Grant was my contact during the repairs to my car. He was very responsive, and the body shop did a great job. They fully detailed the inside and outside of my care before I picked it up. My one complaint is that I had to call for an updates on the progress of the repairs. I wish they had kept me updated, even if it was just a text update. I love Fernando, James and the rest of the guys at this body shop! My experience was amazing and unbelievable; especially since we all typically have not the greatest experiences when it comes to things dealing with our vehicles. I have a background in vehicle sales and I was a Relationship Manager for Dealer Support for GM as a contractor with Sitel. Prior to transferring to that department I was in customer support and had to foster customer and dealers relationship, for a wide variety of issues/concerns and getting "Goodwill" for GM customers. Heritage, did a fantastic job with my repairs, cleaning the car inside and out thoroughly and I received a call from them 2 days before my scheduled time for pickup. I know everyone's experiences will be different but that is how it goes sometimes but I believe the guys at Heritage if given the chance would make it right. I bought a car from Carvana that had a problem with the license plate brackets. Since Silver Rock was the post sales warranty company I was a little worried about getting the repair done, but these folks kept me updated on all progress with the paperwork and when it was ready for me to drop it off. Then I dropped it off and just had to wait. It took them two whole days to finish is up and contact me for the pickup. I didn't even get to use the service they offer to stay up to date on my repair status. (which I'm not complaining about) I go in to pick it up first thing in the morning and they had it parked out front waiting for me. It smelled like a new car and had just been washed, better than expected. As much as I enjoyed their service, I hope I don't have to see them again...lol But for real, highly recommended! read more

The metal shield underneath my car near the front of it got scraped loose when I parked at a high curb. When I drove over 20 mph or went up an incline, it scrapped on the road and made a horrible sound. I managed to get the car home and called Honda dealer for a quote for replacing the shield. It was $386 and would take 75 minutes. I would also have to have the car towed there, since it would be too far to drive in that condition. I decided to call Heritage Body & Frame since it is only a couple of miles away and I could drive there very slowly. They said I needed to bring the car in before they could figure out if it could be bent back into shape and reattached or if I would need a new one. I drove the car there and asked if the shield could be removed so I could drive the car while waiting for it to be fixed. They said they were extremely busy and backed up still from the ice storm, but they would take a look at it. After pictures were taken underneath the car and shown to the manager, he said they would try and bend it back into shape and reattach it. 15 MINUTES LATER MY CAR WAS FIXED FOR NO CHARGE!!!! If I could give 100 stars to this shop, I would. It saved my day and I had appointments later in the day I would have had to cancel. They were also very careful about wearing masks, etc. read more

Terrible service. This place scratched my car like crazy and denied all of it. Had them put on a new spoiler and remove the one they put on last year. They insisted that I only pay cash so that they could pay their guy who did it under the table. Also refused to help me out when I saw the actual work they did and called them out for the scratches. They insisted that they did none of the scratches. Also put new holes into my vehicle without telling me or consulting me first. Absolutely terrible business and the person who runs she shop talked to me on the phone and was threatening and completely rude. NEVER take your car or truck here. I work a lot on my own car. I am not comfortable with body work, only engine work. After using this place once last year and having a decent job done I decided to let them have another shot. Charged me $220 to drill two holes in my car and put in my new spoiler. Insane. Also decided to "patch" the holes from the previous spoiler they installed with ugly plastic plugs. Awful job. This place refuses to acknowledge the fact that they scratched my car like crazy and refuses to help and would not give me my keys until I paid them $220 in cash. read more

I would choose a different body shop without any hesitation. I needed the smallest fix from a piece of wood flying at my front bumper on the highway. It took a couple days short of an entire month for the repair. My car was pulling to the right when I got it back. I had to go thru insurance to force them to take another look/test drive it again. A couple months later, I had inspection due. I failed because these guys replaced only one headlight.. and it did not match the other one. They denied touching my headlight. They act helpful and like they care, but when it came down to their work, that was not reflected. They left random parts in my back seat upon return. Had to take the car back for window to be cleaned off as they left a weird dirty mark on it..they claim was from tool that removes the door. (Sooo a rush job, even tho they had car for a month?) 2 stars because the body work itself, like the dent / scratch part, was fixed. read more

I will leave this review based on my experience with this business. My previous review was flagged by the business and removed so I will try again. I took my truck in to get an estimate. There was damage to a fender that did not allow my tail light to be minutes properly. This is a ranch truck so I only wanted this fixed. They said they would not just fix this and they would need to spend 10-25 hours to fix this. The bill would be over $1000. I took my truck else where and had a technician spend 15 mins for $30 to fix this. Moral of the story they will not do what you ask for. Do not take your car here unless you want them to decide what they will do for work versus the customer request. I was hoping to test them out for a simple job while shopping for a complete restoration shop for my classic car, but since they can't work with customer request I would recommend going elsewhere! read more

