When you get a surprise by an Auto Mechanic or Body Shop it is usually not a Good one. In this case…read moreit was a Great surprise. My wife was rear ended on Christmas Eve. The damage was not extensive, but we needed to get it repaired. I did not have any shop that I knew of to take to get my estimates. I Googled it and went to a few. By far the best feeling I got was when I stopped here. David the owner and his son quickly went out and gave me an estimate and told me about how long it would take to make the repairs. I love doing business with Family-owned businesses, so this was going to be my spot for the repairs. I went back on 1/3/23 and gave him a deposit. He ordered the parts while I was still in his shop and said he would get my new bumper painted and would call me when it was ready to be installed. I got a call today and he said it was ready to be installed if I could come by the shop. I have heard so many horror stories about shop taking your car and keeping it for months for repairs. I am shocked at how fast and efficient PAB has been. No one wants to get in an accident but if it happens to you and you go to PAB it will be the best thing that has happened after that event.

Long and his entire team are incredibly skilled professionals in their craft. I was introduced to Long by a colleague, and since then, I've been recommending him to anyone who asks for a reliable automotive shop. Long's Automotive offers a comprehensive and honest assessment of your car. They thoroughly examine your vehicle and explain their findings, including whether any repairs are necessary immediately or in the future. They even diagnose issues that other mechanics might overlook. I highly recommend Long's Automotive. I give the shop and the entire team an A+++. I'll refer anyone I can to them without hesitation. I brought my brand-new 2025 truck to 360 on July 13th for a few small dents on the driver-side door…read moreand paid $1,900 for the repair and to match the truck's sheen. I picked it up July 21st and everything initially looked great. One week later, the repaired door became noticeably duller than the rest of the truck. I contacted 360 and brought it back on August 5th. They refinished the door, but the exact same issue returned 11 days later. I contacted the owner, Frank, and brought it back a third time. I picked it up August 29th. Shortly afterward, the driver-side door began getting stuck and would not open normally. On September 19th, I had the same issue again and could clearly see that the interior door was damaged and the pins were not lining up properly with the door frame, creating a crack. I contacted Frank, but received no response, so I went to the shop personally. Frank insisted they never removed the interior door panel and refused to take responsibility for the damage. When I asked why my brand-new truck had never experienced these problems before their work, his response was, "Maybe because it's a work truck?" It is not a work truck; it is my personal vehicle. When I expressed my disappointment, Frank became hostile, repeatedly cursed at me, and told me to " F*** you, get the f*** off the property." As I was leaving, he followed me out of the parking lot in a black Chevrolet truck. After paying $1,900 and making multiple trips back to the shop, I expected the work to be done correctly and the business to stand behind it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend 360 Auto Group. If you use them, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle and documenting everything before leaving the property.

Drove and saw him for a free estimate which he got to me that evening. I asked him when I was at his shop doing the estimate about how long he thought it would take. He said a week or less. I told him I wanted to be in San Antonio on the following Wednesday. He informed me he would have space for me the next day, Thursday. I checked the estimate and brought the car back to him on Thursday after work. Matt was waiting for me. He was communicative, prompt, affable, funny and smart. I could tell from the minute I started talking with him I liked him. On his day off, Sunday, he called me and told me that he thought he could definitely make that happen and he did. Mind you he just had a baby girl so sleep was abviously an issue. He delivered and he delivered more than what he assured me that he would do and promised that he would do. The work that I received coupled with the transparency and honesty that he gave me regarding what I thought was possibly a bent axle or hub which was actually only a control arm which he diagnosed replaced and fixed when he could have told me it was more. Fixing the wheel and then color matching my very detailed Pearl paint. Wow! When I was picking up my car, I walked into his office and told him it looked better than when I bought it. Matt told me he does things like he would do them for himself. I'm the same way and respected the hell out of that. I went to fill up my car and realized he had not cut any corners when I noticed the inside of my fuel well door had been painted with the same care as the visible parts. This is a small business owner with ethics and quality of service that I strongly recommend.

My car was completely cleaned on the outside and the shine was beautiful! I have to add the confidence and professionalism the personal was exceptional! I got back in my car and it was completely dead. I was shook up and confused as to what was going on. Gerber Collision as for a review and I didn't give them a good review, because when I took my car to them it had no issues except someone rammed into me. The next morning Gerber Collision sent two men to figure out what happened. It was my battery! They jump started my car, took it to Auto Zone, got me a new battery and brought me back a running car. What exceptional customer service! This is the first time I have used Gerber Collision & Glass - Pflugerville and I will continue to recommend them for their first-rate work, excellent communication and ethics!
