Atnan has helped me and my family multiple times over the years, and he has always gone above and beyond for us. It's so rare to find someone in the car business who is genuinely honest, trustworthy, and actually cares about helping you, and that's exactly who Atnan is. Most recently, I brought my car in with a pretty bad dent in my side door, and he made the entire process so easy. He worked seamlessly with my insurance, kept me updated throughout, got everything done incredibly fast, and had my car looking like nothing ever happened!! His entire crew is also always incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Whether you call, email, or just walk in, they'll do whatever they can to help. There was a huge gap in the middle and then on each side of the fender and it was driving me nuts every time I saw it. I tried reaching out to several highly rated shops online including American Autobody. I either got no reply to my email about it or even in one case, the shop owner said his toyota had the same issue and he wasn't sure how to fix it. American Autobody responded and told me to come by so they could take a look which I did a few days later. They seemed confident they could make it look quite a bit better so after a few months of waiting, I scheduled time to get it in the shop and also decided to have them remove a door ding from my driver's side. The door ding is completely gone and the bumper looks so much better. The people at the shop were friendly and the price wasn't bad either. Next time I have a need for any body work or if anyone asks me of a good body shop, I'll be referring them to these guys. Pics attached of the original issue.

I brought my brand-new 2025 truck to 360 on July 13th for a few small dents on the driver-side door…read moreand paid $1,900 for the repair and to match the truck's sheen. I picked it up July 21st and everything initially looked great. One week later, the repaired door became noticeably duller than the rest of the truck. I contacted 360 and brought it back on August 5th. They refinished the door, but the exact same issue returned 11 days later. I contacted the owner, Frank, and brought it back a third time. I picked it up August 29th. Shortly afterward, the driver-side door began getting stuck and would not open normally. On September 19th, I had the same issue again and could clearly see that the interior door was damaged and the pins were not lining up properly with the door frame, creating a crack. I contacted Frank, but received no response, so I went to the shop personally. Frank insisted they never removed the interior door panel and refused to take responsibility for the damage. When I asked why my brand-new truck had never experienced these problems before their work, his response was, "Maybe because it's a work truck?" It is not a work truck; it is my personal vehicle. When I expressed my disappointment, Frank became hostile, repeatedly cursed at me, and told me to " F*** you, get the f*** off the property." As I was leaving, he followed me out of the parking lot in a black Chevrolet truck. After paying $1,900 and making multiple trips back to the shop, I expected the work to be done correctly and the business to stand behind it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend 360 Auto Group. If you use them, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle and documenting everything before leaving the property.

So I got this car in October 2007. I was in love. The night of Halloween Oct 31st I decided to move my car out of the driveway so ..ya know...little ghouls and goblins wouldn't scratch it. This was my new baby and I wanted to protect it. So I moved it in front of my house. As I was cooking dinner my doorbell rang and my hubbie answered it. I heard him talking but didn't really pay attention...until he called me and asked me to come to the front door. It was my across the street neighbor who just had a baby 3 weeks before. She was hysterically crying. I knew right then what happened. She was backing out of her driveway and happened to back right into my brand new shiny 2008 Nissan Altima 3.5 Coupe :( I wasn't mad as ultimately itis really only a car.....but I will never move my car in the road again. So, I called Collision Craft and they fixed my car and worked with my neighbors insurance and I didn't have to do a thing. They actually replaced the entire door and painted the entire drivers side of my car so as to blend the color. You can not tell at all that it had been painted or hit. They did just a remarkable job. It is owned by a local Hutto guy and I truly believe in supporting your local community as much as you can. I highly suggest this place as I trusted them with my brand new car and it came out looking just as it did the day I bought it.
