Sadly disappointed in car detail. They didn't clean my cup holders and I can tell they didn't try very hard at cleaning the door pockets. They did remove the stains on my seats which I'm very happy with, so it was still worth it, but I wouldn't go back. I literally found a Cheeto under the middle front seat while still in the garage, lol. The vacuum job overall wasn't very good, still bits of grass behind my seats. read more

I recently had my car detailed here, and while the overall job was just okay, there were definitely some disappointing aspects. When I picked up the vehicle, my seats still had a lot of visible stains, which was underwhelming, to say the least. Especially given the fact that prior to the cleaning, they reached out to ask if there were any specific areas of concern; to which I shared that the overall condition of the seats and smell of the vehicle were my top priorities. In my attempts to follow up with the company regarding the quality of their service, communication with the staff was frustrating and it was hard to get in touch with anyone to discuss the issues. Two days after the service, I noticed that the two center AC vents were completely smashed inside. I sent videos of the damage and they denied responsibility; They provided little to no evidence regarding the condition of the vents before they cleaned the car. I even followed up with old screenshots clearly showing the vents intact. Instead of addressing the issue, the manager finally called me and threatened to forward everything to the police as if I was at fault. Definitely not the experience I expected. I won't be returning. Especially given the high cost for their service. read more

I took two different vehicles to Auto Detailing of Austin for detailing of interior and exterior. Both vehicles look amazing. The first vehicle was a 2013 Kia Soul. It's had a hard year of little kids and dogs in and out of it. Andrea started my day by sending me pictures of areas with heavy wear, scratches, etc explaining what could and couldn't be addressed but a promise to do her best. I received several more updates throughout the day. Except for the wear spots, the interior looked as good as it did when I bought the vehicle (used) about 6 years ago. It day actually take a day or two of leaving the windows down on the garage for the cloth seats to fully dry. The Mazda SUV is only 9 months old but had gotten quite dirty on the interior (from kids, dogs and snowmaggedon). It really did look good as new when I picked it up. I did have to wait about 15 Minutes for them to finish up even though I'd arrived when instructed. The waiting room offers free Wi-Fi and is air conditioned. For the outstanding work, it cost is worth it. I highly recommend Auto Detailing Austin and Andrea in particular. read more

They were quick to call me back after submitting a quote request and had great, concise text message reminders and instructions to get my car dropped off and picked up. I got the interior and exterior detailed as well as the headlight restoration. I needed to get this as I recently started driving my wife's car as my daily and it had been destroyed by the kids. Stains, food, more stains, melted crayons..... and that was after I did a rough clean already. When I got it back I was amazed at the difference!! It almost looked brand new, inside and out. And the headlights!!! It may a trivial thing but they looked spectacular, compared to the foggy mess they were before. The whole process took about 5-6 hours. I dropped the car off before they opened due to work and then picked it up after hours. They had a process for everything so that it was possible to not miss any work. Holy moly. I am a mess. I spend a massive amount of time in my car, and tend to eat atleast once a day while in it. It is a black hole of change, fast food trash, books, receipts, I think you get the point. The hubs talked me into shelling out the money for an actual auto detailing. Wow. Andrea kicked my dirty cars ass and made her beautiful again. A stain of who knows what on the seat is gone. The sticky stuff in the cup holders - gone. Mud caked in the floorboards - gone. And the little things I didn't even know where there were set nicely out for me to see the loose change I didn't find or the walkie talkie my husband had lost in the black hole. Lol. UPDATE! 1/23/2016 I love my car again. That sounds like a simple thing, but it's not. I don't own many nice things, so I cherish all that I have. My 2016 Honda Civic (with approximately 2000 miles) was broken into. This left glass all over the inside of my car. I was devastated. Honestly, my first thought was to trade it in and take a hit. It was mostly just the principle. Someone violated my personal property. It sucked. I hated my car as a result of it. Aric at Mobile Cartronix did what I assumed would be impossible; he made me love my car again. It didn't really hit me until after I picked my car up and was about halfway home, but I was on I-35 heading north and was suddenly overwhelmed with happiness. My car looked better than the day I bought it. It smelled better. And although it's entirely placebo, I swear it DROVE better. I'm almost in tears at this point thinking about it. This review is a bit late, but I'm still giving them 5 stars. I had my car detailed a few months ago and the service they provided was superb. I contacted them because my dog decided he wanted to poop in my car while house hunting. Aric explained everything to me and went over exactly what they'd be doing to my car. He also told me that unfortunately, the paint on my mirrors was going to have to be completely redone instead of just sealed, which every other place I contacted said it was a simple fix. They are honest and sent me updates and pictures of the process. My car has never been so spotless. Thank you guys again and especially Aric for explaining everything to me. I called this place because I've had scratches and swirls on my paint job since bought my car last year. They've been driving me crazy. I tried a few detail shops and was really disappointed. The place I went to before taking it to Aric actually caused more scratches on the hood. Every other place left it with a shine but still scratched up. Aric took the time to explain everything he does so I decided to give it a shot. To be honest I'm a little OCD so I was really expecting to be disappointed. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I didn't see how it would be possible to remove the scratches on my car despite him telling me he could.
