My service advisor Jackie was great! I had to bring in my Cx5 a little over a month ago since someone decided to back into me in a parking lot. Jackie kept me informed throughout the whole process, and they finished earlier than expected! I was actually so impressed with her communication and Calibers workmanship I brought my son's car in to have it fixed out of pocket. Again, Jackie told me about two weeks, and she had it completed in a week and a half! Thank you again Jackie!! I had an extremely disappointing experience with my 2025 Honda CR-V repair claim through State Farm at Caliber Collision in Leander. My vehicle was rear-ended, causing damage to the rear bumper and the left exhaust, which was visibly hanging. Caliber Collision kept my vehicle for 5 days for repairs. However, when the car was returned to me, I was shocked to see that the left exhaust was still hanging with visible gaps and clearly not repaired to the same condition as the right side. When I raised the concern, the technician came out and told me that this was "the best they could do." When I asked why the left exhaust still did not look properly aligned or repaired, the technician responded with abusive, filthy, and completely unacceptable language. I immediately spoke with the manager and explained how I was treated before leaving the facility. Poor repair quality is one issue, but disrespecting customers and using offensive language is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location for vehicle repairs or customer service. read more

If this review was based on the customer service of the receptionist at the front desk it would be a zero! I brought my car in to get fixed the middle of march! Mike wrote my estimate and was amazing to work with, the service man who fixed my car was equally awesome! While Brittany at the front was pleasant upon arrival that quickly changed! When I picked up my vehicle I was told that there was a zero dollar balance and they had already been paid by the insurance. Fast forward to today, almost two months after picking up my vehicle and I get a VERY aggressive voicemail from Brittany at their front desk saying that my invoice isn't paid and if I don't call and pay it she will have to turn my file into Williamson County. Again this is the first time I've heard from them in two months!!! When I called back and talked to Mike (who is awesome) he explained to me that the problem was on their accounting side and funds had been put towards my account that weren't meant for my vehicle! He asked me to look in to it on my end and he would do the same! We got it figured out and cleared up in a civil non threatening manor! I would recommend their work just not the receptionist! She is aggressive, threatening, condescending and in no capacity belongs in customer service as the face of a company!! read more

I brought my vehicle in to get the rear tail light assembly fixed. They replaced the assembly but did not replace a broken bulb. The bulb was rusted and visibly broken, and they made a conscious decision to put the broken bulb back in the vehicle after they replaced the tail light assembly. Originally, I left this as a 3-star review because it was just a bulb. I called the manager to give feedback, and he was, at best, disinterested and apathetic to the choices they made. I was rear ended a couple of weeks ago and decided to use Caliber for my vehicle based on reviews and convenience to my home. The process was seamless and my car looks amazing. Jackie went over and beyond in communication as well as service. When I had an issue after picking up my car, Jackie took care of it immediately with as little inconvenience to me as possible. I was rear ended AGAIN 2 weeks later. There appeared to be no major visible damage as he had mostly hit my hitch, but Jackie got down on the ground and inspected my hitch assembly to be sure there wasn't damage to it. She and her coworker even put the hitch cover back on for me. I can't remember the last time I had service like that. read more

