From the very beginning, they treated me like a person instead of just another insurance claim or dumb girl walking into a car shop. One thing that immediately stood out was that they actually asked me, "How perfect do you want this to look?" That might sound like a small question, but it wasn't. They took the time to explain my options instead of automatically pushing the most expensive repair possible, which I really appreciated. I have a 2015 and so it doesn't need to look fresh off the lot. Their estimate also came in **significantly** lower than another shop I visited, but at no point did it feel like they were cutting corners. The repair quality was excellent, and my Mazda looks fantastic again. What really earned this review, though, was the top notch customer service. When they noticed my Mazda emblem had cracked, they replaced it for me. During the conversation I jokingly mentioned making it pink... and they actually custom did it. It's such a fun little personal touch that makes me smile every time I walk up to my car. Most body shops fix your vehicle and send you on your way. Nova managed to fix my car and make the experience pain free and memorable. Nobody wants to spend $$$ on body work, but if you have to, it's nice knowing you're working with people who are honest, communicate well, and genuinely care about their customers. Hopefully I won't need another body shop anytime soon... but if I do, Nova will absolutely be my first call.

She'd never had a nice car to drive, and she'd been patient until we could afford to help her. Two months later, it was pummeled by hail and it looked awful. It broke her heart, and it broke my heart to see her sad. We took her car to Billy at Dent Busters and they got on it immediately. They did an amazing job, removing the dents and making the car look fantastic, possibly better than when we bought it! They have some amazingly high-tech, and some surprisingly low-tech ways to remove the dents cause by hail, accidents, or other mishaps and they worked it over like surgeons looking for every ding or dent. Their service was quick and thorough, and they worked with my insurance company and me to make the process easy. They do quality work, at fair prices, and work efficiently. What more could I ask for? I found out this month. Even though it's been two years since the repair, my daughter connected with Billy to address a problem with the hood, a minor holdover issue from the dent repair. He was all over it, helped diagnose the problem, and got it addressed. He worked with me to get it repaired, something far above and beyond what I would have expected him to do so willingly and immediately. I realized that he's not only great at dent removal, he's a truly decent, honest, and kindhearted person. Billy's been in the PDR ("paintless dent removal") business for 27 years and at this point is running a smaller shop so he can give each vehicle personal attention. He's skilled, a class act, and an honest business owner. Clearly, because it's so rare these days to find stand-up people who go far above and beyond what's required, I was surprised and touched by his kindness and responsiveness to our issue.
