****WARNING**** I…read morewas the recent GM of this location for 3 weeks. The previous owner sold the franchise to the new owner. The new owner has no idea how to operate a business. For starters the previous owner turned off charging tax to clients and when the new owner realized he wasn't collecting tax he threatened to charge myself and the tinter to deduct it from our checks. I fixed the problem. And told the owner I didn't appreciate being threatened because of his lack of knowledge. Secondly, he's collecting tax on labor which is cheating clients. It's is NOT a retail business, it's a service. You don't pay tax on labor, secondly if you want to collect tax on tint you have to have an itemized receipt. Once I brought this up the new owner didn't care about what's right... he doesn't know tax laws. Please stay away from this location. Go to Round Rock or the Austin location where the ownership has a clue. If you've been to this location in the past month and paid money I would fight the charges. You have been taken advantage of.

She is blaming it on the fact she didnt know our home was so far. She had opportunities to punch our address is on Friday, again on Monday and again on Tuesday but she claims she never did until one hour before arrival and now I've wasted 2-3 days of time when I could have gotten this job done elsewhere Monday morning or Friday afternoon last week. He told me that he cannot completely make it clear before working and I saw the result and it was as similar to what I saw before fixing. The chipping on my windshield is a quite old one but now at least shielded from growing. I got to see that there's limitation for the oldness of chipping. If you get something, bring it to the reaping store sooner so the result will be better. The staff was very quick and friendly. If I have to replace my windshield I'll come back here tho.
