About 2 weeks after picking up my jeep I was driving in west Texas and a strip of molding came off the top of my car (not related to the repairs). I talked to Summer about the molding replacement and she asked me bring my jeep to the Cedar Park location. Summer then arranged for their shop to replace the molding free. I purchased the correct molding from the MoPar dealer and classic installed it without any cost to me. Thank you Summer and the repair shop personnel that installed the molding.

Like most people who park outside, I received some damage to my truck (4 or 5 dents from hail). I was dreading the process I would have to go through to get my truck fix. After I received a estimate of damage from my insurance company and received my money, I started looking around to see what body shops are in the area. I found Critical Collision was only a few miles from where I live. I read all the reviews and every review was extremely positive. so I gave George a call and he was able to pickup right away. George is extremely nice and approachable. He took time to talk to me about the hail damage and the door dings I wanted to get fixed. He told me he can take care of all that and if he finds any other dings, dents or other imperfections that he would take care of those too. He told me that he would let me know when he can get my truck in and he would give me a call to schedule a time to drop it off. A few days goes by and he asks if I can bring it in today or tomorrow. I told him I would bring it in today if that still works for him. I drop off my truck and a little of 1 1/2 hours goes by and he tells me my truck is ready. Wow, that was fast! I head to the body shop and inspect my truck. All the hail damage and door dings are gone! it looks brand new. Do yourself a favor and give George a call. He was paid by the insurance company to put new parts on the vehicle. He put on used parts. He brought the vehicle back to us and we were unhappy with the repairs. Runs in the paint and the side panel wasn't even bolted on! He took it back, said he would fix everything. It came back just as bad! He had our truck for months! We filed a lawsuit and won a Judgement for $11,112.60, against he and his wife, Brenda Costello, who is also part of the business. He has paid nothing on this Judgement, so further legal action will be taken to collect. He will promise you a good job, and leave you being scammed. He should be investigated for insurance fraud because he is charging for new parts and installing old parts. Look through the photos as I have posted a copy of our court ruling. The five star reviews you see here are I am betting, bogus from friends and family.

They are no longer mobile and have had the brick and mortar location for one year since the Austin hailstorm. I was referred to Charlie by the manager at Whitakers. Charlie or his crew used to travel to Whitakers to repair car dings. I had my car ding repaired at Whitakers by Charlie or his crew member six years ago for $200. They no longer travel to Whitakers so now Whitakers refers directly to their Cedar Park location. I made an appointment and was in and out in 45 minutes. The cost of the car ding depends on the location. My ding was located high on the driver's bend so they didn't have to open the door and were able to access it through the window. Charlie only charged me $150 for one ding. But with his contrasting light, he saw an additional two mini dings so he fixed them for free! I'm so happy that my driver's car door looks new!

Laughable now, but at the time I was in tears as this is the Navigator my dad (RIH) drove across country to me when I was going through stuff. He worked at Ford since he was 16!! I miss you dad!! I am proudly a Daddy's girl. Cecil and the team were so accommodating. They let me drop off to an after hour technician due to my schedule. My Navigator is Vintage :-) 2006 and they found the part and had it shipped and installed within 2 days!!!!! They also painted it for me and all for a very very very good price. I am forever grateful for this shop and all the folks who work there. I am old school so please I hope no one takes offense on this next statement. If you have anxiety about cars....come here. My one complaint is that I had to call for an updates on the progress of the repairs. I wish they had kept me updated, even if it was just a text update. This is how a body shop or any business should be run! Such an amazing experience working with…read moreTammie at Autocraft. We came to Autocraft under difficult circumstances. We had scraped the side of our rear driver side door on our Model Y pulling into our garage. We took the car to another body shop and they completely botched the job - the paint was a complete mismatch and they had sanded the door down so badly that there were no body lines left. It was completely unacceptable and needed to be fixed. We knew that we needed to take it somewhere that knew exactly how to handle a Tesla and restore it back to factory. Autocraft was exactly what we needed. They concluded that the previous work was so bad that we needed a new door. Once we decided to go with them, they promptly ordered the door for us and got us on their schedule. Tammie and Jaci were amazing. Our insurance initially didn't want to cover this because of the initial botched job, but Tammie fought for us the whole way and ran it all the way up the chain and got it approved. Amazing. On top of the above and beyond customer service, the work was flawless. They completely restored our Model Y back to factory. Don't make the mistake we did and use a non-Tesla approved body shop. Autocraft is the only choice.

Our car was totaled and we have been having trouble tracking down the policy holder and claim info. Apparently they have it but won't pass the information to me the vehicle owner. I'm an insurance agent over 15 years and would not recommend doing business or recommend any of my customers to them. I would have been more than happy to do business if they simply provided me with claim info. To hold that info hostage unless we do business with them is borderline illegal. Bad business practice all around not willing to help a potential client.
