That was Roberto from Sponges today. I had hired Sponges because I'm selling two cars immediately. I needed both of them to look showroom-ready for online sale "beauty" photos. Roberto showed up this morning exactly when promised... on Memorial Day... and worked for seven straight hours. Near the end, one of the car batteries drained because the doors had been open for hours during detailing. The detailing itself was top shelf - more than five stars - but what really stayed with me was Roberto's attitude: always a big, reassuring smile on his face, coupled with hard work, professionalism and the kindness of a righteous human being. Getting off my soapbox just to add that booking and paying for the service was easy and took a handful of minutes. Thank you, Richard!

The price however should be adjusted accordingly depending if the vehicle is too dirty or not. In my case the car is kept in the garage 90% of the time and has a full cover on it all the time and it never gets dirty so $95 for a clean car that essentially just needed a quick wash seems a bit overpriced. But I definitely recommend them as you won't regret the results! I would do business in the future!

It's had a hard year of little kids and dogs in and out of it. Andrea started my day by sending me pictures of areas with heavy wear, scratches, etc explaining what could and couldn't be addressed but a promise to do her best. I received several more updates throughout the day. Except for the wear spots, the interior looked as good as it did when I bought the vehicle (used) about 6 years ago. It day actually take a day or two of leaving the windows down on the garage for the cloth seats to fully dry. The Mazda SUV is only 9 months old but had gotten quite dirty on the interior (from kids, dogs and snowmaggedon). It really did look good as new when I picked it up. I did have to wait about 15 Minutes for them to finish up even though I'd arrived when instructed. The waiting room offers free Wi-Fi and is air conditioned. For the outstanding work, it cost is worth it. I highly recommend Auto Detailing Austin and Andrea in particular.

Despite a slight language barrier they are pretty nice and the process is pretty straightforward. Yes this is truly a hand car wash experience and they mostly do a very good job at cleaning my whole car in detail. They seemed pretty detailed oriented, washing and wiping all the nooks and crannies. I also love the plastic rocking chairs! There's a shaded sitting area where we can wait and it's definitely needed since the wash itself takes a while especially inside and outside cleaning. The waiting area makes the experience kinda cozy and relaxing. I would suggest avoid coming here in the weekends unless you arrive at opening around 8am. The wait is just too long any other time. If you come here on a weekday afternoon around 1:30 pm there's usually no wait at all! The wash is decently priced and costs a fraction of those mobile car washes. My water bill also sky rocketed so this is an excellent alternative for me. My only complaint is that on busy days there's oil residue or streaks on my windows and my theory is that if you come on busy days, they run out of towels and start recycling l the dirty ones.

It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I told you over and over I didn't want to take you to court because I am not that guy. You lie about the transmission issue. You didn't cover squat or offer the towing out of your pocket or pay for extra oil to be generous. It's because I was direct with you and. It happy and told you I would be reviewing this kind of post. This is why you flipped and started offering me these things because you knew I was going to take you to court. You offered free labor on the transmission as a way to negotiate with me to keep from going to court. I kept record as I said of you and I talking when you offered immediately to have my car towed. I have a completely well recorded and documented list of other things I will not share but in court that show you dropped the ball over and over. No I did not want to pay you money until jobs were completed . I showed pics of how bad my car was when I came to pick it up. The hat is why you had it detailed as you absolutely should. I'm done here and will update after court. I've asked you over and over the last couple weeks for a detailed receipt of charges and repairs and you've yet to give me one. What kind of business can't give an actual normal receipt of repairs. This is another red flag .

