light has a large gap, the wheel-well trim is loose, and the hood/quarter-panel alignment is visibly off. Both front and rear replacement glass are non-OEM and windshield wipers now struggle. Claimed they "tried" asking insurance, but when I contacted insurance myself, they did not ask. Every time I found an issue, I was told the part was not missing or the damage was not theirs until I showed pictures or documentation. The owner also wears Meta glasses and records interactions. He will prove how polite and patient I was. Only after repeatedly discovering more problems did I confront them about the quality of the work. I was told that I had an attitude problem. I was even told by the owner "I'm the boss and nobody should tell him what to do." They repeatedly said they have been in business for more than 20 years. That does not change what happened to my vehicle. Eventually I told them to just buy the needed parts and would install them myself. After removing more trim, I discovered the inside was even worse than the outside. I am posting photos so people can judge the workmanship for themselves.

I took my 2021 Subaru to AEW in December of 2023 to have the windshield washer hose replaced. The…read morewindshield washer fluid was leaking out of the car. They determined that a rodent had eaten part of the hose! So they replaced the hose to the front washer and told me they didn't know where to route the hose to the back window washer. Kurt said it was working fine on the front window now, and I told him the back window could wait. When I got home, I popped the hood and noticed there was no washer fluid in the reservoir, so I poured the gallon of new fluid in. I went into the house to tell my wife I was home, and then came back out about 10 minutes later to discover almost all the new fluid was running out into my garage and down the driveway. I called Kurt and he said he couldn't understand how that was happening, but he would "get back with me" to arrange for an inspection. Move ahead 6 MONTHS LATER, still no call back from A&E. I try to email them through the web site they list on Yelp, and it says the web site no longer exists! I try to email him, and the email bounces back. So I place a request for service here on YELP again, and 3 or 4 other places answer, but not A&E. So my only thought is that they sold the place and it's under new management? I don't know, but they did NOT fix the problem, they never contacted me again as promised, and the did not respond to the request sent to them through YELP. I ended up fixing the problem myself for $8.00. The second line, that he did not fix and that he told me "would not matter if I don't want to use the rear window washer" had a big hole it as well. When I filled up the reservoir, the weight of the fluid in the full tank caused the water to start syphoning out through that hole in the tube - once it was low enough (i.e. almost empty), it would stop and there would be enough fluid left to wash the front windows several times. They were all very friendly the first time I visited and I thought we had a good working relationship, but it turns out they didn't want to fool with the car although they really did NOT fix my problem and I was never able to contact them again. I don't know what their problem is, but I cannot recommend them as a reliable automobile service.

All of this is fine for a little more time if only there were updates given. But I needed to know since we only had a rental for a few more days. And I wonder if we never contacted them as much as we did if we'd would have been waiting for a lot longer. Now I'm trying to reach someone to finish up the paint they said they would do and no one is responding. We were told someone would be coming out to our house do the paint and no one is responding. The only reason I would not come here again is the poor customer service. It really means a lot to have good customer service.
