    If you have a Tesla, do NOT go here. They scratched my car window and claimed they did not do it. They wrinkled the entire back tint. It did not even cover to the edge. There are also water marks in my fabric. They do not have a clean room so expect bubbling, hair, dirt and dust to be in the windows. Do NOT recommend.

    I been coming to this place for years and always had a great tint job. oh and they are very nice

    Paid $140 for TInt Specialist to replace the tint on this back window. They wanted $40 to fix the terrible job they did.

    My wife was highly disappointed after dealing with these scam artists. The scam: They replace the tint on your rear window for $130 (?? after being quoted at $79 on the phone a couple weeks before, maybe their prices went up). Except they don't glue on a hard-to-notice spot of tint on the top of the rear window. Then, after driving your car around for a couple months, a passenger in the back seat will notice that your tint is peeling off (and looks like it was never actually glued on in the first place) on the top of your rear window. No problem, I think, "this is a highly rated company, they'll fix their mistake for free." So my wife takes it in, and they say, "Oh, what's that, you don't have your receipt from a car tinting that happened 3 months ago, even though we have a computer log of your exact VIN / License plate number with the receipt on record for ourselves? That will be $20 to fix." Not a huge deal, but then as my wife is waiting at the local coffee shop, she gets a call saying it will *actually* be $40 to fix. Woah, what a deal! So it will only end up costing $170 to replace the tint on a single window. Give me a break. So my wife calls me nearly in tears, and says she is extremely frustrated with this company and will be taking her business elsewhere. I don't blame her. I will be uploading a photo showing the crappy tint job, courtesy of Tint Specialist. And then they even have the gall to try to lecture my wife about "Oh you should keep receipts for everything, you know!" Bull! You have the receipt IN YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM. You are only lying to paying customers to squeeze an extra buck out of them. This wouldn't be a problem at all, and they probably would have gotten another 5 star rating, if they had just taken the time to fix their original mistakes. I'm tired of dealing with companies that treat their customers like garbage.

    I did not have a good experience here. The front desk person was nice and helpful. However the product, workmanship, and follow up was absolutely horrendous! After finishing the tint, I got in the car and the rear window was screeched. I told the owner, and he told the guy that did it. He came over, and threw a tantrum and was extremely pissed off. Like it was my fault. I did feel uncomfortable at that point. He re-tinted the window, left all the cut off trash in my car, and handed me the keys. Not an apology, NOTHING! I went home to inspect the rest of the windows, and it's absolutely a horrible job. I'm adding pictures for proof. Go somewhere else for your tint people. Just not here. The above is my Personal experience, and will challenge with facts.

    I got my car tinted here last week, 5% limo tint in the rear and 15% up front The price $179 is pretty competitive The owner was sweet and the tech who installed the film was from nyc so we connected with that I recommend making an appointment, I waited and it took less than 2 hours

    No complaints. It's only been 4 days since i got my car tinted but this place did a great job. I got there at 9am when they opened and they said it would be ready in 1 hour and half and i pulled out of there by by 10:40. The owner walked around my car and had the guy fix a small area on the back window too. The best part about this place is they use SunTek which is the same tint used at other high end places i called that were highly rated on yelp but they are by far the best deal. They are very reasonable. It's worth it to pay a little more for the carbon and lifetime warranty. They are located behind the Enterprise off S.Lamar. Pull into Enterprise and go past the upholstery shop.

Lo and behold I was still late to work, but it was all worth it because I noticed this little gem of a shop. I called them and got scheduled for the next week. I got to the shop first thing in the morning, and just before the shop closed I had basically a brand new car! It did take the whole day and was a little pricey, but the kind souls there hit me with a little discount. It was so worth it! I can finally see out of my windows, the tint is so smooth and makes the 20 year old car feel brand new. I got the regulation grade on the front two windows and a medium tint on the rest. I went with the less heat blocking tint because it was a cheaper deal, but the application was so good it's still blocking sun. I would highly recommend getting your tint done here!

I had previously went to another store to see if the work I wanted done on my Tundra was possible. After finding out a few unrelated stores couldn't do the work I came across Tint World. I went through the same process of coming by with my truck and explaining what I wanted done to make sure it was possible. I met Nadeem and told him I wanted star lights and ambient lighting throughout. He looked at my truck and assured me it could be done and that it would take "two days." He quoted me $2200 and I agreed that was a fare price and I'd come back after the weekend to leave him the vehicle. I dropped my truck off on Monday morning. I reached out towards the end of the business day for an update and had no response. The following day Tuesday Nadeem told me it may take an extra day and that they were working through some issues. I told him that was fine and to just keep me informed. At the end of Tuesday Nadeem had messaged me and apologized that he didn't realize the material on the moon roof which is about 80% of the headliner space with these panoramic moon roofs wasn't possible to achieve the starlight feature. He said he added them on the perimeter. This was done before asking for approval after he knew what I wanted at the beginning. He told me to rush over that evening because the truck was now complete. I hurried over from Round Rock only to find a numerous amount of concerns. This was far from a "white glove experience." The headliner fabric had obvious tears that needed to be addressed, a number of stars not completely penetrated, the shooting star feature which he sold me on was non existent. He later admitted they installed it incorrectly for that to work. The lights were functional through Bluetooth but the music feature for the lights did not work. The ambient lighting wasn't symmetrical in the front of the vehicle and was cut short and uneven. It was also Bluetooth functioned. When the ambient lighting music feature was used it caused my music to cut in and out on the stereo. Nadeem explained after the fact that both the star light Bluetooth and ambient light Bluetooth would cause music cut out because it can't work simultaneously with musics Bluetooth. Wow. This would have been great to be updated on before installation. I cannot use these features I've now paid for simultaneously with my music. Multiple door pieces and the trim over the odometer were missing stock clips to keep them tight and connected. He had an employee who also works for Toyota "come up" with those pieces to later reattach my vehicle. I explained to Nadeem how this experience felt and he just blankly stared at me with little to no response. He accepted fault and offered me $100 dollars off. At checkout the price went from 2200 to 2500 because he forgot to mention taxes. I told him in the future when quoting a customer he should give them the "out of door" price because taxes on 2200 is game changing. He didn't have anything to say. As I was leaving he offered a window tint. I told him my windows were already tinted and he told me he could match the back windows with the front. I agreed. When I got home I noticed the ambient lighting on the doors doesn't automatically turn off with the car. They stay on in the front and turn off in the back. I called Nadeem and he told me the doors hold reserve power and that I would have to manually turn them off each time when I turn my car off. Nadeem had one of his employees call me to come back in after taking my car back to fix some of the issues. He wasn't there when I arrived to make sure things were fixed. My headliner lights and visor lights were no longer working after the new installation of ambient lights. My music still skipped and wouldn't play from the starlight app, and Nadeem wouldn't respond to my messages. His employee kept saying Nadeem is the only one. He clearly ran away from providing any type of customer care. I was shown text messages that nothing further would be fixed and that I'm no longer welcome for service. Nadeem cuts corners and doesn't take responsibility for his mistakes. I have the texts to prove it. I warn anybody who has any plans to service their vehicle here. At this point with the price I paid I was completely frustrated. He told me he would give me my money back but to never step foot in his store. I felt like this response was completely unnecessary. I don't need my money back I just want the things I paid for to work and meet expectation. I don't usually write reviews but I felt this was necessary. I made the mistake of adding after market features to my tundra with less than 1000 miles. Shame on me. However, as a business it's upsetting to know owners don't go above and beyond to make things right.