A couple of months ago my SUV got hit by a Geico insured driver. When I asked about a recommended shop there where some of the usual suspects, which I've used over the years, like Rebreu, Caliber Collision, etc, but they also mentioned ProTech, so I decided to try them out (reviews where good). I took my car there and the work was outstanding. I'd like to mention that I am a picky individual, so I'm usually looking at the small details, and I was impressed. I had a chance to talk with Marwan, and I understand now why the work they do is excellent, he is very experienced and he is too proud of his work, and the work the shop does, to let anything less than excellent drive out of the shop. Just weeks after I took my car there my son had an accident in the same vehicle, to the point where my insurance was thinking it would be totaled, and clearly I took it to ProTech again. It was bad, most of the front was wreked. When I got the car back it looked better than when I bought the car (I bought it used). With all of the repairs that went into it, everything was perfectly alligned (both front fenders with respect to doors and hood, the hood opens/closes perfectly, front lights with respect to fenders, etc), there where no missing plastic rivets fasteners (I was even missing some even before I took it there for repairs), paint was perfectly done, and everything worked like new. After a couple of days of driving I noticed that when the AC fan was at full speed it would have some vibration, so thinking that it was related to the accident I took it back to Marwan and he himself troubleshooted the problem and then got under the dashboard and fixed it, it turned out to be a small pebble that got into the fan, nothing to do with the repairs done at his shop, and he knew it, but he fixed it. Marwan prides himself on having happy and satisfied customers and this is not a sales pitch. Besides the excellent work that ProTech does, I was really impressed with all of the staff. His daughter runs a VERY professional operation. A few times I called the shop and she told me she would call me back with updates, and she did call me back every single time, I did not have to be calling back like with most businesses that tell you "I'll call you back". She knows everything that is going on with all of the repairs, she is very well organized, she is on top of things at the shop. Marwan's wife is, as others have pointed out, a very sweet lady, very nice. I have to say that I even after the car was done I wanted to hang out at the shop just to hang out with them, they are funny, nice and a great bunch of people. Just to close on this, I want to point out that I NEVER leave reviews, and there are VERY FEW people/businesses that I've recommended in my 50 years of life, and I felt compelled to write something here because I feel it would save others time and grief, you don't have to try any other body shop like I did before ProTech, just take it here. read more

I've been to a lot of body shops in different parts of the country for restoration work and for damage repair. I can't speak to restoration or custom paint work, but for repairs, this place is top tier. It's clean inside and out, they are completely transparent about what they are going to do to fix your car, and their quotes are very competitive. They mark up your car while you're with them so you can see exactly what they are and are not going to address. And it's not just a bunch of hand-waiving, they use colored, wax markers to explicitly show what is and is not going to be worked on. There is a fabulous waiting area to hang out if you need to. They take appointments, so you shouldn't have to wait for very long, if at all. They're very close to an Enterprise if you need a rental and will give you a ride (even though Enterprise will pick you up too). And the location is pretty convenient, right near Lamar and Kramer. I don't talk about the work too much because I don't find that to be a real distinguishing factor in body shops, they're all great at making your car look fantastic, and ProTech is no different. They do have a full guarantee on your satisfaction with their work, but again, it's a pretty poor body shop that can't make a dent disappear like it was never there. I will definitely be trying them out for some restoration/custom work in the future. read more

I recently had my brand new Mercedes vandalized, in San Antonio TX., and needed to find a body shop that would restore my car to its original condition. After looking at a few shops in San Antonio I felt that those shops did not have the personalized service I was looking for. Big chain-shops getting through cars as fast as they could. So after two weeks of research I decided to visit Protech in Ausitn. It took me a few minutes to know that I woould get the personalized service I was looking for and my car would be in the best hands... I WAS RIGHT!! I visited the shop a few times as I wanted to see the progress being made and I was able to see the work that they put into it, which in the end resulted in my car looking the way it did when I took it out of the showroom. I cannot thank Marwan enough for making me feel at ease throughout the three weeks the car was in the shop, but his professionalism, friendly attitude and understanding of my concerns, made this dreadful situation the best possible experience. If you are reading this posting trust me when I tell you that I am the hardest person to please, and when I provide any type of feedback about a product or a service I receive I mean every word I say. Took my car to this shop because of the good rating I saw and it's close to where I live/work as a bonus. I had some clear coat peel off on my 2014 Mustang from an apparent chip in the front bumper. I spoke to Marwan during my initial visit. The place looked extremely busy and he advised to come again the following week. I came back two weeks later, although they were still busy he gladly let me drop off the car and advised it'll be about a week. I call back and the car wasn't quite ready but it was only 4 days in. I get a call to come by two days later to take a look, everything was pretty much done, they even detailed the entire car inside and out which was a nice surprise, very professional. However the paint job was not perfect due to the previous shop I went to the paint had some bubble/specs in it. Marwan was not pleased with the job and advised they would re-do it again at no cost to me. Another week and now the front bumper is perfect! I can't say enough about how nice everyone is at this shop and how well they handled my specific issue. They may be busy at times, but the wait to get the job done right is worth it. This place was fantastic and the price quote was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing paint/body work done. They will get everything perfect 100%. read more