Unfortunately, my truck sustained some body damage recently. Fortunately I researched and found Caliber Collision in Leander on Crystal Falls Parkway. My initial contact with them was with a very professional lady named Bailey. She immediately gained my confidence and set up an appointment to meet with a service advisor. I met with Matt and again, felt confident that I would receive excellent service and repairs. Matt explained the process he would follow to have the damage repaired. We agreed on a drop off date and Matt's initial estimate was 7 to 10 business days for repair. After I dropped my truck off, Matt again explained the process o be used to repair my vehicle. Well, to my surprise, 2 days later I was informed that my truck would be returned to me, with all repairs completed Friday afternoon. I was kept informed daily of the progress and projected return time. True to his word, I picked up my truck late Friday afternoon and after closely inspecting the repaired area, found nothing to be dissatisfied with. My entire experience from the initial contact to the finished repair was handled in an excellent manner in which I felt special, not just like another customer. He made sure to have my car all washed and ready for me. The body work...you can't even tell my car was involved in an accident! Angelica was so friendly and coordinated my rental car and pick up as well as handling any issues that arose with my insurance. She is so sweet and is so personable with everyone from customers to service personnel to managers. I highly recommend this body shop. They took excellent care of me from the first first phone call and to the end. They fixed my new VW Tiguan after a rear end. I was very worried about the end results. But, they fixed my car and made it look like nothing ever happened to it. Good as new. They are very professional and friendly. I brought my F-350 in and filled out the form they gave me which included my insurance information, walked the damage on the truck with a consultant, then never heard from them on the quote that was told would be emailed to me. 1.5 wks later I call to ask why we haven't heard anything and they are tell me they have no record of me coming there and that they don't even work with Kemper insurance anymore. Nutshell this place sucks and doesn't want your business. They don't have a clue about customer service. I had a crack in my windshield that needed repair. The company just opened its doors and was literally walking distance from my home. I though "wow how nice is that". I would never send anyone to this company. I went in person and set up for them to order the glass for me. To make it easier on them I agreed to pay out of pocket then get reimbursed by my warranty company. I waited a week because it was over Easter weekend to give them the benefit of the doubt. I heard nothing absolutely nothing from this company. Not even an email. She was extremely patient and helpful with questions, setting up appointments, and helping with popcorn and coffee! Shay is amazing! She explained everything needed in a clear, concise way. She is always smiling and really cares about you as a person. Received a same-day estimate from Larry and scheduled to drop my vehicle off on a following weekday morning, then received my car back in excellent condition (way cleaner than when I dropped it off) that same afternoon! Larry made sure he gave me the most cost effective route and my car looks amazing!! 2022 4Runner replace scratches fender flare. Received online quote $700. Received two follow up emails to schedule repair. Called to setup repair was asked who my insurance company was. I said I will pay cash it wasn't an insurance claim. Their policy is to not take any work that isn't through an insurance company. I said I would pay cash or credit in advance. They said would have to talk to a manager and get him to call me back to see if he would consider taking the job. This is the 3rd time I've used caliber within the last year and paid in full and picked up the day they said the work was completed. Took my vehicle in for a repair estimate on the bumper after it got hit while parked in a parking lot. There was no note from the individual who hit my car...just a really bad scrape covering the entire corner of the front bumper. The car is only a year old. I was sick about the damage but even more bothered that a person could cause such damage and drive away without any accountability. Shayleen with Caliber Collision in Leander graciously listened to what happened and asked to take my vehicle into the repair shop to see what could be done. She returned a few minutes later with the entire scrape almost completely buffed out! She prepared an estimate for the cost to get it back to 100% but charged nothing for the buffing. The whole process from the first phone call for dropping off to the last text about the car ready for pick-up was perfectly done. I was greeted pleasantly and professionally. I was kept posted by text (my choice) daily. When there were questions by phone call, they were addressed right away and with good explanation. The car was dropped off on a Weds afternoon and was ready 8 days later. The resulting repairs were above par. The car looks fantastic-like no one had backed into it. Kevin, the person helping me, was on top of everything. He was excellent to work with. The front desk people were fantastic as well. I apologize for not recalling their names. Chris was the one helping me when picking up my car and he was very pleasant and prompt. I went in to have my truck repaired. I was upset that I actually had to have bodywork done on my truck, as I am very particular about my vehicles. I went to a few different places for estimates before I decided where I would trust my vehicle repairs. I initially went with Caliber because their estimate was the least expensive. I took quite a long time deciding where I wanted to go and when I finally made that decision I had a fantastic experience from the moment I dropped off my truck. I was always getting updates texted to me as well as phone calls explaining where in the process my repair was. I was pleasantly surprised that when my final bill came due, it was a few hundred dollars UNDER the original estimate! YAY! They really took care with repairing my truck! So, I was in a fender bender with my car that's less then 2yrs old. Talk about upset!! I met Caliber Collision through my insurance when I went in for an inspection for repairs. I was originally going back to my dealer for repairs but I was so impressed with that store I decided to stay with them. From the moment I met Shay at the Leander store I knew I was in very good hands. She kept me updated by text. They got my car in right away and I had it back in a week as expected. Having used Caliber in the past, I chose them again as this was an approved facility for another driver's insurance. This location in Leander is relatively new and they did an outstanding job on my Kia Sorento, which had a rear door replaced and damage to the back portion of the front door as well. With silver it's always a tough paint blend, but they did an excellent job and the vehicle was returned spotless. Props as well to Kevin. my service advisor, who kept me updated via text. CANNOT GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!! This place is horrible. This is a very unprofessional company. Service was awful. After filing a claim with Geico for a non at fault accident on our company truck we were instructed to take our vehicle to Caliber Collision. Our truck was turned into them in the beginning of March of 2021 for minor damage to the front bumper, and sat in their lot for months waiting on parts. While sitting in their lot it received hail damage and rodents on their property ate wires in the dash. Caliber took no responsibility for any of this. We received the truck back after 4 months and have now had to take it to multiple other shops for repairs for work that was suppose to be done as well as the wiring issues that happened at their shop. The team at Caliber Collision does not believe in good service or taking responsibility for your vehicle while in their possession. At all costs I would not take your vehicle to Caliber Collision. read more
