My insurace paid them $2k for the repair and they only changed the bumper and nothing else! The paint on the bumper literally had bubbles and Hair! Took them 1 month just to fix a bumper! Called them every week and they kept making excuses.. FINALLY to my surprise, my collision sensor was showing errors (insurance paid them for new sensor and bracket, and they didn't change it). Had to take it to Honda dealership to get a new sensor and bracket installed. My insurance had to pay another $750 because of their incompetence! If I could post negative stars, I would. Awhile back I had an issue with my bumper coming loose and didn't want to pay a fortune to fix it. I spoke with Rey who said they would do it for $60 cash (because "something was wrong with there credit card machine."). At the time I was happy because it was done and looked fine. Now my decision to go cheap has come back to haunt me as I discovered the used actual screws(not the automotive kind) to reattach the bumper. This caused pressure where the bumper connects and now I have a bigger, much more expensive problem. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here. read more

It's been a year since my repair and I can gladly say that the paint has held up. Thank God! I wanted to hold off on my review in case the paint job resembled Maaco's "professional" service. Thankfully, it didn't. The damage I had was strictly to the paint only. I initially took it to a trusted body shop (previous vehicle use to be a magnet to accidents). And as much I love that body shop, they were out of their minds with their $2000+ estimate. For a fourth of the price, Bumper Rx repainted the entire bumper. I had a small hole in my Lexus SC430 bumper and got several quotes from nearby body shops that was high as $1300 and none were below $950. They charge paint by the hour?! Never seen paint sold that way at Lowe's. Found Bumpers Rx and they quoted me $450. It was so much less than the others that I was a bit concerned about the quality of the work. After talking to their friendly staff, I decided to roll the dice and was extremely impressed when the job was completed the next day and the work was impeccable. You can tell the tech(Steve) took a lot of pride in his work and trust me, those are the type of guys you want working on your car. I asked "how the hell do you guys stay under the radar?" Turns out they're relatively new to the area and still working on their marketing strategy. Before you file that claim and pay that deductible, come see these guys first. BOTTOM LINE: These guys nailed it. They popped out significant denting and repainted and left me with a bumper that looks better than it did before I beaned a stray curb. These guys do exactly what they say they're going to and they do it WHEN they say they're going to. No surprises. Just great work. PROS: Fast. Affordable (way affordable!). Personable. Straight shooting. They don't try to upsell you on anything. CONS: None. The only challenge you might experience is that their location can be a little hard to find physically, but it's WELL worth it once you do! EXPANDED SUMMARY: I was driving in a weird part of town and hit a phantom curb that wasn't painted or even really visible. It crunched in my bumper pretty badly. My deductible was $500 and who knows what that would have done to my premium, so I got a few quotes. Most shops suggested I'd probably just need to replace the whole front bumper (airbag sensors and headlight attachments included) but Bumper RX Plus pointed out that one, I hadn't hit the curb that hard, and two, the area that made contact with the curb wasn't connected to any significant part of the frame that would compromise its integrity, so it only needed to be popped out. The other guys were likely suggesting more work to absolve themselves of liability. Ray NAILED it. In and out. I can't praise them enough. They talk straight, don't try to upsell you on any add-ons, call you when it's done and know you by name. I LOVE businesses that do business the way it should be done. They deliver what they promise. THE PROCESS YOU SHOULD EXPECT: 1. Get a quote in person (takes about ten minutes) 2. Drop off your car 3. About 24 hours later mine was done. I got a call from the shop, paid, picked it up and drove off to write this review. They were that good. ADDED BONUS: Lifetime guarantee on that paint touchup. Boom! read more

Awesome place! The staff is really nice and accommodating, and the price was much less then expected. I was able to schedule a next day appointment to get some touch ups done and my bumper repainted.
