BEWARE! The owner, Mitch, is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. We called Mitch one Friday morning; we had an emergency we needed to communicate to him. No answer. We called him back 1 1/2 hours later, no answer. We tried again 1 1/2 hours later, again no answer. A little later he called us back and SCREAMED AT US for calling him too much and then HUNG UP ON US (before we could even speak)!!! We had been trying to get our car in to have the paint touched up for the previous 5 MONTHS!! Each week he would say "Call me at the end of the week" and then would tell us at the end of the week that he couldn't get us in. He continuously took in other cars ahead of ours and kept pushing us back. We kept trying, but eventually he wouldn't answer his phone (caller ID) so we left messages, but he never called us back. This is very unprofessional. Who treats a paying customer this way?? If you want to be treated this way, then do business with Mitch. If you would like to be treated respectfully, DON'T GO TO PAINTLESS DENT SHOP. read more

The shop isn't fancy but Mitch and his team did a great job fixing 2 of my cars after a recent hail storm. Not only that but they were very responsive and worked with our insurance company to make sure we were covered for all the damage. The work was relatively fast (one car had to stay for 3 days because they had to replace some chrome window liners and we had to wait for parts). The work was done within the budget allotted. When It comes to my Range Rover I am VERY picky about who touches it and does any type of work done on it. After speaking with Mitch who was very friendly and explained everything clearly I felt very comfortable that the work would be done well and he did not disappoint! My Range Rover had a medium size dent on the rear panel and the rear bumper had some bad paint chips and needed a repaint. Mitch had my car for 4 days and did an AMAZING JOB! far exceeded my expectations. I'm so glad that I found Mitch! He was recommended through a neighborhood facebook page. His shop is completely unassuming and kind of beaten up looking; don't pass judgement though, his work is both great and super affordable. I had some scratches on my vehicle from scraping into a fence. It was a long driveway that I was backing out of and needless to say I misjudged, so I hadn't claimed the damages through insurance. He buffed the scratches out pretty nicely. 2 were removed completely and one was significantly lightened (it had been much deeper than the rest). He only charged $45 for this, which I felt was a great price. Sure, I could have had my door repainted and paid thousands for the paint job, but this is a 2014 van. For what I paid, I am incredibly happy. read more

A couple weeks ago, I showed Mitch a dent on the trunk of my Mitsubishi. We called back and forth to set down a good time that would work with our schedules. We finally pinned down a good time today and it worked out. The location was very close to my job and I took my car in during lunchtime. After work was over, my car was ready for pickup. They did a great job repairing my dent and touched up the front bumper a bit. I was even given a slight discount too! The service I received was very honest, knowledgable and good. I had a nasty looking and large dent on my white Lexus, courtesy of someone who cannot park properly. Took it to Paintless Dent Shop, MItch looked at it for about 15 seconds and said, I could bring it about 3 days later. I was wondering if he had looked at it well enough because the dent seemed kind of big to me. About 6 hours after I had dropped it there, Mitch called me to say it was ready. Unfortunately, something jumped off I-35 and smacked the driver's door of my brand new Tundra a week or so ago, and put a dent in it. Sucks! Mitch looked at the dent in my vehicle that I received when someone hit me with their car door (and I had made worse by trying to "pop" it out) and said he could probably get it back to 90% with half a day's work. I met with conally and really liked the guy. I had a door dent that need to be removed, and a bunch of little scraps around my 2013 acura. So Connally quote me 125 to buff out all the scratches and fix the one dent. So I scheduled an appointment. I thought if he's gonna buff all those dents why don't I just pay for a full detail while I am at it. I call and mitch answers and I tell him the story and he tells me I am not even on the calendar, but he will get me in. I question? Not in the calendar??? And he snaps , rudely. I told you I would get you in. So I agree to drive by for another quote to upgrade the detail. When I get there he is all attitude. He quotes me 200 and I say, that's a little high, how about 150? He says how about 300, walks away from me in a huff. Some people say they do a good job. I say there are lots of detail companies that won't treat you like crap. I don't need attitude. You will never see a penny from me. Rude owners can not survive in this competitve economy. read more

Went there on (2) different occasions. 1st Visit) Good experience with great results for hail damage to hood. A++ 2nd Visit) Bad experience, missed a dent during initial repair process and also broke my overhead console when removing it to fix the hail damage to the roof. Received a bit of attitude for re-working the missed dent and no response from subsequent emails to help pay for overhead console cost, so out-of-pocket on that $130..but didn't want to argue on the phone..not worth my time.. read more

So... Mitch saved my car about a year ago, and I forgot to write a review until just now... :) These guys do AMAZING work. I came in with a beautifully dented Mercedes and very little hope. I was sure that I had to get completely new parts, and that they wouldn't be cheap; the dealership told me that buying a new door and putting it on would be at least $7000. After Mitch took a look at it, he told me that the frame wasn't damaged, so they could simply fix the existing door and only charge me less than a third of what the dealership would have! I came back after about a week, and everything was done. I've completely forgotten the name of the guy who worked on my car (shame on me), but he was a perfectionist! The damage was so extensive that there was no way they could repair it back to 100%, but they got pretty dang close (98%?). The only way you can tell is if you really try to look for it. Unfortunately, none of us thought to take before/after pictures. The situation started out horrendously, but everything turned out great thanks to Mitch and his crew! If the need arises (fingers crossed it won't), I would definitely come back here. read more

