Joe is the best!! My son's brand new car was vandalized the 1st week he got it. Got a couple dents and scuffed up the rear left side. Took it to Joe and he made it perfect/brand new again! read more

Value Joe and his wife are absolutely professional and and wonderful to work with. I had a huge dent in my car because I'm an idiot. Joe explained to me the process of what he would do and even went back to his shop to get a tool that he needed to get the job done. He could have taken a short cut and use what he had in truck but he went above and beyond. Hopefully I won't need anymore dent repair in the future! If I do I will be using Joe and recommending him to friends and family. The best of all he comes to you. If I could I would give him 10 stars. He did an amazing job and I can't believe he fixed the huge dent. I thought it was a lost cause. Thanks Joe! read more

I dented the right rear fender of my truck while backing a trailer. I wanted it to look better without spending a fortune on repainting the thing. I knew the deep gouge would likely still be there, and was ok with that. It is a work truck after all. I called Mr. Dentz after reading the reviews on Yelp. They are busy but put me on their schedule. I took it in the day we had agreed to and they had it out the same day. They were very friendly. When I went to pick up the truck, I had to do a double-take because I was just astounded at how great my truck looked! I am very pleased with their work. Honest and talented body expert. This guy is a dent removal artist with high integrity!

Just recently purchased a car I'd wanted for years, a Porsche. It was amazing to have finally worked my way up to one, and I was ecstatic to get it. Yet sure enough, less than a week into ownership I parked the car at a shopping center and returned to damage done to my vehicle. A variety of dents, which was a bummer. After a little research I found out about mobile paintless dent repair and chose to give Dentz a shot. They are a mom and pop operation, with a truly impressive mobile repair shop built in a Mercedes Sprinter van. They were quick to answer and schedule, and sure enough were able to slot me in for the next day. The final result was 4 dents removed with 0 evidence of any damage to my car. The owner, Joe has a few decades of experience and it showed with his work and set up. I'm sure he'd do an amazing job with any car, but in my case if you need someone meticulous to work on your luxury vehicle he met my criteria to a T. read more

I showed up at 8 minutes until closing, needing to get decals removed from my car. I left 15 minutes later a happy customer! How many shops do you know that will take a last minute walk-in, then do their normal exemplary job? I'll use MrDentz again the next time I have a need. read more

We were on the highway when a strong hail-storm struck, causing extensive damage. I contacted Mr Dentz. Their service is fantastic! When we got our Pacifica back, it looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line. And, they even cleaned the interior! I cannot recommend Mr Dentz highly enough! read more

Mr Dentz made an appointment for me quite quickly, and came to my home to fix two dents in my car where my daughter dropped her scooter handlebar into the body. To fix one, he had to remove the rear tire which he did quite quickly in my driveway. He was done quickly, and you can't tell where the original dent was at all anymore. I highly recommend him, and will use again in all likelihood (kids and bikes). read more

In the words of Arthur C. Clarke: "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic". I would put the Paintless Dent Repair process in that category and Joe is certainly a magician extraordinaire! I had a branch fall on my beloved WRX in a recent snowfall which created a large dent and several dimpled areas on the door frame. Body shop wanted $1000 for the repair but MrDentz did the work for much less and in just a few hours. I'm definitely a believer in the technology and enjoyed chatting with Joe, all while maintaining safe social distance and masked. Text updates were given on ETA and communication went very smoothly. A great experience all around! read more

I had a dent on the edge of my driver's side door. Joe did a great job on the repair. He explained the repair in regards to the dent location. I received my car the same day and I was a same day walk in, got very lucky since there was a cancel in appointments that day. I am impressed with the service and friendliness of Joe and his wife. Incredibly professional, prompt and stunning results! As you can see from the photos, I had two big dents on my BMW M3 and I was shocked that Joe was able to get it totally back to new again! Joe arrived on time with an amazing van with all sorts of lights and equipment and he was able to get the car back to new again - no dents! I was very pleased with his follow up and they guarantee their work for life! I highly recommend! read more

I have had the pleasure of working with Joe and Liliya twice. Originally I had a hit and run where someone had hit my front bumper. I was able to text them photos and they gave me an estimate. They came a couple of days to my apartment to fix the repair within the hour. He buffered out some of the scuffs and was able to pop out my dent. My Audi Q5 looked amazing!! Fast forward 5 days and I had an accident crush my driver side. I dropped my car off Saturday night and had my car back by 5pm on Monday. They even worked on it on Sunday when they are not normally working. However, Joe knew I needed a fast turn around and made it happen! My Audi Q5 looked AMAZING!!! Joe and Liliya are very professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone!! read more

