I contacted their rep, Joseph, who apologized and said they'd "make it right," but the follow-up didn't happen until the next day. Even then, the weather stripping was uneven and poorly aligned. When I mentioned that the first crew seemed uneducated for leaving trash everywhere, one of the owners Brian, took it personally and called me "uneducated." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. If this is the kind of company Toyota is trusting with their customers' vehicles, that's concerning. I would never recommend PMC Auto Glass.