After reading these reviews and putting a dent in the door of our new truck at a gas station, I called this shop. Mitch answered and booked me an appt the very next day. There was no paint damage, but a a quarter-sized dent in door. This was taken care of the next morning in less than an hour. Looks brand new again, no evidence of any dent left! I own a 2018 Honda Odyssey and received two dents in my driver side door when the wind blew my door out of my hands at a gas station =(. The Honda Body Shop up the road quoted me around $350 to repair the dents, and $1000 to replace the door. They actually referred me to the Paintless Dent Shop down the road: saying they would be cheaper and faster most likely. I swung by around 11 am that same day, a Friday. I found Mitch who shook my hand and came over to my car to quote my repair. He quoted me $150, said the lower dent could be removed and the upper dent would look 90% better, and that he could have the job done within 2-3 hours if I left it with him then. He wrote down my name and number and the estimate he gave me on his white board in his shop, shook my hand, and called me a few hours later letting me know the job was done. Fantastic work. Mitch is very casual. Almost as if the agreement is done with his word and a handshake: how business transactions used to be handled. I was very happy with the results of my car. Bummed I didn't get a pic of the before, otherwise I would have posted it on here. I had looked into trying to fix the dent myself, with a hairdryer and compressed air (saw it on youtube) but Mitch mentioned he spends more time fixing people's efforts to do it themselves. I thought $150 was a great price for someone who knows what they're doing and has a quick turnaround. Would highly recommend. This business accepts credit cards. read more

Great job and a great price. They looked really busy but were able to accommodate me since my job was relatively small. My son had a slight dent in his Mustang from a run-in in a turning circle. I had two body shops look at my truck before I took it to Paintless Dent Shop. One told me it was a $650 dent and the other shop told me I should just replace the truck bed. I did not want to spend the money for either of those options. The owner was very friendly and I told him that I didn't want to pay the cost for expensive body work. He told me he could get it 90% out / barely noticeable. When I picked the truck up I was very happy with the work! You can not see the dent unless you are looking closely. I am still amazed at how great it looks! Hopefully you will not get a dent in your car but if you do take it here first! read more

Mitch saved my weekend. I rented a car after day at Lake Travis I found a huge dent in the rear quater panel. I got $2000 estimate and a week plus waiting list from the dealership. I was lucky to get a hold of Mitch, he knocked out the dent in about an hour, he apologized that he could only get it to 95% perfection and if he had another hour he would get it 100%, I was estatic. My car was not repaired as promised. The quote from one of the employees (Will) included the rear and front bumper paint job. Only the rear bumper was done. When I took the car back, the owner Mitch refused to honor the quote. He started yelling and arguing that it cannot be done in the original estimate. Will not go back and will ask my friends to stay away from this shop. read more

Jekyll and Hyde is the best way to describe my experience at the Paintless Dent shop. Dropped by on a Friday with no appointment. The owner said he could fix the minor car dents in a few hours, so I walked across the street to a restaurant and waited. My car was done in about 2 hours. I paid him in cash and included a tip for being so responsive. (Heads up: this is where the good review ends.) During the course of our conversation, I ended up asking if he could repaint the base of my side mirror (the paint was flaking off and I was about to sell the car). He agreed and removed the mirror from the car, and asked me to come back on Tuesday. I went back Tuesday and he said it wasn't ready. Could I come back on Wednesday? So I went back on Wednesday and he said it still wasn't ready. My only question was "why didn't you call and let me know, rather than make me drive out here twice only to leave empty-handed?" He got super pissy and said "i'll just give you your mirror back." I said I didn't want my mirror back, I wanted him to PAINT my mirror. He then calmed down and apologized. He wrote down my name and number (again), and said he would call when it was ready. I finally got tired of waiting (I was ready to sell the car), and I went back to the shop on Friday, and guess what?...the mirror hadn't been touched! I was grateful he wasn't there b/c I didn't want to deal with him. I make it a point of not treating people badly -- and it wasn't his workers' fault --so i asked them to put the mirror back on and I left. But writing this review has been a lesson in restraint. The owner appears to be extremely disorganized and moody. I'd rather support businesses who actually appreciate my patronage. So if you're thinking of going to the Paintless Dent Shop in Round Rock, do me a favor and just stay home and pull out your toenails one by one. It will be the same result. I just moved here and was recommended to take my truck to Mitch. My bumper was bent from a minor tap. The dealer said that event though bumper was fine, the bracket was bent which meant the whole assembly had to be replaced. I knew this was nonsense so I went to see what Mitch could do. He removed bumper, hammered out a bent piece of steel from frame, replaced the brackets and boom! Just like new. Mitch got me in the next business day, kept me up to date on timeline and the price was right. No reason to go anywhere else. *He also fixed a dent in tailgate and I couldn't figure out where it was. Mitch totally saved me! I bought a brand new truck 2 weeks ago, and due to an error on my part, put a dent right in it. This dent definitely wasn't tiny either.... It was about the size of a dinner plate, maybe even slightly bigger. I took it up there on a Monday for an estimate. Mitch immediately gave me a price that I thought was extremely good. He advised he could definitely make it look better, but it wouldn't be perfect. I was good with that and set up an appointment for Thursday. He called me around lunch to let me know my truck was ready. I pulled up and was amazed! You can't even tell there was ever a dent there!
