My recent personal experience there involved an extensive repair on the passenger side of my Audi after it was effectively side-swiped by a motorcycle. The only thing not damaged on that side were the windows and mirror. There was thorough attention to detail, including challenges with insurance wanting to use inferior quality, cheaper used doors to replace the doors that were punctured in the crash as well as poor quality refurbished wheels.
