Be ready to wait for few mins though as he is busy on phone sometime with other customers. He provided us both repair and replacement cost and gave us pros and cons of both. Didn't force to go for replacement, like some shops do. The repairs itself was very quick, took around 10 mins, it was done by Jason. He explained the process very calmly and answered all of our questions. The owner trusted his guys with repair and only came to see afterwards. The installer, Chris arrived exactly when he said he would at 3:00 PM and was done with all 3 vehicles by 6:00 PM. I think he went above and beyond in that he spent time vacuuming not only behind the broken windows, but also made sure that he got all the little glass fragments that scattered throughout each vehicle. Overall I think Mark and Chris did a great job during a very busy day with a lot of customers calling for broken window repairs.
