I haven't gotten done here so I can't speak to the quality but I can say they've been great to me for the things I've needed. I brought two cars to them so far... One needed front windshield tint removed and the other needed TPMS sensors installed. Both times they got me in without an appointment and did the job at a price that's the same or cheaper than the place I was going to before. They have a little waiting room with snacks and drinks as well and everybody has been super nice to me there. I will be bringing all of my cars there for anything that needs to be done, and I will eventually get tint done there on one of my cars as well. read more

Went there 4 different times over the course of 5 weeks, during different times, on different days, to just talk to someone. They were always "out of the office" or "they're going to be back in an hour", during their posted business hours. Finally had a guy in the office on the 5th visit, and he just told me "You're outta luck, our tint guy is on vacation". Apparently all the time I'd guess. Seriously, I've run a small business, and you put Appointment Only if you can't maintain regular staff and hours. Don't bother. They don't just not want your business, they don't actually run one. Tuesday I came in to Tint, Tires & More to unmount some fury 40/15.50/26 tires and mount 37/15.50/26 venom power wheels. I got quoted $200 by the owner to unmount, remount and balance the tires, when I got there I was greeted by an employee name Chris. When he saw the wheels he said and I quote "those are bigger than I thought" talking about the rims which I follow with question "will y'all be able to do it?" And he responded "yes" I noticed that they started unmounting the tires by hand because they didn't fit on the machine which I didn't find unusual because it's be done in other shops. After the job was finish they told me they couldn't balance them because the rims were to big (26x16). I also told em I was gonna take my unmounted tires cause I was gonna use them for another truck or resell them. When I load them in my truck I notice they had ripped holes thru the sidewalls on 3 tires. I mentioned to the employee that I saw doing the work (name Jose) and he was just like "oh..I did". I don't know if he was trying to play dumb or didn't notice but he just walked away after that not offering for me to talk to a manager or the owner. I had to ask for the information and who ever answered was not on site. He kept me on the phone for a minute I guess to try and figure out what had happen which he come with the excuse of the tires where big and the bead breaks with the machine. I told em the bead wasn't broken the sidewall had holes. I don't know where he got that from and then he goes to say "oh it's because the sidewall is to dry rot" (truck has been mostly garage kept until recently that I been using it for work. That's why the tires are so dirty)..... I get it if the tires crack or something that wall fall under that situation but the walls had wholes going thru and thru. He did not try to let me contact the shop owner and all he was offering was to discount some new tires and a free alignment!!! Why the hell would I want to spend more money on a shop that... 1. Did damage to my personal property. 2. They saw they weren't gonna be able to balance the wheels from the beginning and kept going rather than stopping and saying they wouldnt be able to do it. I sent a message to the shop owner Desiree Macdonald I have called a few times to talk to her and still get the same response "she not in right now. You wanna leave a message" I had payed before I saw the tires and I couldn't see the damage they where doing because of their signs that say "No customers allowed in Bay Area" if not I wouldn't have. It's really crappy for a shop with a shop owner that has said she been screw over by other shops she's worked for in the past and now her shop is doing the same. I tried to be reasonable and only asked for them to pay the damage they had done and replace the 3 tires they damage. But I have gotten no response by them besides telling me that they can refund me the 178 I spent and try give me a discount. No I do not wanna spend more money at this shop nor 178 will compensate for the damage they did. read more

Price check was good so came to get car windows tinted here. The ceramic tint doesn't seem to block out heat very effectively and the installation was not great. 5 days after install there are still a lot of bubbles, wrinkles, tint on top of dust/particles, and scratches in the tint, including scratches to film that's in my line of sight while driving since I got clear ceramic windshield tint. Makes me want to just go get the windshield film removed resulting in a waste of time and money. Most of the windows look ok but I wish more care was taken to prevent all the imperfections I'm still left with. read more

I called at 11am on a Saturday and Danielle said she could do my tint the same day!! She went over all of my options with me and was amazing! When I arrived, the outside was very modest compared to the massive amount of talent inside. I was mesmerized by the wheels and inventory. Watching Danielle install tint is like art. Definitely don't recommend this shop after they literally made holes on the side walls of my husbands tires when they were taking them off the rims (they had nothing wrong with them prior to THIS shop removing them from the rims) and they REFUSED to pay for the damage they did to the tires. Darla was very polite and is a queen, she met all my demands and took care of my car. She accommodated my vehicle even though I didn't have a spare. It took one of their bays, which means money. I got my tires rotated there a month ago and it was $20 so I brought my other vehicle there to get the tires rotated and when they finished the tech ask his boss how much to charge me and his boss looked at me and said $50. I told him it cost me $20 last month and he told me "that was last month". If you get any work done here, get a price before they do anything, even if you got the exact same service recently. I went and had my windows done and the next day there's tiny bubbles all through this unprofessional job. I returned the next day to have them fix it or return my money, they told me that I didn't clean my windows good enough. Doesn't that come with my tint job? Then I asked to speak to manager, then another employee comes out very disrespectful and threatening. Also they will not give you any receipts because there's no proof you were there.
