They don't look like much from the outside, but I would go back if I needed work. Good work. Cheap!

Josh gave us a very fair deal on painting my son's bumper he received for Christmas.

From the very beginning, they treated me like a person instead of just another insurance claim or dumb girl walking into a car shop. One thing that immediately stood out was that they actually asked me, "How perfect do you want this to look?" That might sound like a small question, but it wasn't. They took the time to explain my options instead of automatically pushing the most expensive repair possible, which I really appreciated. I have a 2015 and so it doesn't need to look fresh off the lot. Their estimate also came in **significantly** lower than another shop I visited, but at no point did it feel like they were cutting corners. The repair quality was excellent, and my Mazda looks fantastic again. What really earned this review, though, was the top notch customer service. When they noticed my Mazda emblem had cracked, they replaced it for me. During the conversation I jokingly mentioned making it pink... and they actually custom did it. It's such a fun little personal touch that makes me smile every time I walk up to my car. Most body shops fix your vehicle and send you on your way. Nova managed to fix my car and make the experience pain free and memorable. Nobody wants to spend $$$ on body work, but if you have to, it's nice knowing you're working with people who are honest, communicate well, and genuinely care about their customers. Hopefully I won't need another body shop anytime soon... but if I do, Nova will absolutely be my first call.

They fixed it for free! Zero dollars! Who does that! I tried to give them a good tip and they wouldn't even accept it. These are the people that deserve it most! They just genuinely wanted to help. They will have all of my business and all my family's business moving forward! Plus, besides losing all that money I don't have to worry about sending in my car for over a week! Took them about seven minutes! I'm wildly grateful! They made my week!

Our car was totaled and we have been having trouble tracking down the policy holder and claim info. Apparently they have it but won't pass the information to me the vehicle owner. I'm an insurance agent over 15 years and would not recommend doing business or recommend any of my customers to them. I would have been more than happy to do business if they simply provided me with claim info. To hold that info hostage unless we do business with them is borderline illegal. Bad business practice all around not willing to help a potential client.

I went against my better judgment and brought it to Autocraft Bodywerks instead of the Tesla Collision Center; the former had a shorter wait time. The San Marcos shop had my car for *four months* before returning it to me with a slew of problems, mainly an audibly loud wind noise coming from the passenger side, and both right side doors and the trunk not closing without being slammed. The South Austin location then attempted to remedy their sister shop's work (they did manage to repair some of the interior damage that was caused by the San Marcos shop - thank you for that, Tammie), but they did not fix the wind noise or the doors, and in fact there are now two additional external problems - one being the frunk/hood not being properly aligned and the other involving the trunk. It appears that they do not know what they are doing. I don't know how else to summarize my experience. Unfortunately, my insurance paid them upfront and now I'm left with a vehicle that doesn't function properly. I do not recommend bringing your Tesla to them. I've included some photos to illustrate their workmanship and attention to detail:

I had the beauty exactly two weeks, with paper plates still intact. Driving to work on our glorious I35, I was rear ended by a company truck, thank the stars above had insurance. I wanted to puke. I attempted to contact a few body shops suggested by Subaru and they wanted nothing to do with the insurance the company truck carried. I began yelping collision shops. Several 5 star reviews appeared at Certified Auto Body. I took the plunge. They were 5 minutes from my house on Dessau road. Matthew was beyond amazing. We discussed the damage and I made my decision. That was March 29th. Matthew took me to get my rental and the journey. There were so many kinks in the process. The car was a 2024 and Subaru changed the tail lights. None were available and no ETA. I called weekly and god bless Kelly for putting up with me. I gather for several months Subaru HQ led us down the rabbit hole. Long story short short, I contacted Paul, the former service manager at Georgetown Subaru, and lo and behold with his help, Matthew was able to secure the tail light system and the final repairs began. I picked up the car yesterday, September 28th. Matthew told me it would look brand new, I prayed his idea and my idea of brand new were the same. OMG, I forgot what the car looked like in 6 months, but this car looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. I wanted to jump for joy and cry at the same time. Trust, excellence and caring for your customer, is hard to come by. Matthew, Kelly, and Certified Auto Body possess all these qualities and let's add patience as well. From minor to major damage, you will never do better than here. Fair, honest, with amazing results, this is your place!