He was very honest and made cost effective suggestions on what I should do to fix the fender. He even offered to buff out a gash on my rear quarter panel on the right side while I was there! Excellent service, great staff, and amazing repairs- The receptionist and staff were friendly and knowledgeable - on phone and in person. We called ahead when dropping off and picking up my car, just to confirm we wouldn't have to wait very long. The insurance company had called in advance, so Heritage had most of my information ready. The paperwork portion only took a few minutes. I'm completely thrilled with the repairs! The parts of my car that were damaged look perfect now. The damage was fairly minor compared to other wrecks I've been in, but I had my car back in 4 days, which was one day sooner than their initial 5 day estimate. There were black grease marks on the driver door and the steering wheel (wiped off easily). In addition, a pen I left in the van is now missing (nothing valuable). I'm normally not the type of consumer compelled to write reviews, but this particular incident warrants one. I want other potential customers to be fully aware of what Heritage Body and Frame guarantee on their body work really is, and the durability of their work. We took our brand new Honda Pilot to Heritage for repairs and paint to be done to the rear door panel and rear quarter panel. A few days after getting the car back (which initially looked wonderful) we noticed the paint chipping off in a small circle in the middle of the door. We took the car back, since the work was "guaranteed for life." We were politely greeted by the manager who inspected the vehicle in the midday sun, and couldn't tell why it was chipping so brought the car into the shop and under those lights "discovered" a small dent in the area. He stated that there must have been something that made contact with the vehicle to cause the chipping, so it was not covered. Despite his enthusiastic attempts and light bending antics to convince me, there was no dent or scratching of any kind so we were pretty confident it was a defect in the application or quality of the paint they applied. They agreed completely that this chip would not have happened had the car not recently been painted, because it is apparently very susceptible to damage while "not completely cured". They gave us a quote for 670 dollars to repair a paint chip the diameter of a pea, which again had no dent. They additionally stated that the chip would likely grow in size if we didn't let them repair it. When we reached out a second time to voice our concerns, they suggested we bring it back for their supervisor to review it, but it was just the same guy wasting our time trying desperately to convince us that there was a dent so we wouldn't give them a negative review. Their promise is to return your vehicle to you in perfect condition "as if it never happened." We don't feel it's feasible to assume nothing will ever touch the paint on a car, and that every "contact will create a chip", and since this is a repaired area that fragility is supposed to be acceptable. We think initially their work looked great, but if you are in the market for body work, be aware that their paint jobs are apparently more susceptible to paint chipping when they otherwise would not and that their lifetime guarantee is just an empty marketing ploy. read more

I was super nervous about this repair. I have a brand new sports car that I recently purchased and it was my first expensive purchase at that. When my car was hit i wanted to cry!!! I think I ended up going to 6 different body shops before I decided on Heritage and what a great choice I made. My car is restored to it's original beauty, You could never tell the accident ever happened and the shop experience was probably better than the repair itself. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair on the progress and really put to rest any concerns I had. To top it off, their pricing is great as well. I brought my car to them after my car was rear ended. They have a small location that smells overwhelmingly of air freshener, but they seemed nice initially. After having my car for almost two weeks I picked it up. Initially everything seemed fine, but when I got my car home I realized that my key fobs no longer worked. The only way I could unlock my car was manually on the drivers door. I called thinking that they would take care of it, but they claimed it was a pre-existing conditon (not true) and they wouldn't help me. I then contacted the insurance company and the man at Heritage had lied to them and said that the locks didn't work when they received the vehicle. I have made an official complaint with the insurance company and I am writing this to warn others. Please, do not use the Cedar Park location of Heritage. As a mother of two young children I would have been much happier with a dented car and working locks. read more

I had made an appointment with Heritage to have my vehicle appraisal conducted for my USAA insurance claim on some bumper damage. I set an appointment with them for Tuesday, 16 Jan 2018 at 4PM. That was the day when the weather went cold and schools were closed. I called them about an hour prior to the appointment and was put into their confusing and useless automated attendant. I still headed to their location despite not being able to reach them as we did have a scheduled appointment. When I arrived at 3:55PM they were closed. They NEVER contacted me to rescheduled knowing that they were closing shop that day. I was upset. I called USAA and told them I no longer wanted to do business with Heritage and that I wanted to try another body shop. Caliber Collision was another shop just up the road so I made an impromptu stop there and asked if they could do the appraisal. Ken did the appraisal in about 10 minutes and handled all the insurance liaison right away. We made an appointment for the work to be done the following week and they did it in a couple days. All during this time when Caliber was getting my business Heritage NEVER followed-up with me which demonstrates their inferior customer service. Any future body work business I have will go to Caliber as they understand customer service. read more

A really great experience. Chris was extremely helpful at estimate time and again when the car was left for repairs. Price was lower than other estimates, and work was well and promptly done. It was a nice surprise to get back a car that was washed and vacuumed, and Chris even discovered I needed a new battery for my key fob which had ceased working. My brand new van had some minor scrapes on the back wheel well and rim. I took it to Heritage to get it checked out since I wasn't sure if the damage got into the paint. They were really busy and fully booked so the front desk was going to schedule me for another time. Chris was very nice and decided to take a quick look and see if they could polish it off since it was minor. After about 10 minutes...Wow!!!... it looked 100% better and there were only a few dots of paint damage that couldn't be buffed out, I could hardly tell unless I looked closely. They even carefully cleaned the rim for me, which I thought was also scratched. He recommended some products and methods I could use myself for scratches like this.