Do NOT come here if its for a Geico claim. While the employees of the shop are all very friendly and want to help you, they are not in control of the process. This shop is ran by Geico and getting the cheapest repairs is the name of the game. when dropping my vehicle off Nick from Geico flat out told me it depends on how much it costs for what type of repairs they would be doing. It doesnt matter what the right way to do the repairs, ts all about cost. Then when the color of my repaired door did not match, i had to argue to get them to fix it. The person who worked at the shop knew it didnt look good, but sadly told me the insurance company would not pay to make it look right. When Nick looked at the glaring difference he told me the difference in colors was there previously (not true, and the other side of the car matched) and that they could not make them match. another problem - i was given an estimate for 4 days and it took 13 and two trips to actually complete the work. This shop may be good if you are not getting a Geico repair done, but do NOT take it here for a geico claim. its your right to take your car elsewhere. do so. read more

I never leave yelp reviews, but I just had to for this body shop! I'm a student and was given a 2004 toyota camry by one of my relatives. The car was previously in an accident and was in pretty bad shape. I had been working on gradually fixing it up. I needed to replace a bumper, tail light and passenger side mirror, among other things but those were the parts I wanted to fix before the end of the year. I started shopping around for estimates and decided to go with Protech because they gave me the best one. I dropped my car off and picked it up within the 2-3 days estimated completion time. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected but I was pleasantly surprised the estimate was still respected! My car was even washed and vaccumed when I picked it up! I can't say enough good things about this shop! The ladies in the office were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. They also had the sweetest dogs in the office. If ever I need body work again, I'm happy and confident to say I know exactly where to go! read more

I came in to have my bumper repaired after getting in an auto accident last week. I had never been here before so I was a little nervous as to what to expect. When my car was complete, they came and picked me up from the rental car place and brought me to the shop. When I saw my car in the lot I didn't think it was mine at first. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!!! I brought in a dirty, banged up car and sitting there was this freshly cleaned, waxed and repaired car!! The actual repair is stunning. You can't even tell it was ever in an accident. Not only that, but the detail they put into cleaning my car INSIDE AND OUT made a bad situation so much brighter. My car smells new and looks new. Aside from how great my car looks, the staff was so incredibly friendly, helpful and quick with everything. The whole process was seamless and not to mention the cost is VERY reasonable. I would like to share my so many great experiences with Protech , First it happened on a rainy dark night were my BMW slipped on the highway, no one there to help an old man, all of the sudden this guy stopped under the rain and offered to help, he pulled me out ( rescued me )and was about to leave when I asked him to stop and offered him money he refused, I asked about his name he said you can call me Murfy , I asked for his phone number then I knew he owns a body shop. Luckily my car didn't need any repair, but when my daughter hit her car I took it to Protech and Murfy fixed it to look like new and in the promised time. And since its a sport car and needed some under car work and with the joint effort of Protech performance which is next door, the car was in great hands. I chose ProTech because of all the positive reviews I've read online. I only had one concern, the only bad review I saw was from someone with a GEICO claim like me. I just bought a Nissan 370z and the next day someone backs into my right fender in a parking lot. At first GEICO attempted to deny my claim even though I had witnesses and the guy who hit me admitted to it. So I was very leery of using their services, but knew I probably couldn't get a lifetime warranty and free loaner vehicle anywhere else. The GEICO adjuster was onsite and his estimate was within $50 of one I had gotten the previous day. Both shops estimated it would take 4-5 days to finish, but I got it back in 3. I can't tell anything happened to the damaged spots and the colors are a perfect match. I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, I'd use ProTech if it's an option. read more