Joe may be a little too booked up, or he bit of more than he could chew with my pdr request. He originally gave me a quote and scheduled me for repairs but when my insurance quote came back a couple hundred less, i asked if he could do it for that amount and instead of any sort of negotiating he said he was going to turn the job down. I appreciated his honesty, however i wish he would have told me sooner. I get it, insurance companies wont work with the pdr guys but i got the feeling during our first meeting that he was actually talking himself into the job when he really didn't want to take it on. He practically said so much. Its all good Joe. I had high hopes. I have no doubt hes probably good for the common pdr stuff , hail , softball size dents, etc. Mike D read more

This is my first experience with mobile debt repair. My only regret, is that I didn't call sooner. Joe is an absolute professional, he throughly explains what work the job entails and gives his estimate. And he also gives an explanation of what the work would cost for an Auto Body Shop to complete. Also keep in mind how many days an Auto Body Shop will keep you vehicle. My van needed an extensive amount of work and he was able to finish in less time than quoted. AND they came on a Sunday!! When requesting work, be honest with the scope and send Joe pictures. Amazing service and excellent work! Spoke with other dent repair businesses and they all said I had to take it to a body shop. Joe came out, took a look, said he could do the work but would take more time and care. We agreed on a date and price and the rest is history. Very professional, meticulous and just a great guy all around. Highly recommend! read more

One of my BMWs had a 2x1" dent on the trunk lid. Joe did a phenomenal job of restoring the surface to flush with the rest of the lid. He even buffed up the paint some so it really looks like it never happened. I am very impressed with the quality of the work and his prices were reasonable. He responded in a few minutes and was easy to schedule with - the other PDR guy my body shop recommended ironically called me back the following day, about 5 minutes after I finished scheduling with Joe and Liliya. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

Diligent. Worked with my insurance company for me. I'm very happy with how well the work came out!

After getting a few quotes & researching reviews I'm glad to have found Joe. Admittedly I was very uneasy having just any body work on my brand new 2022 Genesis G70. The "big boy" body shops wanted me to leave my car all day while charging an arm & a leg. Joe scheduled me for 9:30 and I was out by 10:30. Pictures say a 1,000 words. The door ding is gone, show room new, like it never happened. For 50% less than those other guys. Thanks Joe for doing amazing work at a fair price! read more

Perfect! Dent was repaired quick, the price was great, and customer service was superior. Thanks!

I cannot say enough good things about Joe at Mr. Dentz. I was crushed when my new-to-me car got a huge dent on a windy day. Called him first thing Monday, and he had it in his shop Monday afternoon. The dent was so sharp and deep that a body shop would have wanted to replace the whole door. But Joe was confident he could fix it right, without the thousands of dollars and weeks of time to get it done. Since my dad had just had a heart attack, I didn't have weeks to wait on a repair. Joe had it fixed by Tuesday morning. Even my super-picky self and meticulous hubby were amazed at the repair. Not to mention that he communicated frequently and clearly, gave us all the options, and was just really wonderful to work with. Best experience ever!! Made a really bad week go a whole lot better. Thanks Joe!!! Please note: the contour on the "after" picture is the design of the door...the repair is flawless! read more

I woke up to an unfortunate dent to my brand new BMW. I contacted Joe immediately based on great reviews from Google and Yelp. He replied and we worked together to get a reasonable quote. Update: I upgraded this review to 3 stars because after I left a poor review the owner reached out to me. He explained that they had been slammed with calls due to the recent hail storm. I still wish they had gotten back to me in the 3 days without having to leave a poor review. But I appreciate that he did reach out. Ultimately they didn't do the kind of work I needed anyway - but they are probably good at what they do base on other reivewers. This review is all about Lack of Communication, not about Service. I have some minor work needed on my vehicle and found Mr Dentz online. Their website says to text pictures of the vehicle and a message to them, which I did on Tuesday. I never got a reply. On Wednesday I called the phone number that went to voicemail. I instantly got a text from them (automated I assume) that said "Can I call you later?" I replied yes and that I had previously texted pics of my vehicle the day before. Still no response. It is now Thursday and I called their phone number again. This time I listed through the voicemail and I was going to leave a vm - but their message box was full. What good is a business if they won't answer you? read more