I can't recommend Pro Tech Body Shop in Austin enough! We had a frustrating issue with wind and sound coming from a window in our vehicle. After taking it to three different shops and the Lexus dealership, none of them could figure out the problem or seemed interested in taking the time to investigate. Pro Tech was a completely different experience. They were honest, helpful, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. It turned out to be a small fix--a screw needed tightening--and they not only fixed it quickly but also didn't charge us for it! Marwan is as friendly and accommodating as everyone else here writes. Our brand new car got banged in the back, and ProTech got it looking as good as new, and did it quickly as well. When we picked it up and found a tiny problem (not necessarily ProTech's fault), Marwan went above and beyond the call of duty to fix it, at great inconvenience to himself. He was determined that everything be perfect, and (since this was a new car after all!), we were grateful that he was so wonderful. I took my car here after I had an accident. They gave me an estimated time that my car would be done. Marwan, the owner, let me know that my car would be returned to me brand new and better than it looked before. When I dropped it off, they were very helpful and not only that, their customer service was amazing. I was answered all my questions with very informed answers. They even gave me weekly calls to let me know the progress of my car. Once they were finished they gave me a call and even worked around my schedule. When I got to the shop the process was very simple, and there wasn't any complications. And my car really looked better than ever. Bought a used 350z with some minor cosmetic damage to the front bumper. Didn't seem bad when I bought it but it seemed to get worse over the years. After finally reaching my limit and deciding to get it fixed, there was only 1 place that came to mind. I have had several cars that I took to Marwan to get fixed over the years and I was always extremely happy with the results and price. In this case he took a second rate aftermarket bumper, fitted it, fixed the manufacturing defects, painted and mounted it in just a couple days. I couldn't be happier with the work. He even buffed out some scratches in my headlights. Can't wait until I can order the rest of the body kit and get my car back in ProTech Body Shop to get it installed. read more

I had to get my car fixed and Geico picked the place, I do not even know where to begin expressing my appreciation for ProTech Body Shop. They have gone above and beyond with customer service, their work, and professionalism. From my first interaction with Marwan, the owner, to picking up my car. Marwan was amazing, he is so friendly and made sure he explained to me the process and kept me updated on any change. I can say that they are my new favorite place, even if I move to South Austin I will always go back to ProTech Body Shop. The staff is AMAZING, they have outstanding customer service I have never been so pleased with such great service! Thank you so much to Marwan and his staff! My car looks brand new! read more

I couldn't be any more happy with the way my car turned out! It looked brand new when I got it back! (See red Ford Focus in photos) I've been a couple of times due to accidents and I've been taken care of with impeccable service, every time. They are so warm and friendly there. You can tell that they genuinely care about you and your car! The sweet ladies at the front contacted me as soon as my car was done. Marwan, the owner, is so personable! He does a great job communicating on what's needs to be done with your car. Overall, the best decision I made was to let ProTech fix the damages to my car. Marwan and his team did a fantastic job repairing my brand new (3 month old) BMW X5 M Sport after someone backed into it while it was parked in a parking lot. You can imagine my frustration and disappointment, along with high sensitivity for trying to make the car look brand new again. Marwan repaired several dents/paint scrapes in the bumper, broken taillight and quarter panel damage in FOUR days, and it looks brand new again. I am very pleased with the skill of the work and the commitment to deliver above and beyond in terms of quality and timeliness. I would certainly use the shop again, but I hope I do not have to. read more

From the very beginning, they treated me like a person instead of just another insurance claim or dumb girl walking into a car shop. One thing that immediately stood out was that they actually asked me, "How perfect do you want this to look?" That might sound like a small question, but it wasn't. They took the time to explain my options instead of automatically pushing the most expensive repair possible, which I really appreciated. I have a 2015 and so it doesn't need to look fresh off the lot. Their estimate also came in **significantly** lower than another shop I visited, but at no point did it feel like they were cutting corners. The repair quality was excellent, and my Mazda looks fantastic again. What really earned this review, though, was the top notch customer service. When they noticed my Mazda emblem had cracked, they replaced it for me. During the conversation I jokingly mentioned making it pink... and they actually custom did it. It's such a fun little personal touch that makes me smile every time I walk up to my car. Most body shops fix your vehicle and send you on your way. Nova managed to fix my car and make the experience pain free and memorable. Nobody wants to spend $$$ on body work, but if you have to, it's nice knowing you're working with people who are honest, communicate well, and genuinely care about their customers. Hopefully I won't need another body shop anytime soon... but if I do, Nova will absolutely be my first call.

I'm so glad I went! When I pulled in, he told me to pull in front of the garage and his older man comes out and just starts working on my car! I didn't even send them any photos or anything! They fixed it for free! Zero dollars! Who does that! I tried to give them a good tip and they wouldn't even accept it. These are the people that deserve it most! They just genuinely wanted to help. They will have all of my business and all my family's business moving forward! Plus, besides losing all that money I don't have to worry about sending in my car for over a week! Took them about seven minutes! I'm wildly grateful! They made my week!

This is a lengthy review, so buckle up (ha...ha)…read more I initially sought out Autocraft because I needed to get some rear-end damage repaired on my Tesla (i.e. trunk replacement). They were booked out pretty far, but long story short, they ended up being able to move up my appointment (drop off) date a bit earlier than initially anticipated, which was great. The downside of this was that I was spending some time in San Angelo, TX (which was a couple hours' drive from this location, so that was kind of a pain. However, I got scheduled, and dropped the car off with Autocraft, and they hooked me up with a shuttle over to the Enterprise to pick up my rental. Cool. Everything is going smoothly so far. A note about the drop-off: Christian was the one doing the intake for the car, and he marked all the areas that they intended to remove/replace with a black grease pencil (which I have photos of, and will be attached to this review). Moving on... Over the next few weeks, there were some dealings back and forth between myself, Autocraft, and my insurance company, which was mostly just trying to get everything settled between the estimate, accepting the estimate, and getting the monies where it needed to be. BREAK--- Goodness, it's been 3 years and I completely forgot that I never finished this review... Hopefully I can pick up where I left off, if not, I'll sum it up. The general overview is: Autocraft overcharged my insurance (not my business, I guess), then did generally kind of sloppy work (which took forever), then tried to trick me with incorrect tint (first of all, they actually didn't even re-tint my small back windows after replacing them, and didn't tell me even though they knew I would have to make a two hour drive down there - trying to pull a fast one, so I had to fuss about that and make them get those windows re-tinted, which resulted in further delays and a total waste of time by me even having to make the drive there and back for nothing. Then, then ended up charging my insurance the $1k deductible AND ALSO taking payment from me, so in essence, collecting an EXTRA $1k, until I happened to catch on and had to fuss about that issue to be corrected as well. Then they played around and acted like they didn't have a way to return the funds (after taking their time trying to "figure out" what the discrepancy was), to finally cut me a check. On top of all of this, when I FINALLY went to pick up the car when it was allegedly ACTUALLY ready this time, the tint was still not correct (I had ceramic UV tint, they just got the same tint rating, but the cheap regular tint), there were some chips on my back glass (they acted like they had no idea what this was from - of course blaming it on the fact that they were already there before they started the work), the truck had a bit of misalignment - although it worked fine, it was a little off (and still is to this day). THEN, the finale, to add insult on top of all of the rest of the ~4-6 weeks that this took, when I picked the car up, by the time I got there (remember, two hour drive), it was late in the evening, and they were closing... They managed to poke a hole in my driver's side seat (I know EXACTLY what this was from - Christian specifically, but probably more of their staff, walk around with grease pencils in their back pockets, tip UP), and when I pointed this out, Christian blamed it on my husband (who got in the car for 30 seconds to move it and was wearing SOFT sweatpants with NO pockets on the back or any type of grommet or anything else. So that turned into another argument, and they finally agreed to replace the seat (still issues with this to this day as well), which resulted in... you guessed it... ANOTHER WASTED TRIP. I finally got my car back and just took it and left it alone because I was SO TIRED of dealing with these people and their shenanigans, it was RIDICULOUS! DO. NOT. RECOMMEND!!!!! I cannot express this enough!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS! If I could give ZERO stars, I WOULD!

Pickup dates were communicated and missed without proactive notice, and I was often told updates were "sent" when nothing was received. My email address was misspelled, which I had to catch and correct myself after not receiving updates or photos. Front desk staff did not proactively notify me when the vehicle was ready for pickup. When asked why no call was made, I was told they were "too busy" and that it "depends on the day." This response showed a lack of customer priority and accountability. The most concerning issue was conflicting information about diagnosis and BMW involvement. At one point, I was told there was no confirmed BMW appointment, and later received a message stating the vehicle was fully programmed and calibrated without dealership involvement. These inconsistencies made it difficult to trust the information provided and left me without a clear timeline. Additionally, the repair was not properly closed in the Carwise system after pickup, which prevented me from leaving a Carwise review and they don't want me leave a review on Carwise with my experience so here I am writing my review Based on this experience, I question how consistently customer experiences are reflected in Carwise reviews. If you use this shop, document everything and expect to follow up repeatedly. I cannot recommend this facility if you value proactive communication, accountability, or transparency.

By the next morning, they called me to let me know the parts were in and had my car fixed in under 2 hours after I dropped it off. As an added bonus, they washed and vacuumed my car as a courtesy, which I really appreciated. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. The shop itself was also very clean and comfortable, with drinks and snacks available if you needed to wait. I truly could not recommend Quality Auto Body enough.
